Im so pleased with my nails and the atmosphere was so peaceful and pleasant. Teale did an awesome job, they looked so natural that I really was debating on getting them painted. Im so happy and I will be going back on the regular. Thanks Nail Trix

I’ve found my new regular salon! These two sisters have the best personalities, their work is awesome & super detail oriented.. actually about to schedule a Full Set & Pedi for next week. (I got these nails a few weeks ago, they lasted 3+ weeks lol)

Today was my first visit, and I am very pleased. Teale did my nails and she did a fantastic job. Everyone is super friendly and I will definitely be back!

Always a great job. Im a dog groomer and in soap and water all the time washing dogs my nails have never broke and I only got about ever 3 to 4 weeks.....

I only get my fill in once a month and my nails dont lift or break. They are shelled perfectly, and I always get so many compliments! I have been going here for years, every tech the has done my nails, and I am always satisfied. I refuse to let any one else touch my nails.

Every 3 weeks i go get my nails done i will not go anywhere else.woderful place and people.

I came in to get my nails refilled and got greeted and signed in. Asked for a wait time and was told 30 minutes. I sat and waited for an hour. I then asked again how much longer and they changed the wait time to 2 hours after already waiting for an hour.

I have been going there for 19 years and they do great nails and pedicures. Your nail polish will last for a few weeks. The two sisters, Theresa and Vivian, who own and run the salon are very polite and they both do great designs on nails. It is not so busy during the week in the afternoon hours. If you go on Saturday you almost always need an appointment or you just take a chance and wait your turn. Sometimes, Vivian s husband, Rick helps out in the shop doing nails also. A great family business.

I called and got a1:00 appt with Vivianne I was early sighed in and she was still with a client. After a while she checks and days your spot not till 1:30 I said no I was told 1 and to make sure Im here on time BC you were gonna be busy. She asks her coworker who states I told her to come a little early. A little early is not 30 min. Just a waste off time. Never going back

Went in there, as a walk in at 11:45. Only two nail tech were working, understand people made appointments etc. Wasn’t greeted nobody told me how long the wait was ... At 12:10 another tech comes in and doesn’t sit me until 12:30 then she puts me in the pedicure seat and walks away not telling me that she has a appointment and she was just going to let me soak until the other nail tech were finished . And then she goes “oh they’re half way done” I thought that this was completely ridiculous and unorganized and not customer service friendly . Like nobody told me I would be waiting 45 mins to soak my feet. Like usually nail salons tell you right off the back how long it takes. The experience was annoying and inconsiderate. Went a crossed the street to TJ Nail and was treated with much better customer service.

Made an appointment via phone. Arrived and was told we have a line, will be a 30 minute wait. Even with an appointment.

Avoid at all cost. Rude, inconsiderate, poor business ettiquette. I drove my mom and aunt here to get a manicure before a friends wedding. They ruined my aunts nails, and were disrespectful during the whole process. My mom never even got a manicure, because they skipped her repeatedly. Good thing they skipped her, as they would have done a shoddy job for her too.

Super fast,but techs dont talk much. The nail art is on point.

Teresa and Teale are the greatest. Teresa has provided excellent servives for me and my children for over a decade. When Teresa wasnt available to do mine, Teale did them instead and I was truly impressed. I went a month without a fill in and my nails did not break. Teale also fixed my duck nails that Tiffanys on Colerain did. 😄
