Best price in town professionalism was definitely there

This is an extraordinarily unprofessional team. My car was towed after 20 minutes in a lot worth a 30 minute designated restriction. I cannot believe that anyone does business with them. The lot is a tiny mud patch and the drivers I met laughed about the cab fare I had to pay to collect my vehicle after having the nerve to recommend a cab company they obviously have a deal with. I will be taking this up with the BBB and the local city council.

Towing companies get a lot of flack, but lets not forget about all the people they help. These guys got us off the side of the road and helped us out and then some. Made sure we were safe and even gave us a lift to somewhere we could get another car to continue on our way. These guys are just doing their job and they do it well.

The proprietor threatened to keep my car overnight and have me arrested because I told him I didnt feel comfortable signing my bill inside his office (i was standing in the doorway of his little shack). Hes obviously out to power trip and extort people, I will be filing a complaint through better business Bureau, they are not professional and I am very dissapointed that the city of Blacksburg contracts them to operate on any lots.

They towed my car even though I had a parking pass for my apartment complex. They need to be much more thorough when searching cars. If I find any damages I will be filing a complaint. Thankfully, when they realized the mistake they did bring my car back free of charge.

My car got towed by Valley towing in Blacksburg. Its an understatement to say that Im not happy. I would like to help you avoid this kind of situation.First, if you need to park near downtown Blacksburg, consider Virginia Tech parking spots. Most of Virginia Tech parking spots are open to the public after 5 p.m. on weekdays, free on weekends. if you need to visit downtown after 5 p.m., this is an option. When you park, look for the Virginia Tech parking sign, if the sign doesnt say “24 hours enforced”, Then its okay to park after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and okay to park on weekends. If the sign says 24 hours enforced, find another spot.If you need to park at a local business for an extended period of time, make sure you get the owners consent. usually if you frequent a business, this is not a problem.If a business with a parking lot goes out of business, assume it is not safe to park in that parking lot.If you are visiting a friend’s apartment or a house, make sure you know the parking regulation there. Ive seen situations where towing company would stake out in the dark, waiting for the owner of the vehicle to leave, and tow their vehicles right away.Before my car got towed, I used to think Ambulance Chaser are bad. Car being towed is not an experience you want to go through, trust me. Together, we can put these low-life companies out of business.

My wife and I parked in a towable zone for this company this evening and had a questionable experience with a driver this evening but after speaking to the owner of the company and explaining the situation, everything was made right in a professional manner that you would expect... In addition this is no longer Valley Towing and the new owner was polite, courteous and a true gentleman...

I wrote a blog post on this company back in February of 2012 and forgot that I did not leave a review on Google, to make it even more public.I attended a memorial service for a friend and a Special Olympic athlete in 2012 in Blacksburg. Valley Towing attempted to tow the car of the parents of the teenager the service was being held for. After a very loud and angry conversation between the Valley Towing Tow-truck driver and the parents, the driver charged $150 to release the car on the spot.$150! Did I mention that the parents were attending THEIR SON’S MEMORIAL SERVICE! I informed the driver in a very calm manner, that he should seriously reconsider releasing the car for free because of the situation. He did not.This company has no respect for others and is downright nasty to deal with. Please do not consider them for any business – whether it be for an apartment agency looking to enforce parking restrictions, or if your vehicle has broken down and you’re in need of getting it to a service shop. There are other, more ethical companies that should gladly earn your business.

Very professional company. I was broke down on the Interstate and they came and got my my car and gave me a ride home.

Really wish i could give a lower rating but cant.The scum of the earth right here, parked across the street at Roanoke st apts for no more than 8 mins to pick up my daughter from school, to come back to find my car gone which had my belongings in it. Thieves of Blacksburg stealing $135 off of my kids plate

My dream? Force the owner of this company and the owner of the McDonalds franchise in Downtown Blacksburg to fight to the death in a cage match. They are partners in preying on students and the public.

Terrible company who abuses contracts to hurt students, terrible charges and will literally tow you for your wheels being slightly off center
