American Construction just finished siding my 90 yo home and remediation of asbestos tiles. Their work is beyond reproach. The quality of the work is terrific. They use the highest quality materials. The sales/project manager Greg Dobkin was incredible. He was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire project from explaining costs and getting me the best deal possible to making sure I was happy every step of the way. Thanks to the team at American Construction our family was able to upgrade our roof to one of the highest quality roof shingle products on the market. The CertainTeed shingle is the best looking shingle out there it looks really amazing. The warranty cannot be beat. Beyond products the American Construction team spent over 3 hours with us before we made a commitment to hire inspecting the interior sheathing, truss and overall condition of the old roof. This is so important because details and time make the job go perfect with no surprises. They treat you like family and communication was the best experience I highly recommend.. He answered all our concerns and what he stated they would do Ovidio, crew foreman ,and his crew fulfilled. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job with expertise. We were impressed with the quality of work performed and the cleanup. You would not have known there was a job crew on site. We had a slight issue with the wrong shingles being delivered. The team at American Construction Mgmt was hands down one of the best Ive ever worked with. We had new siding, 3 windows, and gutters installed. From the top (Chris) down to the techs that did the work, I have been very pleased with not only the work they did, but the kindness and concern of those I dealt with. We had a family emergency during the middle of the siding work being done. Mauricio and his team were caring and conscientious about their work and about our situation. I had to leave them every day to go to the hospital and I never felt like they would change how they worked. I was not wrong. My neighbors even commented on the great job they did and how efficient and detailed they were. You will not go wrong with these guys! My house looks beautiful!

Our experience with American Construction & Roofing was excellent. We had a full roof re-shingle, ridge vent installation, bath vent installation, and fascia repair performed. The project manager, Greg, was very thorough on his initial inspection/estimate. I recently had a complete renovation of my home exterior - siding, window capping, soffit, fascia and custom gutters. From the initial estimate, through the project and a few follow up items afterwards, Chris and his crew were great. The workers were diligent, courteous and their work and clean up nightly, was meticulous- which was very important as I have two dogs. The final outcome exceeded my expectations, and people who pass by my house, some I dont even know, have stopped to remark how great it looks. If youre in the market to get work done, definitely consider American Construction!

After 35 years, we finally wanted to have new siding done. We also wanted to replace the windows in the main living area. After getting three different estimates, we decided to go with American Construction. The thoroughness and details of the information of the estimate were very impressive. And we were not disappointed. Although we had to wait some time for the actual job to be done because of the disruptions in supply chain due to covid, it was well worth the wait. The crews were punctual, hard-working, and gave attention to detail. All questions were answered in a timely fashion, and we had a great deal of trust in who we were dealing with. Excellent jobs from project mangers to installation crews to office admin assistant. Very pleased and satisfied during the whole process. They are upfront and straight talks about the pricing. The window products they provided are excellent. Minor thing to suggest: providing more choices/pricing/quality points for patio doors. Little bit disappointing on the Metal Industries patio door I have installed. They are not cheap but I have some concerns on its design and manufacturing qualities. However, American Construction has no control on this but installer could push much hard to manufacturer for quality and values or drop their products. Overall, I would highly recommend American Construction and likely will ask them again for future needs.

After reading the great reviews online, we chose American Construction and Roofing to repair and replace our storm damaged roof and gutters. Greg has outstanding customer service skills and quickly arranged for the work to take place. I can not say enough good things about this company. Greg was wonderfully informative and professional when he arrived for the estimate. My husband Tom & I were impressed with the service from the get go. Greg was very active communicating updates prior and during installation. His service alone was outstanding!As for the installation, I was very impressed! Joe, the on site supervisor, and the crew went above and beyond to respect and protect our garden. Every crew member was wonderful and very professional. After installation they cleaned as though no construction crew was there.As for the product, the new roof and gutters are amazing. The difference is outstanding! I didn’t know how important a new up-to-date roof was until we had one! The house is cooler from the updated ridge vent, the central air conditioning doesn’t have to work as hard to cool down the house.The price was better than all other estimates for the same service.I am thoroughly impressed with American Construction! I cannot say enough about American Construction. Our roof was honestly not in good shape. We knew it was most likely going to need a major overhaul. We were very nervous getting estimates from different places not knowing what to expect. Then, Greg came out and gave a comprehensive, detailed, no nonsense estimate. He was the ONLY estimatator who went up in the attic. He shot straight and told us what we would need. He explained everything, soup to nuts. Despite the crazy weather Greg kept us up to date the entire time, letting us know what was going on and when. When the day of the job came the crew was courteous to us and our property. They tarped everything off, covered our stamped concrete patio to protect it, and WOW were they a well oiled machine. Joe came on board and helped keep everything on track and kept us informed through the entire day. They left our property better than they found it when the job was done. The entire team, from start to finish made what was quite frankly a very nerve wracking, worrisome project, a breeze. They made it so easy. My husband and I first heard about American Construction from the Pastor of our church. Our Pastor highly recommended the company. He said they exceeded all of his expectations, so we decided to give them a shot. We decided to stop by their showroom in Glendora, New Jersey. At the showroom Molly showed us real samples of their roofing products. She was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable. We then setup an appointment for an in-home inspection. Greg showed up to inspect our roof. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and was extremely well informed about the Owens Corning roofing products. On install day the crew was efficient and clean. Joe the Project Manager was on site during the day managing the crew. Joe spent time with us to answer all of our questions, and he did a very thorough walk through with us at the end. The roof looks absolutely amazing. We couldnt be happier. I called American Construction for an estimate on windows. Corey was quick to return calls and promptly arrived on the scheduled time for an estimate. Corey explained his recommendations and provided the full estimate within a day of meeting with me. His prices were in line with other estimates I received. When I was unsure about the windows themselves, he got a sample window for me to see. I am going to accept the proposal, since I was very happy with the window sample and very happy with the excellent service provided so far.

