Please, please, please do not use this company. First, they repeated tried not to honor a Groupon that was purchased when it was still actively listed on the site. However, most important of all, I paid for the upgraded vehicle to accommodate a fourth person only to be left stranded at the airport on my day of arrival. I called the company while at the airport with my husband and two children, only to be told, Oh, were sorry. We didnt have enough drivers working today. After requesting a refund, I was promised that one would be provided but never received one after calling several times. (Each time I was told, Its processing.) Please, please, please, dont use this company. There are better and more reliable companies out there.

It was the best experience from start to finish!Derrick McMillan went above and beyond to make the reservations for us.The driver Daniel was the best, connecting with and advising this young man for his senior prom.Five star service all the way!!!

I flew into Midway Chicago on Southwest to visit some family for a baptism. I had Enoch Limo Services pick me up at the airport and drive me to Arlington Heights. My driver was a gentleman named Castellano. He greeted me at the baggage claim and after we got my baggage I was escorted to a very nice Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. We discussed baseball on the ride over to my hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. One thing I really liked about the service was the day before my reservation I received an e-mail letting me know my drivers name and it had their cell phone number in case I needed to get a hold of the driver. Enoch did an excellent job and I will be using them for transportation the next time I am back in Chicago.

Great cars. Timely service. Great drivers.However, the technology portion (website and confirmations) needs updating to be more on par with the likes of Uber.

If i could have given zero stars i would. The man is a total sham his so called company exploits the unsuspecting traveler and employee alike. The company owes me a couple of thousand dollars and avoids my calls as well as making payments to clear up the debt. This is common practice with mr. Dear who at best is a convincing con man preying on employees and customers alike. In some cases he makes mysterious 2nd and 3rd charges with customer cc numbers inappropriately being used as a personal fund.Please avoid this bafoon and run for reputable service.

Ive used Enoch Limo on a number of occasions and not a single issue. Castellano is prompt, courteous and very professional. If ever in need of such services again, Enoch would be my immediate go to.

Horrible service!! They were almost an hour late. When the driver pulled up he did so in a very unprofessional manner playing the rap music he was listening to very loudly.

Im a driver for Enoch and I left the company because the Director Castellano Dear failed to pay me for my service and lied to me about the date I was getting paid which is one of the reasons I left the company. Im still waiting for Mr Dear to pay me and also I was harassed outside of The Hotel Palomar where I was instructed to operate from by the door man and bell hop. The vehicles are not well kept to be specific dont ride in the Escalade its a deaf trap and Mr Dear doesnt specify many details about the company which is unknown by many other companies.If you seek top professional service I suggest you steer far from this company because the director is not trustworthy.

Steer Clear- never picked up- couldnt find THEIR driver after i confirmed with them that morning! Left me stranded at airport late at night ( charged for after hours pick up/gratuity ahead) still waiting for response. GO ELSEWHERE FOLKS!!!

The driver Quentin (If thats even his name) needs to be fired!! His seat laid all the way back music loud like he was riding with his homeboys from the block. Not professional at all

I felt like I was going to die in that car. The driver was so reckless. I had to ask him was he in his personal car or the company car. He cared not at all
