Im really not sure how this place gets a 5 star review from anyone. These flexible screens in the windows are absolute garbage. The one they installed in our living room doesnt even fit, and was installed ripped. That wasnt mentioned to us at all. I found it immediately after the installer left (and I have pictures). I feel like they leave gaps at certain areas in the windows, which Im sure will lead to some bugs finding their way into the house. A broken window was installed in one of our offices. Our old windows had to be held up with pieces of wood (hence why we needed new windows) and now we have the pleasure of continuing this habit in an office. One would think Window Nation would have contacted us immediately when the work order was submitted for the repair, but it took us contacting them a week after installation to find out when someone would be out to repair the window. I expected better quality & service after paying a decent amount of money for this investment in my home.Update: dropped by one star on 8/27. Our window has been fixed however even with the advertised triple measuring our screen was the incorrect size (as well as torn). Yes, still talking about the living room screen 5 weeks later. They shipped us a new screen without any protection around the screen. And guess what? Its ripped! Instead of making it right and showing any type of urgency, Window Nation tried to tell us we needed to start a warranty claim process. Im not claiming warranty on something that was never correct to begin with. After much back and forth between my husband and customer service, they have finally agreed to send a new screen, which Im 100% sure will also be ripped if they send it like they did the other one. The customer service is horrible with this company. The windows themselves are great, I will say. But good God...shell out thousands of dollars to replace all of the windows and this is the result? Not impressed.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Unless you want your windows to leak and flood your entire basement - RUN AWAY. We had windows installed in June 2021. First, we paid an extra $400 for our oldest sons closet window as a custom make. They didn’t follow through with what we wanted and still to THIS DAY (September 2021) we have not been refunded. The worst of all is our basement windows were installed incorrectly the capping was not done correctly which we explained to our sales rep as soon as the installers were done. Nothing ever was done. No one attempted to fix them?! We can fit our ENTIRE HAND under the capping! We have called, emailed, texted not only our sales Rep. but our sales reps manager and we also emailed the owners. Still, absolutely nothing has been done. We told our sales rep from DAY 1 this was unacceptable and needs to be fixed! Not one person has gotten back to us and IF they do they say “we will take care of it” WHEN? Now our basement is FLOODED (see the videos and pictures I posted) as hurricane Ida is passing in our region. our window is leaking pouring in tons of water everywhere! This is unbelievable! As we make payments on our BRAND NEW windows that were installed wrong and made it known from the install date that THEY NEED TO BE FIXED but now there is water leaking EVERYWHERE! What kind of company does this?! Absolutely awful!

Our salesman, Ryan Bird did an outstanding job!. He arrived on time and explained everything to us in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly and made himself available when I had additional questions after the appointment. The crew that arrived to do the job was OUTSTANDING!. All 16 windows were removed and replaced in one day! They even removed my old shutters and installed the new ones. The installers were polite, friendly and extremely efficient. We highly recommend Window Nation.

Even though it can be difficult to talk to a window nation representative once an order has occurred, the installers were very responsive and friendly. The pandemic has made all orders take forever to be installed so if you need a quick job you might want to try someone local. But if you have a big project that you are not rushing to complete, window nation is a good choice.

Jonathan Stupar came by for our consultation and was unbelievably accommodating, knowledgeable, and wonderful with our crazy kids during the whole process. So glad his 2 O clock appointment got rescheduled so we could have this great experience with him on behalf of Window Nation. Cant Wait for our new windows and sliding door!!

Steven Gallagher was my sales that visited my house and provided us the best product for our needs. He spent great deal amount of time to understand what we were looking for; finding the best value and service which is what Windows Nation has been known for years. He went out of his way to convince his manager to give us such great deal on our windows. He was always available to answer our inquiries after signing the contract and after the installation for any service related items. Anyone who’s looking to upgrade / replace their window should not hesitate to let Steven to take care of your needs. We are extremely satisfied with the results of our windows where we could hardly feel this is still summer season. I can’t wait to see how great these windows stand up to this winter season.

Our sales woman Lauren was awesome, I feel that we got a good value at a fair price. My windows are rather large and i could not even find that size window anywhere. The install team did a great job and finished in a timely fashion and final cleanup was great. The communication with customer service could be better, our install was delayed by a number of months, which I do understand. Lauren was great at getting back to me, can not say the same for the customer service department.I have updated my review and given another star. We had 2 windows that were supposed to have obscured glass on the bottom sash (bathroom) but only one window came with the correct glass. Lauren expedited the work order to get us the correct sash and today it was installed. Joe was the service tech and my wife was very happy with the service.

