Great neighborhood auto repair shop. My family have been customers for years. I’ve had regular maintenance and major repairs done by Duebbers. Very knowledgeable technicians and prices are very reasonable. They always call and let me know if the original work/repair needs to be adjusted before they begin any extra work. I recently blew the rear tire on my motorcycle in the intersection by this business. I pulled in to their lot and the guys working came to see how my son and I were doing.It was pretty warm outside and they repeatedly offered for us to come wait in the a/c. Unfortunately, they were not able to work on my vintage bike, but they were willing to let me use one of their ramps to load my bike in a friends truck, and even helped me get it into the bed.What else can I say, the employees at Duebbers went out of their way for a non-paying customer. Imagine what they would do for money.

No complaints at all!! They even checked in to make sure everything was good with the car after they fixed it. I was surprised with the customer service they offered. I can not say one bad thing about the service, work, or the price.

We decided to install some custom wheels and tires on an FRS and couldn’t find the tire we wanted. They found it and at a great price! The also have quality mounting equipment so we had no worries about possible damage to the wheels.Their mechanic was top notch and taught us a lot about tire and wheel care for custom wheels and when we picked it up, the wheels were clean like they had been polished and tire shine applied like it was ready for a show.Very happy we chose Duebber’s, top quality work and people.

Duebber’s is a place I trust and respect. They explain the issues in a clear manner, answer my questions, provide advice, and are honest when I ask if there other options. I’ve moved to Kentucky a few years back but since I trust them I’m willing to go a few extra miles for them to service my car. It’s like having a big brother giving me advice.

He took the time to communicate everything to me clearly and patiently. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Very very pleased with Duebbers. Took my 2011 Camry in with a transmission shudder and vinrstion noise from the engine. Charged a very reasonable rate for the quality of work. They didn’t even think they fixed the vibration noise but they did.Will be back for sure, thanks a bunch!

They also give excellent advice on what can be held off on if time or money is tight. I will not take my cars elsewhere! Best people and service on earth

Duebbers is unlike any other auto service on the planet. We have had a couple of occasions where we have been out of town and a warning light came on the dashboard. Once we were in a remote spot in Michigan and they researched on our behalf and found a trustworthy mechanic nearby where we could service our car. They called the mechanic themselves and served as our point-men. Another time we called just before closing over the Christmas holiday. One of the workers gave us his home phone number and told us to call no matter the time of night as he did not want us to be stranded. If your car is going to be in service for awhile, they will drop you off at your home and pick you back up. If you are waiting, they will offer to go out and get you something to eat or drink if you want. They make a point of making friendly conversation with you as they come and go out of the office. They always look to provide you with the most affordable option rather than simply replacing a part because it would be an easier way to repair it. Seriously, who provides this kind of service? They truly treat you not as just clients but as they would a family member.

I have trusted my cars here for many years. Never a complaint about their work. They have been very helpful and friendly. Little things like asking how my mom is doing (she was a customer also before she stopped driving), or a cup of coffee, are the kind of things that, with the quality service, keep me coming back!

My car died downtown and I called Duebbers. They were very responsive, sending a tow truck and analyzing the problem quickly. The issue ended up being an inexpensive fix that they took care of immediately. They consistently look for alternatives to costly fixes and are extremely customer-friendly. We take all of our vehicles there because we trust Marc and his team!

My son hit a terrible pothole and damaged his tire and alloy wheel. Marty and his crew at Dubber’s Automotive were able to fix the alloy wheel, which saved me a great deal of money. They had the car fixed and back on the road quickly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I called them for the first time on january 2nd fully expecting them to say they couldn’t even look at my car until the following week...but i was so pleased that they said i could have it towed there and they would try to look at it...it only had to stay there one night....i was very impressed with them and their super clean shop....i will definitely be going back to them...

Never will I ever go back to this place. After getting my car repaired three times at this place I was fed up. I could have died three times if I wasn’t extra cautious. First two were my brakes. They said they fixed them but after a week I had I felt there was no brakes. Also they can’t tighten wheels up. Make sure you always check your tires after leaving this place.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Wont go back because they put the tires back on so tight my 300 lb husband couldnt get the off with his entire weight when we got a flat a few months later. Scam to make you come back to them. Not falling for it. That was my first and last time there.
