I was able to get in right before the hour wait. Kathy did my nails and my pedicure was nice and relaxing on the massage chair. If I can continue to get in early, I will definitely be back.

This was the worst service i ever received. Only 1 staff member was on time. After i was called back to get a pedi it was not pleasant. Instead of the person actually speaking to say where to put my feet she just kept jerking my foot around. Very rude. It was clear she didnt want to do my pedi. Maybe because i was way overdue for one and she had to use a lil elbow grease..but it was definitely a problem for her. She also half painted my toes where i can still see my nail thru the polish. Also need to work on english so they are able to direct people better. I dont want to give them 1 star..a -1 is more like it.

6/27/21 I arrived early being the second customers I sat and a male employee begin to soak my sns gel off my nails after waiting for 20 minutes and watching the employees help others and not check my soak I ask when will I get my nails to finish two or more times I was told hold on honey finally I asked why am I the only one not having my nail done Jenny said you not my customer I said but Im a paying customer and I waited for a second while she proceeding to do another customer who had just walked in with her daughter and said Im going on vacation can you help me and this customer was white lady Jenny began to yell and say I was a troubled customer and that I could just leave I ask why are you asking me to leave I just asking to be treated fair Jenny told me to leave remember this white lady had just walked in not only was I treated unfairly as I listen and watched she treat everyone with color bad talk down just nasty I have photos of how she left my nail the service is very poor and I highly dont recommend anyone to

My nails look terrible! Uneven, lopsided, acrylic left on my nails, all different shapes when they were supposed to be coffin. I have to pay to have these fixed immediately! Chair 3 serviced me and she knew this work was terrible.

Edit: I wish you would have told me right then. Your nail tech tried to argue with me about the length I even wanted. Clearly what I wanted as the client didnt matter.$28 for the nail and another $20 just for color???? Would have been nice if you had told me that before we got started. Not only did she fail to tell me the color was the cost of the nails themselves, but she argued about the length I wanted, my nails arent completely covered, there uneven as well. I will never pay for this service again.

I went in yesterday to get my nails done. My nail tech put dip powder on my nails instead of sns powder like I wanted. Made multiple nails crooked and when telling him, the nail tech told me it was just my finger. He made multiple nails raised because he was too busy talking then paying attention. He drilled them 3 times and they still look terrible. Very uneven. He didnt file the ends of my nails either so I had to do that when I got home. Im so unhappy. Never going back again!!!!

Very understaffed! Was told 20 minutes when I arrived and waited 1 hour! The tech tried to cut off my natural nails even though I told her I wanted an overlay. The shellac color I chose was not the one I ended up with but by then I just wanted out of there! When I got home, noticed my nails were filed at an angle and were uneven. It was chaos in there as they dont take reservations. Now I remember why I quit going there!

I’ve been here about 5 times for 2 pedicures and 1 full set, some fill ins, then I got them taken off and received an overlay. The first few times were great but the last two times, my nails got chips in them. I don’t know what acrylic product they use but my nails would get chips in them after 3 days. Taking off the full set was SO painful. She would not soak them and I couldn’t understand why not so she used a nail tip and cuticle cutters to CUT them off. This same person also put the product on so thin and unevenly that the finished nails looked wavy. They get 3 stars because at least the pedicure were always great and they did fix the chipped nail when I went back once.(more chipped the same day after I left) Hannah is very nice and my favorite. Also they need to make their service costs more plain to understand and not do upcharges without telling the client.

I got my nails done yesterday woke up this morning with alot of pain in my finger and found my nail broke off and the other one just broke I was so upset and disappointed and mad at the fact I just got them done for them to already be broke im very unhappy 🙁 and the lady made my nails so thin im afraid that they all well break 😭😭

Full set says 28$ Another 25$ for gel polish ($53.90). Worst set of nails ever. Humpy, chunky wavy and my full nail isnt covered. Very inconsistent job. I was at station 6, he said hed been doing this for 5 yrs. It will be interesting when I get fill-ins what the next establishment says about this lack of quality work. Very disappointing. Possibly watching the soccer game on his cell phone was more important?

