Les provided a true first class experience while I was visiting Chicago with my two-year-old son. He communicated clearly, met us in the airport, and then carried our luggage to a very nicely maintained Mercedes S-class. Les was kind to my son, and we enjoyed good conversation as we navigated Chicago traffic. Unlike some black car services, Les shows up in the specific car model you order, and the equipment is very well maintained. Les clearly takes pride in his business, and I highly recommend him and Legendary Private Car if you are looking for a step up above ride sharing and taxi services.

I booked this company from and to the airport because of their good reviews and because they offered carseats. Shortly after booking, someone called me with a couple of questions about my booking. Not sure who I talked to, but he was the most hostile, unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. He was trying to tell me that I booked the incorrect time for my pickup. I was trying to understand what he was asking me, and he kept interrupting and talking about how hes been in this business 25 years and knows what hes talking about blah blah. Still not even sure what he was trying to ask me but my reservation has been canceled. Im not one to leave poor reviews but this dude was on another level. I also know based on looking at other poor reviews that he will try and discredit everything I said. 0/10 recommend this car service.

I found Legendary Car service from reviews. I switched to the company after a horrible experience with another one in Chicago. Weve used them now several times and they are always on time, professional and a pleasure to ride with. The drivers weve had are Saad, Sammy and Les. All three are kind, courteous and friendly. We plan to use them in the future regularly.

I highly recommend Leszek and his company. I did my first COVID-19 travel a week ago and was nervous about staying safe. He listened to my concerns and reassured me they take the utmost care. He wore a mask the whole time and was respectful of social distancing. I felt very safe in the car, much more so than anything like Uber.I was also impressed by his knowledge of the airport, flight patterns, traffic patterns and needs of his clients. This man knows his business! His website was super easy to use, book, pay - with very clear pricing.Its a bit most to pay than taxi/ride share but 110% worth it.

I booked a car online for my son to go on Prom. The service is amazing the driver was very personable my son bragged about him the whole entire night. My son was late coming out to be picked up, the driver texted him waited the extra time for him and joked What took you so long you flirting with the ladies. I was so glad that I didnt have to worry and even though my son was late coming out the driver waited for him pleasantly didnt leave him and made sure he got home safely. I had to email the owner for making this such a pleasant trip the car was clean and we will definitely be using this service again.

I recently stayed in Chicago for business and I am not familiar with the city. I was planning on trying to navigate public transportation, but my client booked Leszek to pick me up from the airport and take me to our meeting point. Leszek was very professional and wonderful to talk to. I was so impressed with his service, I booked him to take me back to the airport for my return trip and will be using his service any time I come to Chicago.

I requested a car with internal pickup at ORD. I guess the system did not communicate that to them. So I called to get clarity and the owner picked up. Instead of helping me get home after a long week of travel, he gave me a litany of reasons it was not his fault. I made my way to where he said the driver was as the owner again calls me and says, My driver is there. Youre not. I explained to him there was several drivers and none were asking the small group around if any of is were me. So I asked what the drivers license plate number and get yelled at that he already told me that.Then, as I am riding in his car, finally on the way home, he sends me a long text telling me this was my fault. Zero professionalism at any point. This is suppose to be a luxury service and instead it was one last stressful, anxious moment after a long week.Next time I will call someone whos system will get it right and if it doesnt, hopefully they wont blame me for it.

Outstanding service! Would give more stars if I could. Leszek was my driver and he was an absolute professional. I called in the day before and Leszek was able to accommodate me and my 4 month old puppy. He went above and beyond. Upon landing, I received a text immediately that he was on his way, and received confirmation when he had arrived as well. I had 2 check in bags and a carry on and he came in and met me and took my bags which was very helpful. He did not rush me and allowed my puppy to stretch and showed me the puppy relief areas as well. Leszek came in an S-Class which was very clean and full of luxury. Personally I had a wonderful experience with this company. The owner saved me one weekend by driving all the way from O’hare to WI and back again to bring me home one Saturday afternoon, for which I was very grateful!! He was upfront about the charges (his website is very easy to navigate and computed the charges for me without my even having to make a call!) I have used other companies who are very vague about their rates (to better inflate their pricing later after you’ve already committed to riding with them). You’ll get none of that nonsense here. This company told me what the cost would be, and that was the actual cost!!!! ....amazing!!! . Plus I thought it was very reasonable. Beautiful car and friendly driver (who was the owner too). I booked this service over Memorial Day weekend for my boss very last minute. Driver in charge of my ORD ride was FANTASTIC! Ive used limo services for 25 years in Chicago and around the world. There is no better service than legendary. The drivers are professional, personable, and great navigators. They text you when they are on their way to pick you up, which provides piece of mind when doing business travel. Received an email notification prior to the flight arrival with specific arrival instructions. Later that same day, my son told me the experience was all first class.

I had an unfortunate experience with an unprofessional person at this company. I tried to book a trip to OHare for my daughter and 3 friends - I used their website, typed in the pick-up address into the form, and entered OHare International Airport into the drop off location box. The form popped an auto-complete address for OHare into the box. I selected a large sedan based on 4 passengers, and booked the trip.15 minutes later, I get a call from a man who seems rushed and irritated - he quickly tells me that I typed OHare Airport into their form incorrectly, that I should not have entered it the way I did. Then, he asks how many bags we plan to take, and I said I wasnt exactly sure, maybe four to six total. He then says, How do you expect to get six bags in THAT car? You cant use that car, I mean how are you going to do that?..... Instead of just saying, Im sorry, but that might be a tight fit for that car, can we interest you in our SUV..., he was rude and completely unprofessional. chose to be rude and antagonistic. I told him to just go ahead and cancel the reservation, and that I would rebook online, just because I was so shocked - he abruptly said Ok, bye and hung up. My husband and father had been listening to the call, though (we were in the car, and it was on speaker), and insisted that I cancel and go with someone else. When I emailed them and asked for a cancellation email, I got another unprofessional response, saying that I was only canceling because they pointed out MY error in choosing the wrong car. This person clearly did not want or need my business, so I will book elsewhere. No one who is looking to spend their hard-earned money should be treated that way. Hard pass

