Coming through OHare Airport from a flight ✈️ is beautiful ❤️. Love the new glass doors theyve installed for the customers to go up to the next level / deck of the Airport. The shuttle driver is awesome getting passengers to Level F for Car Reservations. Alamo Car Rental Team is the greatest! The selection of vehicles available for this trip and the complimentary Car upgrade was really appreciated. The check ✅ In process and Car Returns process is very smooth. The Alamo Team working together to keep up the fast pace for such a busy airport is commendable.

Good, easy, fast in and out. The tram is not working at the moment, you have to take a bus, but there are plenty and they are fast.

Easy in and out if you use a rewards or membership program. Clean facility. Bus service to terminals is timely. I look forward to the day we can take the new train to the terminals.

This place may be open 24 hours with their shuttle bus 24/7 as well BUT the rental car centers are not open 24 hours!I called and made sure that my reservation is still there due to flights getting delayed and cancelled. I told the operator I am arriving at 2AM and she said, we will hold your car for 24hrs and that the rental car center is open 24hrs at the airport. But it was not! On a Friday, they close at 12mn.I arrived around 2AM and the signs in the airport were very confusing as to where the waiting spot is located for the bus shuttle is to get to the rental car center. I was able to get to the rental car center via the shuttle around 2:30-2:40AM. At these hours, expect to have a wait before you see the rental car shuttle bus pass by or get to you.And then, when you get to the rental car desks...voila! Its all close at dawn and it will open around the hours of 6am (for specific centers). Not sure with the other centers. So, you cannot get a rental car from 1am-6am. I ended up sleeping or waiting in the area. Once they opened, I was already third in line. I was told that the car I reserved is not available and I will have 1hr to 1hr&30mins wait (Dollar rental). I didnt want to wait, so the staff gave me an option to get a Nissan Rogue for an additional $38/day. It was not a free upgrade because they dont have the car that I already paid for and reserved available.Nonetheless, the rental car desks and centers where you actually need to go to to get a car is not open 24 hours.

To get there the bus stopped at every gate. We were already full of people and the bus still stopped at the gates. Lines were long and no help on directions where to go to get the rental car. Got a car paperwork said I got a f250 truck. They didnt go over the car a how it looked terrible help.

Newer facility than I recall but its admittedly been a few years. Big improvement.

Overall a smooth experience. However it would have been more helpful to have more signs in the area where the cars are picked up. It was very unclear how we were supposed to pick up the cars, and where we went once we choose our car. More signs would be appreciated, or perhaps someone to offer directions in such a large location.

Customer service was excellent, facility was kept clean and sanitized. The only issue is they dont explain parking, so if you dont know about the outside parking lot you will pay $3 on pick-up and $3 on drop-off. If you go passed the paid lot there is free short term parking.

Airport is easy to navigate. Only wish they would hurry and get the rental car tram up and running. Still not finished

I hell no. Never again. $500 deposit plus 740 credit score requirements upon arrival. Finding this out after booking and flying in from El Paso TX. Very bad

This is my 4th time this year visiting. Everytime there has been a minimum of a 2+hour wait in very long lines. I have used 3 different agencies and each is understaffed and even though I had a reservation, on 2 occasions once checked in I had to wait additional time for an available car. By far the worst rental car experience nationwide. Someone needs to truly evaluate the operating procedure!

Minor rant ahead...So OHare decides that lot G is full when clearly spaces are visible.(I guess they wanted the cars to socially distanced as well.) So they force you to use the newest parking structure Lot F ( $7 more per day too) Lot F is Nice and new and clean. Has car rental facility on main floor as well.. Nice big bright signs to find your correct bus to the terminals. (However, bus to terminal one departures wasnt anywhere near the sign for it.) Nor did it take us to terminal 1 departures...had to get out just past arrivals and walk back and up stairs. LOL. Very typical Ohare.Good luck because next time I am sure it will change

I use National so I didnt have to wait in any lines. I can say the rest of the lines were pretty long and getting longer by the day. But, this is a well-organized hub with buses running to the terminals every couple of minutes.

Takes way too long to get there on the bus. The buses are also packed. Takes way too long to get thebcar from Enterprize although the guy helping us was really nice. Ended giving me a car with Tags that were 14 months out of date.

Clean and new. Easy to get around and plenty of carts. However, cannot wait for the train service to start, because the bus service is awful. Drivers have no concept of loading area vs unloading, so everyone is on top of each other with all their luggage curbside. Its maddening to get on and off the bus.

I hate this airport, way too many ppl everywhere. You get lost easily

We arrived to the airport, got to the check out only to be told the car must stay in Illinois, we could not take the rental car the next state over to our destination. This would have been nice to know.We canceled the reservation, worried about how to get to our location and the Payless rental at the counter next door took care of us and even have us an upgrade.

There was no waiting lines and the rental experience was a breeze and the staff are very helpful. Also, all the vehicle are located in the same building, so there is no need to drag your luggage to some parking lot.

Great, great service. We are fastbreak members with Budget. Straight off the plane and on the shuttle- They had us in and out in under 5 minutes. Thats how they roll...thanks guys!

This is a nice clean and fully functional facility with easy access in and out.

Ive always rented from Avis but rented from Budget this time. When I got to the car they gave me the car stunk. You could smell where someone either vomited in it, there was something all over the passenger side door front & back and the keys werent in it like I was told. I had to go back inside and request another vehicle. My credit card has a pending amount triple what I was supposed to pay so Im waiting 10 days to see if the charge will drop to what it was supposed to be. I will not rent from Budget again. I can say that they gave a free 2nd driver and free upgrade.

