Framework Communications has been an excellent company to work with from everyone in the help desk department to all the different IT specialists. Everyone at this company is extremely pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond to phone calls or emails. Their follow-up is also top-notch. I have worked with Framework communications now while working at a few different companies.  Amazingly they have consistently delivered the same CareFree IT experience no matter which company I work for.  I always talk to a live person every time I call.  I used to dread calling the IT department but now it has become a pleasant experience where my issue isnt only fixed but I learn in the process.

I will admit I was nervous about switching away from our telephone provider and to the VOIP system Framework was trying to convince me of. Porting phone lines over to another provider, only to find that the service and quality of connection you are receiving does not meet your standards, if a difficult decision to undo. I spent a lot of time researching, testing equipment, understanding the real costs, etc.Framework has exceeded my expectations. From the sales person Adam, to Maggie managing the order, to Chris who came to install and support and Mark who has been supporting / customizing, everything has gone as well as can be expected. This is a big change, and changes are inevitable. They have literally worked overtime helping me implement all the features I asked for. I simply would not have had this level of flexibility with a traditional telephone provider. They have worked projects in their labs to help provide me the myriad of requests I had to make sure our phone system acted exactly as we wanted it to.I cannot say enough good things about the whole process.