When I landed at Midway, I realized I had booked the car service for the wrong date. I emailed Leszek, and he responded immediately via email, text and a phone call. He was able to find us another professional driver before our bags arrived at baggage claim! Keep in mind this was during the busy holiday season and at rush hour. Within 20 minutes of me realizing my error, he had a resolution. Our driver was professional and polite. The guy that runs this company is complete trash. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional, rude, and down right nasty individual. Anyone that considers using this company should reconsider. He sent my wife some very nasty emails. I use Legendary Private Car on a weekly basis for airport runs. The reason I use them is that they are incredibly reliable and extremely customer focused. Too many times before I would be waiting at my door early in the morning or standing at O Hare waiting for a car that wouldnt show. This NEVER happens with these guys. Keep up the good work!

TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY! I booked a car for my client and when I called the company to ask questions, the owner, Fan (as he called himself)) was incredibly rude. He barely let me get a word in and acted like my phone call was a complete inconvenience. He kept raising his voice about how he prefers email and how every single question I had was answered in the emails. I proceeded to tell him I did not receive the email he was referring to so he went on to blame the law firm I work for for not allowing his emails to get through. If it wasnt for the fact that the firm had paid already, I would have cancelled the reservation in a heart beat. When our client called to tell us about her experience in Chicago, she mentioned that the Legendary Service was the worst part of her trip. She described the attitude and comments of the driver, who claimed to be the owner and I knew right away, that she had been dealing with the guy I had the phone call with.****UPDATE***********After my review, the owner continued to call my job and eventually sent two emails. This was the last email I received.

We booked car service online for airport transportation & decided to cancel the service after a couple rude email responses from the owner. The owner continued to send unprofessional & disgusting emails even after I politely tried to end the conversation. I’m honestly surprised this man even has a business with how terrible he treats his clients. He speaks ignorantly so I’d hate to witness his behavior in person. Counting my blessings that we never had to get in a vehicle with this man. Please do yourself a favor & book with another company. After shopping around, she determined that Legendary Private Car provided the best rates and had a fairly decent rating online. The staff were very helpful in answering our questions and making changes to the reservation as needed. The owner of the company personally picked me up in a Mercedes S Class (amazing!) and gave proper 5 star treatment. They do offer economy class rides as well. He was a few minutes early which made quite an impression on me. Usually I am waiting around for the driver to figure out what he or she is doing. I get text updates on my ride. Such a helpful feature. Bonus points for having bottles of water and mints available in the car. Their online booking app is so easy to use. Might even be better than Uber.I usually dont bother with reviews, but I had to give recognition to Les and his team. They are fantastic!

Excellent communication and service! Leszek called a day in advance to confirm and was waiting at he baggage claim when I arrived. I was tight on time for a dinner reservation so he allowed me to drop bags off at my hotel and took me to the restaurant. I would not hesitate to call him again the next time Im in Chicago.

Ive used these guys on multiple occasions, and theyve never failed to provide top-notch service! Theyre always sharp on time, the staff is incredibly pleasant and they are always happy to take the longer route around if the out-of-towners want to do a little sight-seeing on their way to the hotel or wherever it is that they are going. Limos have always been that one, super lux thing you can treat your clients to and make them feel appreciated and pampered, and with Black Car guys things are even more elevated and professional. Love them!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I called to change the pick-up time and was told to send an email. After I sent it and didnt receive a confirmation I called again the next day. Well, I just asked the guy to confirm and he starts yelling at me!!! WE CHANGED IT, WE CHANGED IT!!! WHY ARE YOU CALLING? I politely told him if i had received the confirmation I wouldnt have called, and there was no need to be rude or get worked up about this and he just kept screaming!!Just what kind of customer service is this???? Lesson learned -- Ill take my business elsewhere, thanks. NEVER using this again.*EDIT* After I posted this, I received the email below in the photo. I cannot believe they would go after dissatisfied customers and bully them. Also, I constantly book car services in other cities including Boston, NY, SF. I NEVER had this problem before. in fact, you can see this is the first bad review I have ever given.

I can say from personal experience that is NOT the case with many other black car services! The vehicles we experienced were all premium models and immaculate inside and out. A tip notch car service in Chicago. I book on a weekly basis via simple app/web solution. Cars are always on time... and even on those times I accidentally forget to book the pickup from Ohare, Leszek usually can figure something out for me even before Im off the airplane. Excellent service and highly recommended. And... a huge bonus for their progressive all inclusive pricing.

This way, if one flight was delayed considerably the person who arrived first would not have to wait. We were not charged for the additional car on hold. It turned out we arrived within minutes of each other and did not need the second car.

He sent me regular text updates through the entire process. He went above and beyond and didn’t try to take advantage becseue it was last minute. My clients arrived on time and were in a great mood. I have used Legendary consistently for over a year, likely dozens of trips, and not one dropped ball. I have called with notice of only a few hours, literally getting on a plane, and yet when I land, they are there to collect me. Legendary means one less thing I have to worry about in my hectic schedule.

Extremely rude customer service. I had a last minute event come up and was calling multiple places to get quotes. Some places politely told me they were booked and others still had availability. When I called here I was pretty much lectured he told me with a laugh there is no way why you call 2 days people book 2 months in advance but whatever I check like what really. I said no thank you I had other places that were available and dont need the attitude. So if youre in a pinch dont bother here.