Me and my daughter went in on Monday. February 1st to get mother daughter day and get our nails done. Very misleading when full set says 28$ and half way thru getting our nails done I was told $48 plus tax for my daughter and $50 plus tax for mine. They failed to tell me that gel nail polish was more and length was more and when asked about French manicure I was told it be $10.00 extra. I was very displeased with this establishment as to my other daughter wanting her nails done Thursday. I Will not be taking her there VERY BAD BUISNESS ETIQUETTE. I ended up paying $106.00 for 2 full sets. (Square acrylic nails) Never was told that it would be all the extra money, I ONLY HAD $115.00 ON ME. If they are going to charge like this then they need to change their sign in the glass window. Not to mention another customer came in when I was finishing up and the one man employee was very ride to her that she had changed her mind on getting full set nails done and had eye browser done instead....(dont know if she went thru with it I left before she even got service.)

So apparently at this place full set for 28$ applies ONLY to square nails WITHOUT color. What full set manicure comes without nail color???! It is ridiculous and a complete rip off. Paid $55 for a full set manicure! It is very misleading to put 28$ for a full set and $18 for filling outside the salon, when you pay over $50 for full set and $18 is only for color change(no filling).I normally pay 50 for both Mani + pedi Gel color in Orlando, FL.Dear business owner, you better fix your prices on the glass instead of telling customers half way through that putting full set and nail color are two different charges.Giving them 2 stars since the employees did a wonderful job with the nails.

It was an hour before closing. The staff was very rude to about 5 customers that came in wanting service. After sitting there for 30 mind they came over and thanked everyone to leave. They all started talking Chinese loudly and I can imagine what they were saying after everyone was upset. I went across the street and had GREAT SERVICE. Please go somewhere else. Black business is pivotal in this business and we should. Not accept this behavior. The professional thing to do was to let the customers know that were closing and ask them to come back. Not. have have an attitude because business walked in the door. So sad...very disapointed.

My wait for a Saturday was not to long. Arrived about 11:30 am and I was seated with a young man at station 8 at about 12:15 pm. The price wasn’t bad. Full set was $28 (Cincy Nails across the street is charging $40) I got two colors so my final charge was $42. The nail technician did a great job, took his time , and followed my request. I was pleased with the finished product.

Second time going and second time I went to Lee at desk 11. I absolutely love her and her technique. She is fast and polite. Also massages your hands with oil. Sn: Thought I lost my wallet and with no question told me go to my car and get it. No sideye or weird treatment. Will be a loyal customer from today forward

It was my first time coming here and they did a wonderful job. I just needed a trim, fill, and paint this trip and the technician working on my nails was great. He took his time, and was very nice. My nails definitely look great! I will most definitely be returning to this establishment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have given this business several chances to redeem themselves but it just is not a quality business. On several occasions my new acrylics have fallen off within days and that is the smallest of their issues. The only polite worker is the front desk guy. They do not greet you when you walk in and they never have more than 3 people working so your wait is always much longer than all their competitors. Today, I went to get my nails done and arrived five minutes before open to avoid the long wait and hope to give them another chance. I was second in line and after the first person was taken, four of us were now sitting in the waiting area and not a word was said to any of us. After about 10 minutes I asked if there were any other workers there and ONLY then I was told maybe in about 20 minutes somebody else will come in. This is completely unacceptable. If youre not going to staff your business dont be open or at least be honest with your customers and dont waste their time. The same worker was also VIDEO chatting on a tablet while the one person who was seated was just waiting for her! Clearly it wasnt an emergency phone call that she was completing as she was sitting at a different station laughing and giggling playing with her hair while video chatting somebody else. I was in awe of the lack of respect for her customers. Do not waste your money on this pathetic excuse for a business.

Polite and do quality work for the price. My favorite is the nice short lady at table 12. She normally does manicures and pedicures. Then the guy at table 7 does an awesome job doing acrylic. He cut them at the perfect length, not too long but not too short. I just wish they could manicure my nails before applying.

