Took my truck in last week for injectors they had it done the very same day the very next day the truck still wasnt running right called them up and they were willing to send a tow to come get me and they took it in the shop and fixed the truck the same day again great definitely recommend them

Definite 5 star experience. We were traveling through and had a problem with our DEF system. Mr. Diesel got us in and found out the problem right away. Checked and confirmed that it was covered under warranty. Then when the local Dodge dealership couldnt get us in for a week, called around and found a dealership in Ft. Collins that could get us taken care of that same day. We easily spent an hour there and they didnt even charge us for anything that they did. Awesome people!!

Was passing through Cheyenne professionally driving and had a code thrown on my 17 Ram. Tried the local dealer and another shop and they said it would be a long time before I could get a diagnostic done. Mr Diesel told me they could get my diagnostic done right away (squeeze me in) but let me know they wouldnt be able to fix anything because overworked and understaffed (who aint, right?). Got there and within 1/2 hr, ran the OBD and let me know it was nothing happening with the truck. Gave me the confidence to keep driving on. VERY reasonably priced too! If Im ever broke in Cheyenne, will definitely go here first. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

My Transmission malfunctioned while pulling a 5th wheel toy hauler. We limped our way to the KOA in Wellington, CO. A great employee at the Kampground (Kevin) told me that George at Mr. Diesel was a genius at this stuff...he was correct. The part was ordered and repaired the next day. They were extremely busy but got me out and back to Texas. Everyone I met while waiting was friendly and professional. Thanks George, Lynne, and crew!

This place is a joke when it comes to customer service and honoring any warranty work that they do. We cannot get a call returned and when on hold we continuously get hung up on. The truck they have worked on has been in repeatedly for the same issue and here we are yet again with the same problem and no response. To me it seems like they push out the warranty work until it expires. If I could give them negative stars I would.

At one point They might have bern good. But he is overbooked and its resulting in negligence. Ive had nothing but issues from my truck ever since I took it there and they are the only ones who have worked on it. Pinched wires resulting in our alternator being fried. After the instalation of a cold air intake. Tire bolts being sheared off because they magically losen over time. Not because they werent torqued properly after the installation of air bags and a towing system. On top of them calling us last minute before thev4th of July weekend because it just didnt get done and they needed to leave early to go out of town A leak to the intake weld and issues with our chip system ever since the delete. Loss of power, now it restarts every time you hit a bump.. But none of it is thier fault. Not to mention the head mechanic is out a lot. Go somewhere else.

Great place! We were driving through on a road trip and needed car repairs asap so we could get back on the road. They got us in immediately and had everything done in an hour. It was so helpful for us and we appreciated them squeezing us in and getting it done so fast.

After searching extensively for someone to reseal the upper pan on my 6.7powerstroke, these guys not only did it, they were extremely fair. The fact that this shop isn’t gouging like most others is impressive. I’ve been stolen from a few times before coming to Mr Diesel, With shabby results from the places I’ve been. Thanks to Mr Diesel my 96 12 valve is running better than it ever has as long as Ive owned it. A 660,000 mile truck too mind you. And also because this crew of gentlemen understand the nature of the beast for a welding rig they got it in and out super fast with purpose. Thank you Mr Diesel, I appreciate you.

If you have a diesel this is the ONLY place to go for service. They have worked on my 7.3L twice and both times have been top shelf. They are above all, honest and will not try to do more than is needed. What they do is also done right and complete. My truck has never run better and nobody will work on my truck but Mr. Diesel. To have a good diesel repair shop that you CAN trust is worth everything.

Ive taken a few vehicles there from other places that have messed up on my car. They always fix the issue. They get my vehicle in and out. It does help that I know the issue so they can fix it faster. The price here is AMAZING. They are also military friendly. They do not hassle or push or try to lie to you. Communication is great with them.Only thing I would say for the company is get floor mats and seat covers or anything to protect inside of peoples car. They do tend to leave dirt and grease marks everywhere without wiping.Other than that I will keep coming back to them for all my vehicle needs. Especially because I dont want to do it.