UPDATE: Big surprise, they didnt show up again. Thats 2 scheduled installation days and nobody showed up either day. I still dont have new windows. Nobody at the company will reach out to communicate what is going on. I am the one that needs to call all day trying to find out when and if they are coming. This is completely unacceptable. Anyone that I speak to, tries to put the blame on someone else. That is not a professionally run business.2 wasted days of my life, waiting around for nobody to come. With all the prep work of removing window treatments and moving furniture and a house of little kids that I cant take anywhere, this has been a most frustrating experience. I urge you to take your business elsewhere.Original review:We were supposed to have our windows installed today and nobody showed up. I have called the company many times today and nobody was able to help me. I finally got a quick call from someone telling me that theyre not coming and no reason why. Thats all I know. We took down the window treatments and moved furniture and we have little kids. Now we have to put it all back up and I still dont know what the story is.I was told by someone that works for the company that this is not the first time this happened. If I would have known before, I would never have used Window Nation. Take your business elsewhere. This is a company full of promises but they dont deliver.

If I could give a 0 star I would have. This was the most horrible experience I have EVER had with a company. The process started the beginning of April and JUST ended in September. Not one part of this process was easy and you can tell no one at this company cares at all. I never received a call from window nation. I was always the one that had to call in. Multiple times before I could get anywhere in the process. I was promised things and then they were not followed through on without a fight. At one point they couldn’t even tell me if my windows were done or when they were going to be installed! Finally when I got an installation date I took off work for it and they never even showed up! I can’t say enough about how frustrating this whole process was. Definitely not worth it!

We had windows installed yesterday 7/30/21 and they did an excellent job. Martin’s crew was great they were professional, informative and they care that the customer is completely satisfied. Will never use this company again and I suggest nobody else use them. They hire subcontractors who don’t know how to install a window. Then when you try to get someone to fix the work they messed up on, it takes weeks. Twice they never showed up when scheduled (after missing days of work). Then they fix it and try to make you pay full price for the 5 months of hassle, only to take off $500. Company has poor values and does not value their customers or work. Try to avoid at all cost. Avoid the headache.ON TOP OF THAT... they impersonate you for 5 star reviews without your permission. Should be totally illegal and will be looking further into this legally. Filled out their online form to get an estimate. When they called they asked 3 different times if the primary decision maker would be at the consultation, I told them yes I would be there. They then proceeded to say according to the public database a Mrs XXXX lives there as well. Will she be joining the consultation? I then told them I didnt like where this was going, this is a shady high pressure business tactic and she hung up on me. I dodged a bullet on this one.

The windows look spectacular, I went with a black exterior and it looks great. So glad I went with the black. The salesman was good, low pressure and helpful. Our installer broke some trim when installing a casement window, and then didnt fix it because he wasnt supposed to do any trim. There were holes left in the seals (see pictures) of another window. And, despite the fact that the contract called for capping 21 windows, the capping wasnt done (apparently, they were concrete sills). However, rather than issuing a partial refund, Window Nation charged us for the capping even though they didnt DO any capping. After months of emails, many of which were ignored, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Taking this step is the ONLY reason that the interior trim and seals got scheduled for getting fixed, and the ONLY reason that I might get refunded for the work that wasnt completed.The windows themselves are fine, the install wasnt, and the run-around with customer service was a nightmare.Update 20May2021: The capping issue has been resolved.Update 02Jun2021: The trim and seal issues have also been resolved (see updated photos)

They did a great job.I have to admit, we were intimidated to call Window Nation at first because you always hear how expensive the big companies are. We live in an old house and had to replace 20 replacement windows. Needed a quality window with professional installation.Our salesman, John Doran was easy to deal with.We signed a contract with him and within a couple weeks a measuring/ installation team came to survey job and measure windows.The wait to have the windows made was a few months, but they let us know that in advance.When the windows were ready they called to schedule installation.The install crew boss, Steve, was a real window pro, just what I was hoping for. He had a four man crew and they were done in 2 days: replaced, capped caulked inside and out, and cleaned up inside and out.Anything I had questions about I just emailed John Doran and he handled my requests quickly and well.The windows are not cheap but well worth it.

Our sales rep Lauren was fabulous she explained everything and answered all of our questions but most importantly any time I had a question she responded back quickly! This company is great. My salesman Ryan Bird was absolutely phenomenal and then some. My wife and I cant praise him enough. He was in constant contact and took all of the stress away and answered all of our questions no matter what time it was. The gentleman that took the measurements and the guys that did the install were very hard working honest and professional. I highly recommend every single person that I dealt with on this project. I will be recommending them to other people and I look forward to future work i am goin to have them do.

DO NOT USE WINDOWS NATION !!!! Even if you get lucky and have the windows installed without a problem, their warranty department is simply a call center that takes messages. The installation date came several weeks beyond what had been communicated. The installers that arrived did not speak English and I was not able to communicate with them. I saw some install concerns and tried to discuss them and the install called his brother and asked me to communicate with him via his cell phone. Multiple calls were made to Window Nation and I was constantly told it was all ok and they were confident that the installer was doing what was needed. I then found out that not all the installers were vetted by windows nation, only the primary installer and then they could bring anyone they wanted to assist with the project. Long story short, I lost a day of work, my husband had to come home from work, only after threats did they send the install manager who said yeah, could be done better and the windows just need to be adjusted and he would send another team. My house sat with open gaps for days, through rain storms, while they arranged another team to come out. When the other team arrived, they confirmed that 7 of the 8 windows that had been installed were installed incorrectly and 6 of them were installed in a way that voided the warranty. They reached out to advise that the 7 windows would need to be replaced. I was advised that it would take 2-3 weeks and then they would redo the install and seal them. It has been 4 weeks and I have made multiple calls and I am always told someone would return my call. I have not received any communication from Windows Nation. Now I have siding that is coming loose around the window openings and who knows what other damage. No one has reached out regarding the obnoxious way I was treated on 8/13 when I was attempting to advise them of the issues. The issues were further overlooked by the installation manager who barely glanced at the windows and didnt check them. It wasnt until the new installers came and I advised them that I knew they were installed incorrectly and they confirmed, but still no response from Windows Nation.

