Very happy with overall experience. Came in with a bent aluminum rim. They explained to me they would try and fix it without cracking the rim, told me upfront the cost would be different in the event it did crack. They even told me the paint on my rim would be damaged from the blowtorch. Luckily my rim didnt crack and they even found paint that somewhat matched the color of my rim and touched it up for me all within a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service. Definitely will use again!

Stopped in with a buddy yesterday by chance with a buddy. That visit resulted in me scheduling the installation of a lift kit and oversized tires for my Wrangler JKU. They put me on schedule next day. Went in right before close of business and they hooked my ride up. Great service and really fair pricing! They gained a new customer and I’d highly recommend!

Had a bent rim and busted tire. The dealership wanted 1100 dollars to replace, but Arandas fixed my rim and got me a new tire with warranty for 900 dollars less. They communicated what I needed and the cost before just getting rid of my old tire. Nice, professional people. I just wish they had a bigger parking lot lol

Went in to fix my flat, was told they dont have the tire I needed they didnt even check my tire or to see what was wrong with it or to see what kind I needed. They offered me to try another place. Customer service was bad they couldnt fix a simple flat tire or replace it. I wont recommend coming to this place. I drove off with a low pressure tire. Was even willing to buy a new tire. I didnt understand why was I brushed off.

I didn’t even get work done here but I called for a quote and she was very helpful. She was quick and informative. There weren’t any available openings but she gave me second location address and number without hesitation and extremely polite. Service like that definitely gives me faith to do future business with them. Second location not so much, but they received there own review for that.

Jose was the dopest Kat EVER, a mix between Fat Joe and DJ Khaled, all in respect. The whole staff was so inviting and warm, Jose made it his business to make sure I got what I wanted, he and his staff went above and beyond great customer service, they will always have my business and I have already recommended them to my brother who will be to see them next week!!!

Great experience. June was the tech on my 07 DTS. Explained the issues thoroughly and didnt do any hard selling like the bigger shops. My TPMS issue was fixed and Ill be back (in a couple paychecks) for some work on the rims. Thanks!

Real good place with honest hard working people and the owner is a man of his word. He helped me out with my tire situation even doe my tire size was almost impossible to find anywhere. If you really want a good place to work on your car come here in all honesty they are good and fast at what they do. You wont regret it.

Got the wheels and tires I wanted the morning after I called and asked and had a super quick install! Perfect setup and even painted my calipers to match the red accents. These guys are awesome and don’t just do wheels and tires! Going back in a couple days to get Power Side Steps installed for easy entry/exit. Awesome place!

If its work they dont do themselves they have a shop to recommend that is just as responsive. Friendly staff, good waiting area, accommodating, great prices, no b/s, tons of options. I already tell all my friends to go here. Anytime I do multiple cars there is a nice discount. Ask for Jimmy, very knowledgeable and works with all customers.

Went here, needed 2 new tires, they took good care of me. Were super understanding when I was stuck in traffic on the way to get my tires installed. Waited for me, and got 2 new tires, all 4 balances and TPMS sensors in 30 minutes.

I priced my rims and tires on line on a few aftermarket web sites and then I searched if there was a shop locally that could get the same wheels. Arandas on Grand Ave had many good reviews so I decided to take a chance and drive into the city. Im glad I did because not only could they get the same wheels that I wanted from the online stores, but they also matched the price for the wheel and tire package and painted my brake callipers and mounted the wheels for me, all for the price I would have paid, had I ordered it online (I would have installed the wheels on myself so it saved me on my own labor). Forgot to mention, they ordered it and got it for me the same day! Dont let the exterior of the shop scare you off! Not fancy, but the people are customer oriented and fantastic! Great service!
