Came in today to have my three girls nails done. Two of the sets turned out pretty good not perfect. On the other hand my daughters was terrible. The person that did her nails did not round the tips of the nails, the nail polish was bubbling, and he did not paint the edge. He said it was 35 for each set of nails. I paid for two of the three girls and was charged 76. I would not recommend going to this place. I will not go there again.

It was only 3 days and my nail broke. They are super think not even straight, I. Wouldnt recommend this place at all!!!

I only wanted a manicure and clear polish. She kept trying to get me to get a color on my nails. She finally conceded, and used some clear polish that looks purple in sunlight and chipped off in two hours. She also asked me personal questions that bordered on rude. Dirty, messy, and the location was the same. Skip it. I won’t even go back for a fix.

Kathy did a wonderful job. she was very attentive to my indecisive needs and did a wonderful job fixing the last bad manicure I had. She took her time and demonstrated the ways she could do the designs I was asking for on another nail tip before I decided on what was right for me. I just might make this my new go to nail place!

Worst SNS job I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been a regular SNS’er for more than 2 years. I recently moved to the area and am on the hunt for my new regular spot. This ain’t the one!!! She missed several steps of the process. She kept asking me if I liked it. I just said yes because I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and there was no way I was going to try and teach her how to do her job correctly. She also kept prying on my private life. Small talk is ok but, dang. You don’t need to know who I live with, why I’m separated, where my husband is, how many marriages I’ve had, where my kids are, and why my off days are during the week!!!

So me and my friend get our nails done here we both got basic nails with basic colors nothing special no ombre no color changing polish no special gel nails no SnS nothing and was charged 80 bucks then I get home and they adjusted it to 96 dollars!!

DONT COME HERE.

In and out for my manicure 10 min. No hand and arm message at all. Kept going on about the nail polish will not last but maybe 2 days. Trust me did Not last an hour. Looked like they thin their polish a lot.

I recently went back to Nail City after going to another nail salon for many years. They remembered me and my daughter and were extremely friendly. Service was exceptional. Ill be back!

Nicest people ever! Ive only been a few times and they always remember my name! They will actually talk to you and make you feel welcome. Just because they have an accent, they are not rude. This is the only nail place I can go where I dont feel like Im being talked bad about. They always do an amazing job, and wonderful people.

Some basketball game was on & I swear he watched the game over my head closer than he did my nails. Did shellac- chipped in two days. Huge waste of money & time. They could afford to try a little harder.

Worst pedi I ever received. Took 15 minutes from start to finish...she put tools on the ground to use on me.. then she painted my skin all around my toes. Asked if I like it and when I told her no she proceeded to yell at me that I did not know a good pedicure! Really? Said the man would fix and he said I think it looks good. Omg...RUN

I USED MY CARD AND WAS TOLD THE PRICE WAS $38 DOLLARS WHEN I CALLED MY CARD AND THEY STOLE $45 DOLLARS WHEN I WENT BACK INTO THEIR BUSINESS THE GENTLEMEN GOT VERY DEFENSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I will NEVER go back...Ive been getting my nails done for years and this was by far the rudest service of my life!! When I went in I was the ONLY customer and now I know why... My nails are totally uneven, the older lady doing my nails was the only worker and she kept yelling at me and swiping my hand away. She even made my finger bleed!!! She was obviously in a bad mood that day and hurt my hands really bad by aggressively filing my nails trying to get done quickly...I was nothing but smiling and polite and they didnt even say goodbye to me!!!! They said on the phone my nails would be 28 dollars but TRIED to charge me 35 because they were TOO LONG?? Um what?!? And they have one teeny tiny shelf with barely any colors to choose from.. All the equipment looked so cheap, old and dirty. I left feeling totally mad and upset. I should of read the reviews before I went...Now im afraid I might have an infection :( I reallllly want my money back and wish I could leave 0 stars to this nasty place.

I got my nails done 13 days ago and have had 2 nails come off. I wasnt doing anything heavy duty to make them come off, they literally popped right off. I went to get the first one repaired after only being on there for FIVE days, and she charged me $5. I said I thought the crystal gel was supposed to last longer than 5 days, and I didnt think I should have to pay, well, she said I did. Ok, whatever. Anyway, heres the funny thing....when I got my nails done initially, I told her I wanted gel. I had a color already picked out, so she comes up to me with a different color and says I think you should try this one. (It was very pretty Ill admit) I asked if it was gel, and she said yes. She forgot to mention it was the CRYSTAL gel...which is $15 MORE....had no idea she was using it. I go to pay and she said $70. (I got a pedicure too) I was like hold up....how can a gel fill-in be more expensive than a full gel set. She THEN told me it was the crystal gel. I said I did not want that, I wanted gel. She upsold me without telling me. She then had the audacity to say I shouldve asked what the price was before I had them done. I said I knew the price already, for the GEL, not the crystal. She deliberately upsold me and didnt give me what I wanted. I asked her what the difference was between the two gels, and she couldnt even tell me. She was extremely rude and said I had to pay full price. She misled and deceived me. She said her price for crystal gel was the cheapest around....I said I DIDNT WANT IT TO BEGIN WITH! She said oh well, its $70. She was extremely rude. All they care about is taking our hard earned money; they are deceitful and will steal from you any chance they get. Plus she was actually yelling at me and interrupting me...a customer!!! Will never go back.....and have told my friends the same thing. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!! Wish I could give it zero stars. I posted a pic of my 2 broken nails....lovely workmanship, right?? They literally just popped right off. Shoddy materials, and a shoddy, horrible technician. I cant say enough bad things an this place.

My name is Candace, this is the worst nail salon ive ever been to....doesnt even deserve one star. The equipment was old and nasty dirty, the owner/ nail tech was mean and rude. She acted if I didnt know what i was doing by grabbing my hands etc. (Ive been getting my nails done on a regular basis for years) She spoke badly abt other customers that were in the salon at the time (only one) and customers that werent there as well. Afterwards they practically threw me out and didnt allow me to wait for my nails to dry, just kept saying goodbye goodbye This is the worst experience ive had getting my nails done in 20 yrs.!!!!😧😧😧😧