All the sales staff we met with were very professional and personable. Work was completed quickly and installers were also very professional. They had the best prices of all the quotes we received.

In what has become the norm in dealing with Window Nation, I received a from Ashlan this morning informing me that my Garden Window that I ordered months ago would not be installed today Aug 13. This is the 3rd time this issue has happened!July 26 the Window was not loaded on the truck and was lost in different warehouses, this took over 2 weeks to rescheduled and I was informed Melanie from management would be calling me, about the issue this never happened.Aug 11, rescheduled window replacement and installation, I copied everyone on this email no response. I did receive a call confirming garden window installation, around 10am the morning of the installation I received a cancelation and was rescheduled for Aug 12.Aug 12 Ashlan calls and informs me the garden window will not be installed today because someone wrote the work order for the window sash warranty work that was already completed.I have used 3 vacation days and lost income the continued errors on Window Nations side of this purchase is absolutely unacceptable customer service and especially as I have spent over 20K in windows with Window Nation.When I had over 20+ windows installed the service was amazing, now it is an embarrassment!

I called twice about the windows I purchased a while back and no response whatsoever. Twice a representative said that a ticket was placed in for service and promised a call to schedule a appointment. Thats as far as I got. My confidence is zero on any follow up Ive been very patient, where is the warranty .

I called Window Nation 4 to 5 times and was told each time that a salesperson would get back to me soon. Those calls took place 3 to 4 months ago. I was on a chat call with someone and they said a manager would get back with me. They did reach out and we eventually reconfirmed what I was looking for. They promised that a salesperson would email me a quote quickly. That was 10 days ago. If they can’t even bother to provide a quote, what would happen if they installed their windows and an issue arose. I would have to guess that I would be stuck with an issue and an unresponsive company. I would not recommend them for anything at this time.

I’ll give them 1, as the product itself I don’t have an issue with. However, their customer service. Forget it. I’m on the phone for a SIXTH time since installation and no one ever calls me back. You get the people who answer, tell them the problem (no dropcloths used, dirt/mud left everywhere, threw away part of my security alarm system on a door they replaced, etc), then they try to get ahold of someone in service and they never can. So then they claim they will “task” said person and “you will 100% receive a call back to address these issues within 24-48 hours”. It’s been 2 weeks, 6 calls and no one ever calling back to address it. I’ve had it. And yet for 8 windows and 2 doors, it’s $16,000 and no one can respond?! Sick of this.

John Stupar was an excellent rep that answered all our questions. He arrived on time (and with my busy schedule this was very important to me). He was personable and honest. He thoroughly explained the differences in products provided and varying competitors that might be cheaper but why their product might not be of the best quality. Great experience working with him.

John (Jack) Miller gave an awesome presentation. He was professional and no pressure at all. He was very informative, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to our new windows!!

Bobby was very professional and was able to help us get our project started. He was friendly and great with our three young kids while going through the initial appointment. We are repeat customers with this company and will use them again in the future.

We paid for 14 windows and front and back door in April and heard from them once since then. We have repeatedly called and emailed and nothing. We finally got a hold of someone 2 or 3 weeks ago they told us we will have someone contact us by the following Wednesday but that hasnt happened either. At this point we will not have the new windows before winter 😒 we are at the point where someone else will get them done before we ever hear from window nation!

The installers were efficient and polite while installing 14 windows in 1.5 days.

No communication. Not reliable. 2 time offender of no-show installation appointment without any notice.We were scheduled to have our windows installed on 7/27 between 8 and 10 in the morning. When that time frame came and went, we spent a lot of time trying to get through to someone who knew what was going on, with no success. Finally, around 12:00, a receptionist with zero information as to what happened, called and simply said, theyre not coming today. We had already taken down all of our window coverings and moved all of our furniture in our living room and bedrooms, which then needed to be put back up.Much later in the afternoon, we got through to the installation coordinator, who offered us a discount and rescheduled the installation for today, 8/2 between 12 and 2pm. We once again took everything down and moved furniture, as well as cancelling other plans due to the short notice of the rescheduling. As of right now, 4:30pm, they still didnt come. We received no call or notice of the delay. We have called and called, with no useful response.This is the second day in a week that this happened! This is extremely frustrating and absolutely unacceptable.

Used window nation for windows and using them again to replace our patio slider. Our sales representative John Doran and the install crew are all professional and great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone if you need windows or doors.
