We were desperate to find a way to ship our car and our 14 year old dog Kit cross country once we sold our home in Los Angeles and intended to move to Connecticut. The car shipping business proved to be filled with untrustworthy opportunists and the pet transport business presented mounds of bureaucracy and paperwork, and ran the risk of putting our elderly beloved dog at risk flying in air cargo in the midst of hot weather. My wife found Chief Chicago Limo online. The head of the company introduced us to one of their drivers Jay, who was willing to drive our car AND dog cross country. Jay was an ex-police officer who lived in Chicago We spoke on the phone. He seemed like a lovely man but would you trust your expensive car and beloved family dog to a total stranger?! We did. And we were grateful forever more we trusted our instincts. Jay could not have been more reassuring, empathetic, responsible, trustworthy and kind to us as well as our dog. He mapped out a trip. Determined a fair price for the journey. We gave him half payment up front and the balance when he arrived safely. Our dog took to him to such an extent he sat at his feet when they arrived on the east coast instead of mine. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are a rare find you can trust and will provide you the services you are looking for.

Service was wonderful! I had only booked one way but after our initial experience I felt great about using them for our return. Our drivers were friendly, professional and timely. They know how to pack your luggage into their vehicle efficiently and without mistreating it. There were 6 of us with a lot of bags but it was all done with little effort.Their vehicles are clean and roomy! No sardine cans here! I would gladly use them again! After our flight was delayed for more than four hours the driver was prompt and the vehicle was extremely clean with water available for us. I was so incredibly impressed with the service at Chief Chicago Limo. I used an SUV for transfer from the airport to Downtown Chicago for a business trip. My flight ended up being cancelled, which resulted in 12 hours of delays. Kalo and his team tracked my progress, checked in with me and was right there as soon as I stepped out of the airport. The SUV was incredibly comfortable and clean. Additionally, there were storms in the area which resulted in a lot of rain on the route. The driver was safe and unlike Ubers or taxis, didnt take phone calls or look at a cell phone the whole time. Our driver was fantastic. We had an international flight and were going through immigration and customs.
