I work in insurance, so we are very familiar with many tow companies in the area and this is the best one hands down. Great service, friendly people, and fair pricing - cant ask for more. This company is the first suggestion we make to customers, and its always the first place I call for my own car.

Dustin was absolutely wonderful! Called to get a price. He was very professional. Was put on hold so I could confirm all details with the cars owner. He was on time. Quickly loaded up the vehicle, gave the car owner a piece of mind that her car would get to the mechanics shop quickly and easily. Very very reasonable pricing! Would highly recommend! They made sure I got to a mechanic who has been great to work with so far and that I was safe for the evening, and his pricing was more than fair. I had locked the keys inside the trunk of my car on accident during the evening. I called triple A, and they opened my door, but because of the anti theft mode, I wasn’t able to open the trunk. I called Mercedes, and they said the only thing they could do was call a special technicians or have my car towed to the dealership. So the next morning Tow360 came to tow my car, but the guys were so helpful. They were able to get my key out without me going all the way to the dealership (which was 45 minutes away), and they didn’t charge either. Very nice people and I’m glad they were there!

We got a flat tire on interstate 81. They were there to pick us up within 20 minutes after hanging up the phone and recommended a tire shop to get our tires replaced. They were very helpful, professional, and timely. Would definitely use them again!

I put a skid steer in a very dumb situation and Dustin worked with me to troubleshoot a situation in which many people would have just looked at it and walked away without trying to work the problem. Really nice towing service. Really cheap for in town tows for example I needed my car to be towed from my apartment complex to an mechanic in town and it only costed me $65 USD which is good price compared to where Im from.The tow guy even offered me a ride home.
