Very short wait time. I always ask for the same person. She die a very good just. Very little talking and concentrates on my feet and makes sure I am comfortable.

I stopped by and had an appointment over my lunch hour. My service was fine. I asked to check out early , so I could get back to work in time and was rudely told I had to wait until my service was finished. I have been to nail salons all over this state and never had a rude check out like this.

I drive almost 40 minutes just for Nana. She is amazing!!! There is literally nothing she cant do. Every time I come in with some crazy idea and she always makes it even better than I can imagine.

First time here . Nana did an AMAZING JOB i will definitely be coming back. Full set acrylics with coffin cost $85. im obsessed and love my Christmas nails. Everyone was also super nice. I booked an appt on her fb page for $20 deposit which was deducted from final service. I drove 1 hr from Florence ky and will continue to drive this way to get my nails done . im in love!

Rude employees, bad customer service. I walked in and the older woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge my presence and neither did any of the other employees. After a few minutes at least, an employee asked what I needed and I told her. I sat down, no said I could take a seat even. A few minutes later she said it would be a 30 minutes wait. I got up and walked out. I called to let them know about the bad customer service, and whoever answered the phone had a damn attitude. I went somewhere else and got proper customer service and a good nail job.

I have always admired my cousin nails and always was excited to see her new style. Finally I decided to skip my normal nail tech appointment and give B Nails a try. I am a customer for life now!!! I have been so pleased with the service and results. The salon is very inviting and you are welcomed by the staff as soon as you enter the door. They respect appointment time which is the biggest bonus. The technician who has been transforming my nails is Nana. She is very professional and talented. Her work speaks for itself. The cost is very reasonable. I suggest you give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

My full set was a night mare . I asked for short square French tip . I got the complete opposite. Owners reached out to fix my nails and did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure I would recommend Jenny or her husband. Thank you

Clean and professional. I get my nails done by Ken and he’s always on time and creative. The nails last more than two weeks and he takes his time to make sure all my nails have perfect shape and design. The best nail salon I’ve been to so far and will continue to recommend to my friends! I went to an appointment before a trip with six girlfriends. We all got Manis and pedis. I believe everyone had full sets put on but I couldve been mistaken. I went back today as well. Both times they were professional.For the nails I the picture, I told them I was going to Jamaica and wanted bright green nails but I wanted them to use their creativity to make them look nice.

We went in with an appointment for 5 people at 3 o’clock and due to covid we had to cancel for one person. They didn’t attend to us until 3:45 but they took a walk-in while we were there. They then proceeded to tell us that we had to pay an extra fine for the person not showing up. We initially had to pay a $100 security deposit to set up an appointment which I have never had to do that at any other nail salon. While getting our nails done, they did not clearly listen to our wishes on how to do the nails and did them how they wanted. As we were leaving, they were very rude. We also had another appointment set for our friends for the following day which we already gave a security deposit for and asked to cancel which they continued to decline. After we had left the salon, they told us we had to cancel the appointment for the following day. Such unprofessional service was not what we expected. This was one of the worst experiences we have had and we will not be coming back.

The first time I went to b nails I loved it !! But the second time I went I was very disappointed!! I work in Customer service never have I ever felt so ripped off ! First I got a new person to do my nails ! Only wanted all white acrylic he filed my nails down so much it started to bleed ! Then after he was finished he charged my card TWICE my total came up to 59.40. When I checked my bank statement they took out 118.90 out my account didn’t say anything until I had showed them then told me it will be refunded in two to three days ! When they could of just gave me cash cause it was already taking out !! Never again will I go to them !!! Will go to north gate before they try to run with my money !!!

I worked with Jenny her work on designed were awesome at first but instead of taking the colors from the last design off she went over it. After the 3rd time of course now the nsil polish started chipping away within just a day. I sent her pictures that I was unhappy she offered a refund which I thought was fair but I also asked if we could just start a new set instead, she insisted on refund and because I was unhappy has now informed me that she is denying me service again. Basically if your unhappy keep your mouth shut and live with it until you get a new set. Very unprofessional

I went and saw Nana cause I wanted some crazy nail colored powder nails and let her freestyle and she was great. Didn’t take long and asked if I liked what she was doing during her whole freestyle process. On top of that it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be due to the quality of service I got. And also they have a rewards program which I thought was awesome! Will definitely be back.

I had a appointment but I was late so the nail tech told me that I could get my toes done but not my nails well I needed both so I said thats ok ,but my daughter also had an appointment so they took her and every other walk in that came in the the salon which I found that very unfair so I wont be returning to their establishment anytime soon.😑

If you be patient, communicate what youre there for and be respectful of their time and artistry, they are bomb. Walked in, told her what i needed, kept my mouth shut while i waited and was helped promptly. Ill definitely be back. Janet hooked me all the way up. My nails look amazing. Love this nail salon! Son (the owner) and all of the techs do amazing work. They are always very polite and work with me so I can get in and out quickly on my lunch break. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend the owner/manager. Hes good. I have had 3 different techs that I have tried, one of them twice and she did a poor job the first time but I didnt realize that until she did me again, there was a very definitive difference in what she did the first time compared to the second time. She took short cuts the 1st time. The tech I really liked, quit. She was the reason I returned. Be assertive if you know what you want. Make sure you get what you pay for. There are decent techs, if one works for you stick with that one.