Clean open space with clean bathrooms. Would improve the signage. Staff were friendly. There is a gas station close by the fill up rental cars but it is a bit expensive.

First time at the Hertz facility. Clean fairly empty. Could use better signage to get to drop off point and lot. But very efficient.

Excellent customer service. My only gripe is that its a 20 minute drive to the car rental facility from Ohare airport

Shuttle from terminal can be confusing but there were guides helping people. Rental car terminal is spacious and easy to locate cars.

One of the best most efficient airports in the Midwest. Everything is clear, to the point, quite a bit of walking though as it is a big place.

There was ONE person and a line that reached to the door literally! Also they did not give good indications as to how to pick up the rental car. Also— Way OVERCHARGED us POST rental.

Fox rental is a great rental place . I have reserved a rental car thru them twice now and they have clean cars that are up to date. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I will always choose them as my rental car place when I travel if they are available to choose from.

Dont go to Payless car rental. They are not a people person so rude and dont explain what and why they do things that divert from the websites

I couldnt rent a car because of corporate reasons but were still very courteous in trying to get me in a car.

Budget is a terrible place to rent a car. High priced with hidden fees along with charges you didnt even ask for. Not very friendly either

I wish the buses were fitted with a display that said where is going and where its at now. The busy drivers do their best but its hard to hear them from the back every time.

I parked here for a trip to go see my parents. It was very easy to get into the garage and find a place to park. It was very well lit and clean. I had no problem getting to the elevator and downstairs to the bus to take me to the terminal. Upon returning, I was able to pay on the ground level and exit the facility with ease. $22 a day. Overall a great experience.

Other than being forced to pay for insurance that I did not think I did not need, this was a decent location to rent a car.

Shuttle bus locations terminal to the rental building was confusing at the airport. Once in the multiple rental building it was easy.

The lady at Avis was completely horrible... all their signs said they had cars available, so were waiting in like for about 20 minutes, and then tells us we dont have any cars, check the other places so asked why do the signs say you have cars. She says we aint changed them yet really snooty... Then the othe place National I think its called was trying to charge us $779.00 for a mid size car for 3 days.. idk if other people are ok paying that, but not me. However what started this entire crazy situation is we had reservations through a new place called Fox Our plane got delayed by an hour so I called Fox to let them know, and Im told we have 3 hours from time to pick up to get. However when we got there it had only been an hour and a half and a security guy told us they left at 12:00. Instead of waiting for us to get there. So I guess bottom double, no triple check all rentals through this place. That way you dont end up like my family and myself

Rented with dollar car rental the agent said they wouldnt take the same credit card I used the week before due to a policy change, I asked could I keep the car I brought in due to their shortage but the agent insisted on trying to charge for a upgrade. I declined and after paying for my rental I was informed there would be a wait. It took 2 HOURS for me to get my rental even though I brought a car in. Terrible customer service ill stick to Alamo.

I miss the old place. This is confusing. From the terminal we were all lost. And I mean we all. If they dont have clear and simple signage it becomes a nightmare. I lost at least one hour.

Too bad we need to take a shuttle to from ORD to get the vehicles. Besides that they have had a good selection of vehicles for executive elites

The shuttle busses were plentiful, my beef is with fees and the car agencies themselves.

A excellent, new facility! All the car rental companies are in one clean building with shuttles to and from the airport. The garage is large and depending on the company you will go to a different level. Would recommend coming here for a car for your time in Chicago as an Uber or Lyft will be a high price.

I paid over $1100 for a Nissan altima for 6 days. Unheard of. Highway robbery. I have NEVER been charged so much for a week rental. Stay away from these overpriced crooks.

The worst experience on waiting; companies are not prepared for busy weekend and have no service representatives.

I did get my car eventually but it took forever. They seemed grossly understaffed. Although there are multiple exit lanes, there was only one person at the exit to verify paperwork.

The sign make finding where you need to go very easy. The shuttles to the airport run very frequently. Definitely makes renting a car easy with many options in one spot. Plus its minutes away from the airport so you dont have to go far to pick up or drop off your rental.

Very confusing not enough signsTelling you were to go drove around for 15 minutes with passengers trying to figure outWere to let them out no sign saying rideshare drop off just a sign saying kiss and fly and this is were you drop passengers off.If you go forward and drop them off in front of the building your going to have a bad night! Power triping cops are going to be all up in your s _ _ t for sure!! Be warned!

I landed in Chicago on Spirit. I landed about 7pm and had to wait for a rental car from dollar for 2 hours. Everyone on the flight that had a rental reserved like me got their rentals before I did. I was the last one to receive a rental of our flight when I thought they should take passengers as they are in line and not skip them. I will never rent a vehicle from dollar again. Why be open and take reservations if they didnt have any vehicles? So ridiculous!!!!

Confusing and alienating for the uninitiated. Poor signage, bewildering layout. Skelton staffed. Unhelpful security officer. Clean, well-lit. But figure out how to return a car from elsewhere on your own.

I am giving it 5 stars in advance assuming the trains for terminals will start soon. Meanwhile, the bus service is frequent. Loved the design, which is very spacious, neatly architect and properly signed.The car entry and exit is simple and easy. The pickup and drop off is also simple and quick.

Before you step in line site down got to price line find the best deal ... Pay online and then get a car .... If you step in line without doing that its 100 plus more dollars