Corey also provided background information about the company and the fact that this is a family owned business meant a lot to me. I recently had my roof replaced by American Construction - March 2020. I worked tirelessly with Greg Dobkin and the owner since November 2019. They were the only roofing company that went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to get a claim approved - which saved me 6K! NO OTHER ROOFING company thought there was a viable claim. American Construction knows their business and as a single mother with a limited budget, this was a huge blessing. They came in and replaced the entire roof in one day and their staff was friendly and thorough. Greg, quite literally, held my hand during the entire process. They were in constant communication during the entire process and they did an amazing job. It is now May 2020 and after a good long month of April rain - I can say that the roof has not shown any signs of leaking. I highly recommend them and will gladly endorse them and their quality work.

Just had a new roof installed on our home and everyone from American Construction was top-notch. From our initial conversations with Greg to talks with Ryan the office manager all the way up to a 10 minute talk with Chris the owner, everyone was extremely professional and easy to get along with. They were honest and up-front with pricing and admitted that they might not be the lowest price being offered, but they proved to be the most competitive for the products they were installing. On install day, our project manager showed up at precisely the agreed upon time to go through all of the materials and supervise the project and within a matter of 6 hours the crew of 10 WORKERS had all old roofing materials taken off (including 2 old attic fans and an old stack for a woodburning stove) and all new materials put on and looking great. They really do amazing work and were happy to have peace of mind about our new roof for the next 25+ years. Great communication from the office. Great price, and we priced 3 companies. The windows were measured and then came in quickly. Our foreman Joe really watched over everything. The installer Dominic knew what he was doing and went over and above in some areas. His helper Anthony worked well with Dominic and cleaned up everything. Our windows look great and are airtight. We’ve been looking to put new windows in for several year. I’m so glad we went with this company after seeing them at the Philadelphia Home Show.

Compared to other company’s I sought estimates from, there were no sales gimmicks, up sales, or pressure tactics. Most importantly, they quoted the job below my stated price point and delivered a beautiful finished siding product.Installation was easy. Project manager and crew showed up at scheduled time, worked tirelessly, and cleaned up the work area each evening before leaving. The installation crew really know their trade and take pride in the details. I am particularly impressed with the technique used to trim windows achieving perfect scale and clean lines.For customer service they are number 1. They offered a fair price for a fair assessment of work to be done. Unlike other quotes which were 4x more, they made me feel good about selecting them. Then when a tree fell on my roof just before the job was supposed to start, I was impressed by the ownership and leadership they had while helping me walk through the insurance process, as well as their initial response the day it occurred. I needed a new roof. Not familiar with modern roofing systems I did what anyone else would do- I grabbed the first guy I cam across. I got a quote and decided ,let me get another quote just to be able to compare apples to apples. What I found was that the more people I called the more information I got and not all of it was equal. It wasnt until I called American Construction- which I found via facebook. Chris the owner took as much time over the phone to answer my extensive questions and were the only Contractor to go up in my attack and inspect the condition of the roof decking.I immediately saw their value and booked right away. From the beginning the guys and gals of this company have been extremely professional. It was refreshing to have been taken care of through out the process.A very big thank you to Chris, Greg, Jake, Joe, Molly and the rest of the team that did my roof and windows.