Went in to get my first acrylics, not knowing what to expect. The guy who did my nails rushed through them, left them super uneven and messy. The polish is not smooth and super thick. I’m supposed to be going back tomorrow to get it fixed. Will keep you updated

This place already has a bad reputation but I still decided to try it. The tech was rude when I pointed out the quality of work she was performing. Proceded to get an attitude and attempt to snatch my hand. After discussing with her this behavior was unacceptable she calmed down. At the end the day I could have done better quality at home. Wont be returning or recommending this place.

I had a manicure and a full set of nails put on and they were very polite I was very comfortable and they were very concerned with my comfort very pleasing and relaxing the whole time asking me asking me if the water was too hot or if I was comfortable and I checked out my own nail polish color they were little busy but it wasnt very hectic

I came in as a new customer and wasnt sure what I wanted. One of the women kept trying to rush me to sign in and kept asking me what I wanted. She had a nasty attitude and practically yelled at me. Wouldnt even allow me to ask questions or browse different styles like a normal salon. I walked right out. I wont spend money at places with 0 customer service. Too bad I couldnt give them 0 stars :(

They push extra services and rush. I dont like it to take all day but they were rushing so much that they nicked my pinky and took a chunk out of it. They never apologized or even offer a discount. It seemed like they wanted to blame me for it happening. Will never go back.

I get my nails done all the time, it never hurts, or bleeds, I got my nails done for the first time by the nail tech thats sits at desk 11 and I told her 3 times She was hurting me, I had 2 cuticles that was bleeding. I will never let her touch me again. Shes a older lady and very rough.

Try my SNS and the pedicure and all turned out beautifully done. This is my fourth time coming here and my SNS can hold up to 3 weeks so I get my pedicure done with the new set of SNS. Very good products and quality salon!

Went there three times. First time was good, the second time the older guy chair 11 squeezed my hand and charged me extra for something I didn’t ask for. The third time I got banned because I made TWO criticisms about wanting my nails to be all the same shape. I was not rude to her and even thanked her. She said I was too picky and told me to never come back. When I left the shop one nail had smudged polish. She also called me a terrible person.

Worst pedicure I ever got. I should of took heed to the bad reviews I read before going. Very nasty attitude and any little request I made she act like I was bothering her. My feet doesnt feel or look any better than they did before I went. Just a waste of $30

So I go in, first time there, the lady had no idea what she was doing and claimed my nails were too small to do designs. I found smaller disigns that would suit my average nails. She still claimed she couldnt do it. I asked her what my options were for designs and she said there wasnt any. I told her I didnt understand because theres no reason to have polka dots or stripes on my nails. She then proceeded to tell me to get out. She had already placed a shellac base coat on my nails and when I asked if she could take it off she told me shed change me 15 dollars to do so. I total her that Was rediculous and that I refuse to pay for it. She she got on the phone and began calling the police. This place is the most absolutely worst business Ive ever been to. And I would highly recommend never going here.

If i could rate them a zero i would my mother came in to get a fill in the sign said its 18 dollars. She had 1 broken nail. When i came in she was about to pay the man at table number 6 with the gold bracelet and gold chain. Said the total is 26.00 dollars. I said wait how? He proceeded to slap a calculator down on the table and said 21 dollars for fill in i saod thats not what the sign says. He said oh she has long nails so it cost more i said well did you tell her he said nothing so i then asked for him to break down the pricing he said broken nail 4.99 i said again did you tell her? Remind you she definitely asked my mom is always on it he again said nothing. I said how are you charging her for something without telling her it was a change in price he starts laughing and began to speak his language i said you know english very well so i would appreciate it if you spoke english to me. Then his coworker comes over and says why you talk to him. She said you ruin my business leave leave we dont want you here. She said you are a terrible person. She then told me me and my money is not worth anything remind you im not the customer. Safe to say if you visit here you will receive cracked nails and a unexpected upcharge based on how much they want to up the price that day. Also i forgot to mention he got really mad when i asked for a price list 😂😂😂 i should have read the reviews before bringing her here have a good day guys

NEVER GO TO SEAT 10!!! Hes an elder.... But has no wisdom when it comes to nails. He literally put my acrylic on with his fingers! The beads of acrylic were extremely dry so I have pieces of powder just sitting in my nails. Also the nails are too thick and he kept trying to force me into things I didnt want. A waste of $38. They poped off 5 days later.
