Always a smiling face! As you are greeted at the door you know you are welcome. The creativity that these ladies display is untouched!! No one compairs! I never walk away disappointed & I get compliments from the first day my nails are done up until the day its time for me to return for a new service! Im always looking forward to going back!!

I scheduled a pedicure after work. The owner put me a chair that didnt massage, and she sat in the chair that did.. Her husband did my pedicure which was half a**ed, all the while shes sitting in the massage chair soaking her feet and freaking whining the WHOLE time!!! Honey Im tired.. Honey I need a nap.. I mean come on!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Ill go to Top Nails on 5 mile..

I was recommended this place by a friend so when it was time to redo my nails this is where i went. I loved the whole experience I had here! Will definitely be my go to nail salon !!!

LOVE this place!! They always do a amazing job! The mother and daughter (sarena) are my personal favorite but, the father is super sweet as well! Pricing is great and, I never have a spec of anything wrong when I leave this place! They deserve 10+ stars. Super clean, and friendly and professional! But also funny.💕😊

Well I have been wanting to get my nails done for awhile so I decided to go here, looking on the reviews and fb page I thought it would be a good small comfortable place to go. When I when in there was only one girl getting her nails done when the mom sat down to do my nails she for one was making fun of my nails (I haven’t got them done in a while but I’m not dirty by no means) she said they were “manly”. For two it took over 2 hours to do regular nails no GEL and by the time she ended up getting my nails shaped she did 4 peoples eye lashes and brows while I say there for over 30 mins, just waiting. For three she charged me over 100 to do REGULAR nails, like I said I didn’t get GEL. And literally the next day my nails started falling off... I won’t be back unfortunately bc I honestly liked the idea of their uplifting spirits and the small business!

Worst acrylic fill in Ive ever had! This was the first time I have ever been to Star Nails. I read a couple reviews online and checked out their work on Facebook and it seemed decent enough. The shop is very small and there where only 2 nail techs working there. I had to listen to the man who did my nails tell terrible jokes, making fun of Asian people, for the 2 HOURS it took him to do my fill in. His wife came in when it was time for me to get my nails polished and decided to take over. I went with the gel polish. The UV light was very old and the lady was more interested in scrolling through her cell phone than tending to me. I took my hands out of the dryer numerous times because it was very hot (which I told her about more than once) and she simply kept losing track of the time while my hands were in there. The acrylic on my nails was very uneven and the polish job looked like a 3 yr old did it! Not to mention the gel wasnt cured on 2 of my fingers and they were a sticky mess. I had to go somewhere the next day and get them completely redone! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Owners are nice. But the tanning beds are old. It takes a while to get tan. I shouldnt have to go to a tanning bed everyday. But here u do b/c the bulbs are not strong. Personally I think they need to be replaced.

I love going here for my nails. So friendly and the best colors. Cindy and her husband crack me up. And their daughters are so sweet. All 4 of them are the bomb at doing nails .

Cheapest tanning visits ever! I had purchased 10 visits for $25 last spring and didnt use them all, but went in recently and I still have 5 more until end of March! Very friendly and are awesome with nail designs! I highly recommend stopping in. Full set on special now for $25!

This isnt necessarily a bad review, just a heads up to call and ask for what service you want before going. There isnt much info on their website, so showing up and finding out they dont do SNS, kind of sucked. Ive heard good things about them, but they seem a little limited.

I am a regular customer at Star Nails and Tanning, and hands down it’s the BEST nail shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the pricing is good. Cindy’s daughter, Savannah, does my nails and she’s absolutely amazing. Every time I come from there I am completely satisfied! It’s not just her that does good work it’s the whole family! They take pride and care in their work, which is why anyone who goes there constantly comes out looking their best. I love this place and can’t dream of going anywhere else for all my mani/pedi needs! The ideas for their customers nails are creative and unique, they’re always thinking out of the box!! ❤️

I went to Star Nails & Tanning for the first time a week ago for SNS polish. It was my first time getting SNS done but I’ve seen what it looked like. Everyone at my work has it done so when I saw the final product on my nails, I was embarrassed. They were so horribly done, I wanted a refund. I asked them if that’s what my nails were suppose to look like and they said yes. She didn’t offer to redo them or give money back. She lied to my face and told me they looked good, when I know in fact they didn’t. The next day I went to a different nail salon to get them done because they look SO BAD. I couldn’t stand to look at them, it looked like a kid did them. They didn’t look professionally done at all. When I went to the other nail salon the next day, they said that it was an extremely poorly done SNS. They felt bad for me even, which is saying something. So if you want SNS done DO NOT go here, they suck.

Awesome family owned place. They have nails, manis, pedis, eyelashes, eyebrow waxing and tanning beds always have new bulbs. They are big on making sure the customer is always happy! They have the beat prices in rhe city!

First time I went it the place was cute and tiny. Kinda homey feeling. Color selection was okay. Parking wasnt easy to find. But the father and the daughter took great care of me. The dad took the shellac off my nails and was being a comedian the whole time. Then his daughter took over and shaped and painted my nails talking to me the whole time making me feel really comfortable. Well this time around I was not so fortunate. I went in hoping for the daughter but she was in the back doing something so I got the mother. She was super nice to me. I unfortunately had a bad experience after leaving. The next morning I woke up dn what she had done was ruined. I asked the dayghter if i could have money back for it bc well you can read it in what I pasted here because I got on Facebook today Nov 30 (two days after getting them done) and the mother had posted a status on there about how maybe a client shouldnt expect them to work for free and other nonsense aimed at me. This is my comment. Maybe you should warn people each and every up charge there is instead. And making a status like this is EXTREMELY immature. You cant handle a disgruntled customer without confidentiality. I came in and asked what the NEON powder was about. You said glows in the dark I said hmm cool. You said you could do them for me. NEVER said it costed more. Then as were doing my nails you said you were going to add rhinestones to it later to make it pop, again never mentioned an upcharge. I came in expecting one solid color for all my nails and pay $25 at most. Then when you were done you said $30. I PAID IT HAPPILY even though that took money out of my food. Next morning all my rhinestones all falling off and I am unhappy. I asked NICELY to have the $5 and to paint over the spot where the rhinestones where bc they obviously arent going to stay and this is what you do? This is UNPROFESSIONAL. She hasnt apologized for any bit of me beir upset. Instead she acts like shes above me on social media. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
