These 2 gentlemen Buck and his fellow mechanic I didnt get his name. Saved us today Wednesday 29th July 2021 Weve been traveling for the last 10 days clocked up a lot of miles. We stopped for breakfast today and when we came out the battery was dead long gone. Even though they were very busy they came and jump started us then got a new battery and we are on our way. With 1,200 miles to home and everywhere usaa suggested unhelpful Buck was an Angel. And $4 a mile to tow us to Jeffs in Ohio was not in my budget!!!!

This place is a gem of an auto repair shop, user friendly to women seeking honest advice about vehicle issues.... I was passing through Cheyenne on my way to Florida and have oil leaking and smoking engine problems, so the mechanic checked it out to fix it, but parts would take several days.... he reassured me that the problem is just seals and minor, no need to fix now and that I am good to go all the way to Florida if I just keep an eye on my oil level.... He didnt charge me for his time of about 45 minutes to check it all out, but I gave him a twenty for his time anyway. As a single older woman I have been ripped off more often than not by shady mechanics in my lifetime, it was delightfully refreshing to be treated honestly and respectfully by these gentlemen.... Highly recommend Bucks!!!!

They’ve had my truck for two weeks over something that takes almost nothing to fix and they keep saying they’ll have it done “tomorrow” but they say that everyday and idk when I’ll get my truck back. If I could rate lower I gladly would.

OVER PRICED.LOW QUALITY WORK.DONT PAY $1,100 FOR NOTHING.RUDE SERVICES AND WILL NEVER EVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THEASE IDIOTS AGAIN, THEY HAVE DONE WORK ON MY CAR 2 TIMES. BOTH OVER 1000$ BILLS THAT DID NOT FIX ANY OF THE ISSUES.IF YOU TAKE UR CAR TO ANY OF THESE PEOPLE IN CHEYENNE. GO TO C.A.R.S.EDIT--- took 1986 iroc z in for intake manifold gasket and starter replacement. quoted $700.00 ended up paying $1,100....they replaced a injector and suppoably taped a thread. the car died several times when i was heading home about 2 miles away from their location. the belts were squeeling. thease problems did not exist when i brought the car to them. tonight. 6days later i was driving home from work and noticed car running 220. the temp shot to 260 and thermistat opened allowing engine to cooldown, i pulled into a parking lot and inspected the engine. The thermistat houseing bolt was compleatly loose, striped, wrong bolt lenght, and leaking badly. ITS A WONDER WHY SOMONE THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THIS CAR IS CORRECTING A CERTIFIED TRAINED TECHNICIAN AND THIS GUY STILL HAS A JOB??? So im wondering what the work looks like that i cant see... everything was over tightened and NOT TORQUED to correct specs. the supposed RE_TAP probably costed me 200$ and it was not even preformed. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEASE GUYS ARE IN FOR A THURSDAY TOMMOROW. DONT TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TO MAKE THE ISSUES WORSE. IF I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT TEMPS AND SUCH LIKE MOST PEOPLE DONT I WOULD NOT HAVE MY ENGINE. I WILL BE GETTING A FULL REFUND OR SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION AND CANT WAIT TO GO IN TOMMOROW TO LET THEM KNOW THAT A 19YR OLD KID IS CORRECTING THEIR 28YR EXP IN THE FIELD TECHS WORK. STOOPID LOOK ON FACE HERE I COME