Integrity says it all for this shop. We were passing through Cheyenne pulling a fifth wheel and had been dealing with emission problems while headed south from Montana.We pulled into Mr. Diesel at 7:30 am and were back on the road at 7:45am. They scanned our check engine light, deleted the code, assured us we were safe to continue on our trip and charged us nothing. They did it all with an amazing attitude of service. We cant say enough good about them. We had two different Dodge dealers tell us it would be at least a week before they could even look at our truck.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to this shop for over 10 years. Each of the employees know what they are doing and are very nice when they are explaining what is wrong with my vehicles. The owner knows what he is doing because you can tell him what is going on with the car or truck and he can tell you right there whats wrong and not even have to put a scanner on the car or truck. I would recommend everyone to take there vehicle to Mr. Diesel. I can say that Mr. Diesel is by far the best shop in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

I was travelling when I had problem with my truck, took it to these guys and they had me fixed up in no time. kept me informed every step of the way.

We have taken our truck to them a few times and every time they say they have fixed the problem, not even a few weeks later the part they put in stops working/leaking/cracked... The only good thing about them is they get you in quickly and for a decent price. But at what cost?! We rely upon our truck for our company and it should have been fixed first time. We should have to make trip after trip back to them.

Like coming out with more problems than you went in? Come to this place. They know how to royally screw your vehicle. Went in for a simple fuel pump that was out. What I got back was a car with the A/C and heater completely trashed and not working anymore. All but 1 power window no longer work. Fuel tank isnt even sealed properly and leaks if you fill more than 3/4th. Everything was working perfectly fine until I took it to these guys. They also charged us for items we didnt even buy, they never called us for approval of these items. DO NOT come here. They will take your money AND mess your vehicle up more!

They got me in pretty fast, diagnosed and fixed my truck by noon. Thats something that even Halladay Motors (the dealership) was unable to do after 3 visits to the service department. Thanks guys! You do great, and I will recommend you any chance I get.

I have a 2000 Ford F-250 with a 7.3 powerstroke. I brought the truck in with a oil leak and it wouldnt start. So they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They did very good work. Also they got it done very quickly.They have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to any diesel owner. Thank you for your hard work and good customer service. Cant rate this place low enough. I had a rare 7.3 idi turbo c350 that i wanted to get fixed up. It started rough, smoked it my neighborhood whenever i started it, and overheated anytime you drove it on the highway but i was willing to pay the money to get it fixed ($2400 to be exact). Head gaskets and a couple other things were changed but when i got the truck back it still had every issue i dropped it off with. I gave it back to them and a couple weeks later it STILL had every original issue. Not to mention the attitude i got when i came to pick it up the last time i was there. This place will steal your money...

Traveling through on my way to West coast with a horse trailer at a AC compressor go bad call in to mr. Dieselthey got me in right away took longer to get the parts delivered than it did for them repair very nice job thank you for getting me in and short notice and back on the road very nice people to work with good prices good people well knowledged

The owner and his employees are very knowledgeable and honest. My husband and I were traveling from MN to CO with a two day stop in Cheyenne. We were towing our travel trailer with our 2006 Ford F250 diesel truck when the check engine light came on just outside of Rapid City. I googled truck repair in Cheyenne when the Ford dealer in town wouldnt answer. Im glad I found Mr. Diesel. The owner George Marcott answered my call, and when I explained the situation he told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. When we got to his shop he immediately started checking out our truck. He reset the check engine light, explained what the issue was, and told us we would be fine completing our trip and that we could wait to make the repairs when we returned home without worrying that we would cause any damage to the truck. He even had one of us employees drain some oil out of the truck because our Ford dealer at home had overfilled it when they last changed the oil. When we asked for the bill he told us no charge! We were back enjoying our vacation within an hour. I wish this shop was in MN. I would definitely be regular customer.

They repaired my truck in one day. I broke down in Cheyenne and called them before close and they took one day as they told me they wood. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and they give military discount. They explained all the work they did and had shown me all the parts that were removed and why they were replaced, because I asked. Should have taken two days but because I was in transit he had two mechanic working it to get it done and get me back on my way. I recommend them whole heartedly. Very honest and down to earth. The owner is really easy to work with.

