They offer various ways to retrieve your recovered data from download able links to usb drives. My now preferred go to place for data retrieving.

I wish I hadnt sent my hard drive here. They assured me that they would be able to recover my data and that it would be around 1000. That turned to 2400. Then I was informed that they were only able to recover a fraction of my data, mostly folders and nothing substantive. Their feedback was terrible, long periods of time with little to no information. When they returned my hard drive they made me pay for shipping from Canada. I had no idea they sent it to Canada, I asked for a tracking number, they never sent it, I asked for a list of procedures they performed, I never got that. The fine print is super long and confusing and the UX UI of the website/ticket handling is very poor. I tried looking them up with the BBB and theyre not listed. If I were you, I wouldnt do business with them.

Found them online. Called. Came in. Dropped off HD. Paid. They recovered it. Good job!
