I really liked this place. But they gave me the run around didnt fix my car for weeks. I had a warranty on it. Now my breaks feel funny. I called and was gone take it back to them but decided Ill take it elsewhere, people that like they job and treat others right. Im a very nice person and it takes a lot to get under my skin. And Im still not upset with these people. Im never spending my money with them again. I just just got struts and a arm control thing done but not with them. Sorry dudes tricks on you guys.

My sister took her trailblazer for powering steering leak. The repairs were a bit pricy.($571) One part was the same cost as the labor (190) I guess??🧐 The staff was not friendly. It seems two workers are always in conflict.The problem was fixed. There is still a faint possible repair steering sound after work was completed. Ouch! Hopefully it won’t be five hundred bucks to repair😫🚖🚖🚖🚖

The work that was done to my car was very good and associates polite; however, I waited for quite some time (approx 3 1/2hrs). The wait time wouldnt have been so bad if the waiting area was larger and allowed for social distancing. I felt very uncomfortable being in a closed area like that with little to no ventilation.

Super unprofessional. Im Questioning the managers mental capacity to manage the place. I paid over $40 for used car inspection and they didnt even check the fluids, any of the lights or electronics nothing. Only checked the front and rear brakes. Just dont.

I went into Meineke to get two simple light bulbs change out they said they cant help me i went right across the street to complete auto care and they changed them asap no problem

Everything was going well and they finished in a good time, but I asked them to put pressure in my tires and overpumped them WAYY too much. They also changed my brakes and they didn’t screw in the brake capiler bolt all the way, so it ended up falling out!

I love this place. Fast, easy on my pockets, and friendly. Not one of those shops that tells you everything needs done to your car when you take it in for one thing. I will definitely come back next time my Cars are needing work. I wish I knew about this GEM long ago!

The service is absolutely “HORRIBLE”, I would not recommend anyone to use either one of their locations on Reading Rd or Forest Park, I allowed them to service my 2013 Cadillac XTS and now my dashboard lights are flashing continually and the service manager at the Reading Rd location, told me that it was my battery and or alternator. he’s not aware of my experiences in the automobile industrial. So all I want is a complete REFUND OF MY MONEY” and nothing else because I don’t do lying to me very well, my car, will he dropped off to Cadillac on Monday, to be repaired correctly! DO NOT ALLOW THEM To SERVICE, your car, truck or Suv!

I hate car issues! As a woman, this is probably one of my biggest annoyances and on top of being nearly 9 months pregnant I was so worried when my car started giving me problems the other day. I was able to get my car right in, the owner Cedrick was so kind and accommodating and they had me back on the road the next day. I can’t thank the crew at Meineke enough for helping me! I feel like I was taken care of, paid a fair price and would recommend this shop to anyone. Should I ever need future repairs done, I know where I am going from now on!

I will not return to this business due to the manager not allowing me to utilize my 30 percent coupon. My high mileage oil change was about 60 dollars and the coupon excluded basic and synthetic oil changes. I was disappointed with the service guy and it was too expensive to not get a air filter with my tune up and I paid $189. Just to put in spark plugs no.

Checked out my Van said it was alternator and battery $48 to look at it for 10 mins tgen co.e with a fee of $812.92 for a battery and alternator that only have a year and 18 month warranty.Overpriced.Im a woman but not dum when it come to my money.Kick rocks

This store was filthy and smelled like a urinal. I trusted the mechanics because it is a Meineke shop, but I had no where to wait and had to get an Uber & leave for 3 hours.

Great place to get oil change

Although not the most comfortable place to wait, the job was completed well and even faster than promised. Plus a referral from my usual mechanic brought a small but appreciated discount.

Not the prettiest Meineke I’m sure, but the gentleman there was kind & willing to assist.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not put my front tire on and they knew it because they drive my car up to the front of the location from the very back bay. The owner checked it and sent me on my way. Not even two stores down the road I had to pull over because my tire fell off. The guy working on my car is supposedly the service manager and didnt apologize, didnt acknowledge me, and was still working when I left. I finally pick my car up today from the auto body shop to repair the cosmetic and internal damage done to my car.

The only reason they are getting one star, is because they wont let me give 0 stars. I stopped in this place and was told that they could get to me around 4. I called a little before 4 to ensure they could get to my vehicle only to be told to come at 8 a.m. in the morning. I came at 8 a.m. and was told that the only lift for my vehicle wouldnt be available for another hour. I couldve been home asleep! The phone number is wrong on their next service date sticker. They dont say goodbye when they hang up the phone. Overall, theyre trash.

Never open on time says 7:30 on website says 8:00am on the door. And yet noone Is here that is a very good sign of pure laziness and very unprofessional needs a whole new staff.

I had my truck towed to the shop I was inform they I need a new engine.He told me what it would cost for the engine and he a finance plan available. But also explain to me the condition of my over all truck , that it wont be worth me spending my money on a engine . That I had more problems and he rather keep me a on going customer. I thank him for being honest with me Then just taking my money

I appreciated the honest service that was given to me the managers willingness to work with me because of my financial situation really touched me because I went to other places and they just told me ridiculous prices and things I needed for my car that I didnt need I will always use meineke for my service now on thank you staff.

Had my car towed in the morning at 7:30 am which is when they supposedly open. I spent a half an hour calling and no one answered. Finally they amswered at 8:45 and they only had one mechanic working so it took an hour to look at my car.Then once he looked at he said that it was too big of job to fix a simple transmission leak.TERRIBLE service and INCOMPETENT mechanic.Couldn’t take care of my van.

You have to be here as early as 6am to get in line, especially if you dont have appointment. This is a good thing because they are good and therefore very busy workshop. Take note.

Totally take advantage by Finding more problems after they have said that all will be fixed. Turned $280 stated cost repair into $900 visit. Never will I give Meineke my business ever again!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked it. Dropped off my car on Friday, and came back for it saturday and it still wasnt done. No one called me and they closed and never contacted me. I had to wait till monday and told the manager what happened and he didnt seem to care.NEVER GOING BACK! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Dont trust the pricing on the bill...always check the goggle about the same product and price...there is a lot of difference between the prices almost double the price that is available at the official company dealer...had the worst experience of going to meineke at reading road...they charged me double at the price and when I checked it online and told them about the price they said time that they cannot provide me the price they get the stuff for...be careful and always check the price on goggle about it when they give you an estimate
