Great service provided by my driver. I had a girls night out and we wanted to ride in style around Chicago. He was very attentive to our needs and didnt get annoyed with us at all. I highly recommend this service, he was kind and generous. Not to mention very good pricing for the limo we rented.

5 Stars! Great service! My flight was delayed getting into the airport. Upon landing 30 minutes after our expected arrival time, I turned on my cell phone and the driver, Robert, had left messages for me every 10 minutes telling me that she was still waiting for us. The car Lincoln town car was clean, the driver was professional and courteous, and it was an overall excellent experience. Im using them again to go to the airport this week.

Terrible service. I got married on September 14 of this year. They sent out this Romanian driver who only wanted to accept cash for payment even though we had been told we could pay with a credit card and we had already provided a deposit with my credit card. The Romanian driver was very rude to us and he said this company owed him a lot of money so he could not accept cash. We simply did not have $400 cash with us. I dont think a lot of people carry that kind of cash the day they get married. Finally after much arguing the driver agreed on taking a credit card but we had to provide him with the square credit card reader so he could swipe my credit card. It was a real pain in the ass to have to deal with this on a day that is supposed to be one of my happiest.

Terrible. Never showed up. Had reservations in the city. Missed those. Had to go somewhere else. The whole night was changed because of this limo company. I HIGLY recommend to NEVER use this limo company

Please do your self a favor. If youre coming from out of town DO NOT use this company for services. Youre better of using über! I will start of by saying we were picked up by a driver who was extremely rude, careless about our personal belongings. She failed to get out of the car and open up the trunk to make sure our belonging wouldnt fall out as it did a 2,500 striker was damaged while using this company at no time did the driver apologize about this and even had the nerve to give her self a tip without me paying attention to it which Im at fault for trusting the companies integrity. I called to speak to a Manager was told I would receive a follow up call and today is the 3rd day and got a call about my pick up time tomorrow nothing about the issue that we had prior to this. This company is all about MONEY and taking advantage of their clients. I usually dont like to leave reviews, but figured I would put this out there to avoid any future customers that could run into this. Hope this helps!