B Nails was good.Very busy and they handled all the customers well and in an adequate timely fashion. The eyebrow archer had a 12noon appt. The woman stayed for about an hour. By 1:00 the archer woman had not shown up. Incredibly trifling. There needs to be a school on customer service. This girl needs to be in the front row.

This would be my first time. I was skeptical about cheating on my nail technician but I do not regret it at all whatsoever. I was taken care of by Channy. She has a beautiful personality and energy and so does everyone else. She is very talented and relatable. I was very pleased and I loved the patience that they had for my complicated self lol. 😂 I definitely think Ill be back again.🧡

I just recently got my nails done at B nails and it was not a good experience. I received a full set and the application of the acrylic was something I’ve never seen before. She applied the acrylic and didn’t cut the tips, and when the acrylic was almost dry she cut the tips to my desired length. However the acrylic was thin and the shape did not look good. There are many bumps, lumps and grooves in my acrylic and there should not be. They should be smooth. Next when she went to apply the gel polish and it messed up a little and she had to go back and fix it she had an attitude about it. Then part of my service she didn’t even know how to do. On top of that no prep work was done. No pushing back of the cuticles, no removing the dead skin, and the acrylic was on top of my skin so I know there will be lifting soon. I was feeling my nails over and it felt as if they were going to pop off right then and there. I felt like she was rushing my nails and she did not pay attention to detail whatsoever. I feel as if they were just trying to get me out the way. To be honest I’m still very much in shock that no prep work was done whatsoever. The only thing she did was cut down my nails and file over them a little bit. After that, she went in to start putting the tips on and applying acrylic. I feel as if she had no training on how to properly do a full set. She filed the acrylic very thin, so I don’t expect this to last long at all. I asked for coffin shape, but my nails are wide like square shape (even though I paid an extra 5 for coffin). This is probably because she did not bother to do the shape before applying the acrylic. She just slapped on the tips and started with the acrylic (which was very messy). There was polish all over my cuticles, and I’m pretty sure my middle nail is on crooked. I am very disappointed because I’ve came there for about a year consistently, and I’ve never received a full set so terrible. I am extremely upset, and will not be returning because of it.

I tried B nails after my old salon starting to get lousy with their work and I am extremely happy I did! I did show up just a few minutes after they opened but I was sat and they got started on my nails very quickly.I have wide nails so they are more difficult to shape. I like to get coffin and most places really can’t shape them properly on my nails. My tech (I didn’t get a name but booth 3) took her time and made my nails really flatter my fingers. As soon as she began shaping them I knew I was in good hands. I will definitely be returning.

Went in to get a fill in and nails shaped and they asked me what I need done then the guy told me not to sign in mind you it’s 10:20a and barely anyone in there. The guy told me there’s two appointments coming in at 10:30a so I have to come back . The two appointments ppl he claimed wasn’t there it was already 10:20a. I said no thank you and went down the street to another nail salon and got my nails done. I liked that place but that’s not how you do business. Turning down money and they only had 3 clients in there at the time.

Son and his staff are the best in town. Always smile and friendly which makes the atmospheres much much warmer. My wife loves to get her nails done here. Thanks Son and the whole staff and keep it up.

Today I went to try to get my nails done by Son. Through a family friend refer me to use his nail shop because he does good work. I went early afternoon around 3pm before I got fill out my information he was kinda rude turning business away and told me come back another day they are too busy and he was under staff because his wife was at school. It wasnt plently of people waiting but 2 people and 3 people where get services done. I could have been seen because as soon as I left he accepted another walk in.

I fully expected to walk in and see the same staff that worked at Mirage. I was also fully prepared to walk back out of the door if I did. I had two bad experiences and my daughter had several bad experiences at Mirage and we agreed that we would never go back. B Nails is 100% better than Mirage! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, which is something that should happen in any establishment. Hana did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. She was so friendly and outgoing and I really enjoyed talking to her. My husband and my daughter both loved my mani/pedi. I look forward to my next visit. Great job!

It’s okay my nails looked like they needed a fill in the first day i got them and that’s not cool i had a male do my hands he was very impolite and i would never pay 71 dollars for no full set it don’t add up will never go here again -2020 corporate

I called at 6:05 p.m. to see if they were able to render services to me, when I arrived at 6:10 p.m. they told me they couldnt help me because their fill-ins were full. However they didnt think to mention that in conversation while on the phone. Literally 5min from the call to their place of business. I felt this to be a discourteous to a patron coming into their establishment for services. I wouldnt recommend them.

They do lovely disigns and it was so pretty my daughter loved it for her birthday.

I came here because it was close to my house. That is literally the only good thing about this place is that its close. The staff is not friendly AT ALL. My nails were rushed and honestly, the atmosphere is horrible too. This place is ONLY good if you are trying to get a quick nail job, in and out, and dont care about ambiance.

The staff here are friendly and professional. They take there time and do beautiful art work on nails. I only get gel done on my natural nails and have been to various places before this place. I always had issues with the gel polish chipping off after about a day or two. I began to think it was normal for this to happen, until I came here. I was amazed that my nail job lasted 3 weeks without chipping. In fact it never chipped, it was just time to get it re-done.

You can’t get no better than this please!!