Mr Diesel is a family run business with a very professional knowledgeable staff. George is the best Diesel mechanic in Cheyenne as far as Im concerned I wouldnt let anyone in Cheyenne work on my truck except Mr Diesel. Nice enough folks, performed the work they said needed to be done (throttle position sensor) but lied about fuel pressure measurements to my face, the fuel pressure issue was my main concern. an honest answer i checked myself and its still low i dont know why would have been enough. over $400 and still no closer to figuring out the problem i came there for. the sensor was an ancillary issue as the truck was still perfectly drivable. i came back and installed my own hydraulic pressure gauge to check so either he didnt bother to even check as he said he would or lied about the measurement. either way you cant trust that kind of practice.

Turned my Diesel in on Monday, diagnosis in hours and truck back by Wednesday! Great service and communication all at a fair value! Really a great place!

No problem with these guys. they did a complete top end on my 06 duramax, exhaust, cold air and tuner...I roll down the highway at 75mph and get 25 to 28 mpg.Some folks need to lighten up. Especially the ones that dont know what they are talking about.

I dont normally do reviews but this place is amazing never had an issuse always up front and tells you w hats going on and how much. Great prices and gets it done quickly. No bullshit just good guys telling you how it is and what you need to do thanks to them im back on the road

Was in town working when my truck suddenly started leaking exhaust pretty bad, it was preventing turbo compression. Came in on a Friday morning with no appointment, notice or anything ,i was expecting to have to leave my truck at least through the weekend. I got a call a couple hours later... my truck was ready... not only that, the price was unbeatable!!

5 stars doesn’t do these guys justice. They need 10 stars. My husband and I were traveling west on I-80 and had issues with our Chevy Silverado Duramax. They ran diagnostics on our truck, discussed the possible causes and gave us helpful tips on how we could get to our final destination, without charging us a cent. If we lived in Cheyanne, they would be the only ones who would work on our vehicles.

Mr.Diesel is an excellent shop everybody their are loyal they are not out to screw anyone over my 2000 dodge cummins got hit 3 weeks ago and the axle is bent they are doing everything to find me an axle and in the mean time the owner is letting me drive his own personal vehicle I dont know any other shop that would take care of their customers like the guys at Mr.Diesel

Parking is sparse, but the staff is very knowledgeable...service was prompt, was in and out with my part, inside of five minutes.

I brought my 2002 F350 7.3 in for a diagnosis on a misfire that I couldnt figure out. I was called the following day saying I needed a new engine! The reason they said is because 2 of the cylinders had bad compression...215 on one and 270 on another. Well, when I ran my own compression test I got 350 across all 8 +/- maybe 1 or 2. I also found the problem...3 dead injectors. Ridiculous. Another reason I have a hard time trusting shops. Oh and to top it off when I picked it up they left a sensor unplugged so I limped it home and had to bring it back the next day and waste MORE of my time. Nice enough people but, A NEW engine, give me a break.

First experience customer service was ok. Not the worst but not amongst the best Ive seen. 2nd encounter I spoke with George who was a lot better in customer service then the previous time. Last minute shinanigns but they pulled through for me. Of course I had to be there on time but they could of said no and I would of been SOL b/c they are closed on the weekends. I give 4 stars due to customer service.

This is a tough one to rate because the owner really knows his stuff. My problem is with the techs. I guess the owner was out when they performed a coolant flush on my Cummins. Whoever did the work spilled coolant all over the inside of my engine bay, left a wiring loom hanging loose over the fan, and left packaging materials under the hood. The owner was nice enough to come help me clean the mess up but the whole thing just makes me worry about what else was hurriedly performed on my truck. They could have got another $600 out of me for a brake job but I will go ahead and do it myself after this experience. I will say they at least knew the Cummins enough to confirm the proper HOAT Coolant and proper flush procedure so points there. Overall experience was so-so.

I gave george my 2006 f350 and he claimed to replace my egr lines when doing my head gaskets my truck ran great tell these lines(hoses) broke it cost me 2200 to fix his screw up thanks George i had to sell my truck so i would say cheaper is not always the best ill stick to goin to hallers