Wow! These guys are awesome! I very highly recommend them. They did all the windows on my first floor, and my sliding glass door. Everything from the consultation to the install process was exceptional.The two guys who came out to my home to take measurements and give me my quote were very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and explain all of the features of their products. They never did a high pressure sales pitch. The best part was that you could tell they actually cared about my needs.The windows are very nice and come with a life time warranty, which I really like. Everything that they showed me was Energy Star approved and rated. Their employees are professional and the quality of their work is top notch.During the consultation, it became clear that they use very high end products. I filled out a credit application and was approved on the spot. They installed my windows and door the following week. I couldnt be happier!The installation was a great experience. Joe, the foreman really took his time to make sure everything came out right. He is very meticulous. The other guys on his crew were very respectful and took the time to clean up after themselves. I was very impressed.One of the most important things about using American Construction was that I felt like I could trust them. I felt totally safe, and secure having them in my home. I knew I could leave their staff in my house unsupervised, without any problems or concerns.Once it was all said and done, I couldnt have been more impressed! I never knew how much of a difference energy efficient windows made. Everything they told me about the energy savings was spot on. My PECO bill for the month of January dropped an entire $100!About a week after the job was completed the operations manager called me to follow up and make sure I was happy with the work.At the 6 month mark, they stopped in for another follow up to check the quality of the work and make sure there were no unforeseen issues.Since American Construction did my house, they have done both my parents houses, my sisters house, and my next door neighbors house. My husband and I hired American Construction to replace our windows and install a bay window in the living room. Their prices were great. They did an amazing job and everyone we dealt with was exceptionally friendly and professional. My 4-year-old son keeps asking when the funny window guys are coming back! I highly recommend them.

Ive never been so impressed with a home remodeling company. After 22 years in the same home, many of the windows needed to be replaced. I was worried I would not be able to find a good contractor and be left with a mess. Boy was I wrong!The job these guys did was amazing. The who guys who did are estimate were very well educated, professional and very polite. It was clear that they really knew what they were talking about. They found everything that needed to be done and listened intently to my issues. They showed me the window, which was an energy star product which was very impressive.The follow up with the installation was superb. Everything went smoothly. I was worried things would not fit, or the price would go up after they started the work, but none of that happened. From the time they walked in, until the time they cleaned up after themselves they were terrific. They were very meticulous. The quality of the window and the attention to detail during the installation was exceptional. I was very impressed.I highly recommend this company for any home improvement project.

Great group of people to deal with. I received a few other quotes on my front door and sliding glass door, as well as some of the upstairs windows. American Construction really stood out in terms of product quality and overall professionalism. They showed up early for the consultation and really wowed us with their presentation of the product line. Not to mention, they were just genuinely nice guys and really worked with us to find the best option for our home. They set us up with a payment plan that we could afford and got to work the following week. I was especially happy with the attention to detail they showed when cleaning up after the job. The only evidence they had even been there was our beautiful new doors and windows!

They put new energy efficient vinyl windows in and the customer service was great. The installers and managers both were really knowledge and kind and put in extra effort to make sure my whole.family was satisfied. We recently attended the home show in our area knowing that new windows for our home were on our radar. Our home was built just less than 20 years ago however, the only issue with our home was the quality and installation of the builder grade windows.There were a number of window companies at the show. All were fast to say how great and cheaper they were. From the moment we met Greg, Joe and the others from American Construction at the home show, we just knew they were different. These guys just were extremely knowledgeable on the quality and construction of windows. It was about educating us not selling us as the others were all about.Besides American Construction being a smaller company, they made us feel very comfortable with their hands-on approach; having personal contact with the people we met who would oversee the process with us and ultimately keeping our needs in mind.We had set an appointment with American Construction along with one other company. There was no comparison! I was convinced that the product we chose - triple ply windows throughout our home were superior plus the craftsmanship and most important its efficiency made these windows excel over other windows we had looked at. We were also impressed with the features like beveled window grids, metal window lifts and a better security lock system.We do know that the installation is as important as the windows you choose. I watched how they insulated and installed these windows and even replaced the wood in and around the windows to make it perfect! There were no corners cut here. The crew at our house the day of the installation were truly professional and you could see they knew their work. They were masters at their craft.The energy we are now using to heat our home has definitely been cut down substantially and the drafts that we were experiencing before are nonexistent! And best of all the windows look beautiful! The installers even reinstalled our plantation shutters around our new windows beautifully! They even repaired a piece of capping around our garage door!American Construction’s personal service was over and above! Update- we just received a letter in the mail stating this company plans to sue us if we don’t remove this review. Not only were we being honest with our experience, I have read every other review posted and each one is easily confirmed as fake.Please be very cautious working with this company. We contacted them for an estimate on a house we just purchased. I was very impressed at first. I spoke with a man named Greg Dobkin. He was friendly and eager to come out for the estimate. He told us he really wanted the job because of where our house was located and he would write up an estimate ASAP. After about a week passing by and not hearing from Greg, I called him to see about our estimate. He apologized and promised he’d send it out ASAP (again). Days pass by and I email him again asking for it. When we finally get the price of the job, it’s $10k over our 3 other estimates from local companies with much more 5 star reviews. When I called Greg to understand his pricing he said he would call the owner to see if they could come down. If you could come down $10k then you were planning on ripping me off at first. Super disappointed in this company. Now reading their reviews on google and yelp I realize why they have 5 stars. It’s all from their friends and family. They all have his last name.
