They are very professional . I went to recover my hard drive files from the old laptop and Im very happy with them. Would use them again in the future (hopefully I will not need them but you never know).Highly recommend

I dropped my WD element 1tb hard external hard drive, and I broke the reading disc inside the drive, I had super important 4k, RAW footage, and high quality pictures all on this drive, ACE was able to take in the drive the same day I dropped it, it took like 2-3 to figure out the real problem with the drive and was able 2fix it!!! It took no longer that 2weeks total for the whole process to be completed!!! Truly live savers!!! The price might be high but it’s worth err penny😉
