Terrible service. I have attempted to reach the local installation manager for over 2 weeks with not a single returned call. I have left 6 voicemails on his direct phone line with no communication whatsoever. I am just trying to connect service and would love to get a response. It has now taken over 3 weeks since our original order and we still do not have service

Worst customer service ever. Called kept hearing our dept dont handle that and transfers you and same again after getting transferred several times you might be able to talk to someone.

Absolutely the worst internet in all of America its always going out they charge too much they have excuses every time you call them to ask why theres another problem if they even speak English this company needs the Spare us all and go out of business already

Tried for 3 hours and 5 different phone numbers to contact trouble desk and no-one answered with numerous disconnects. Service is horrible at best. Constant disconnects and poor reception when it is working. Most strongly recommend NOT using them.

Called the customer service while at work (in a bit of a hurry) to ask for internet only cost, installation fees, any other applicable fees for starting up service. The rep kept offering me every other tv/package deals possible. They would not tell me installation costs, other fees etc. ultimately the process was taking too long and I never did hear any useful information. Installation cost vary with credit, how does that make any sense? I did not wish to have a credit pull just to hear what should be a standard fee for installation. Long story short, I couldn’t even starts service with centurylink so I would hate to actually need their assistance as a customer.

This is the worst internet I have ever had. It disconnects all the time right in the middle of a game. I am lucky when it lasts more than 10 minutes at a time and for what they charge I consider it robbing the public of their hard working money. Stay away from this company unless you want screwed over.

Where do I begin? Well first of all, my girlfriend and I needed a phone jack installed in our apartment. What they did not tell us was that we needed written approval from our landlord to do so. Because of the lack of communication, I wasted an entire day trying to get that. Then they proceeded to reschedule twice, one of which I did not request. Then when I had their word that wed have someone out here to install the phone jack, he cancelled last second. We have been waiting two weeks to get Wifi and this is the last straw. I have never been through such a frustrating experience as I have with this company. You people will NEVER get my business ever again.

I got Century Link a handful of months ago and have enjoyed the their services thus far. Their internet is much better than Spectrum and hasn’t gone out (outside of normal power outages). I will dock one star because the man that came out to set up my internet was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and tracked mud everywhere in my house.

Tried to make a call but could never reach a real person. A truck with a trailer plate of 6200 cut off a mustang right in front of me this morning almost causing a crash. Century Link and their workers are complete trash.

The internet is constantly going out and doesnt want to work. I would not recommend choosing CenturyLink to anyone. Honestly didnt even want to give 1 star.

Not even wroth one star, there services go down every day anymore. Phone lines, internet loses connection. They seem to always have a excuse to why there is a issue. Ive heard everything from. Old lady crashed into phone line to Routers caught on fire, unbelievable. And they dont give customers credit for hours of unavailable services. Couldnt even pay me to have services through this company.

I am very unhappy with Century Link! At first I was responding to an internet add about getting service. I never heard from anyone, and then 2 weeks later a tech showed up to do the install. I was still in my pjs, and my house was messy. I was embarrassed!!! Then my bills came to me in spanish, and I do not read or speak spanish. I called in to make some payment arrangements, and authorized an amount to be charged that was $70.00 LESS than was taken from my account. I am so done with this unprofessional company!!!
