I needed to replace a few windows rather than all the windows in my house. Energy built and installed 3 high quality windows for less than another large company quoted for 2 windows. The installers were polite and professional. See Before + After photos.

I appreciate Their timely arrival which indicates they value your time as a customer. The work was done, the windows install and careful detail was it was a minute to make sure everything was working properly. They all so demonstrated be use of the windows and the ability to easily clean them The installers were courteous, professional yet friendly. They wore their masks and implemented all safety measures were followed.

We got a custom front door and sliding back doors installed with tthem. First they were at least 3 months behind on procuring the dooor. The door and the surrounding panels were TERRIBLE QUALITY and even worse they used indoor paint on an outoor surface. First the inside handle falls clean off THREE DAYS after the door was installed, then a month later, the outside handle comes loose and falls off. Finally less than 5 months later, the paint starts chipping left right and center from the surrounding panels. They refused to fix it citing that the panels, that were installed WITH the door, are Not covered under warranty.On top of that they were argumentative about me being unreasonable about their services.Even the back side sliding door was done badly. Some older wiring at the back was left hanging loose, the panels were not caulked professionally. This company buys CHEAP equipment uses substandard processes and charges an arm and a leg for it. Unfortunately NOTHING good to say about them.Terrible company, Terrible quality, Terrible people. STAY AWAY and go with just about ANY OTHER company.Added on 06/11/2021.I am not sure how you say you were not aware of the backdoor when I have spoken to your person several times about it. Yes I did contact the manufacturer about it too. Their email attached. Point is why do I even NEED to speak to your manufacturer. I paid you NOT THEM.

We were the first stop at 6:30 AM. The guys were very professional and finished our 5 windows installation in 2 hours. They also cleaned up everything every nicely. The windows and the service were a great value too. We would recommend this company to others.

The one thing I appreciated was their timeliness. They were on time; they were professional and efficient. The work was done, they left the room immaculate and demonstrated the operation of the windows. I placed an additional order with the company prior to their departure; thats how pleased I was with the work and the windows.

We contracted with energy windows to do 27 windows and a patio door. I am so pleased with the results. I love how they are family owned. Gwen , in the office, was so attentive and patient. She answered all of my 100 questions. I do have small children, and on the day of the installation , they cleaned up so well ...we didn’t even have to clean up after them. To begin, I will let you know that this is a long, drawn out and detailed review. The bad news is I learned the hard way and had 17 windows replaced. I am going speculate that because I had so many to do is why my experience was unsatisfactory. Other than the sales portion of this job everything was rushed along without care for quality craftsmanship or respect for my home. This ended up being a 2 and a 1/2 day project and I dont think that much time was factored by the installers and whoever schedules work. I know this because late into the 2nd day 1 of the techs repeated to us numerous times that he should not have been here this long and that they had other customers scheduled for appointments. Not my problem, this should have been taken into account when you agreed to replace 17 of my windows. My experience began with Rob telling me how I overpaid for the 1st part of my renovation when I used a different company. He told me over and over why his were better windows all around. I can tell you that 1st company I used, while yes, very expensive, the outcome far exceeds what I received on round 2. The other company would not leave my home until we operated every window they installed and made us sign that every window was in excellent condition and cleaned to perfection before they left. The Energy window installers couldnt run out of here fast enough.So day 1, Wednesday: (which happened to be a high wind thunderstorm) They came on time and began tearing out the old windows. Already a problem. They ripped out the windows of 3 separate rooms 12 in total. Now dont forget the storm. There was wind and rain blowing all through my house. Blowing things all around my house and off the walls. This isnt my line of work but I would have worked 1 room at a time. And they should have also, because by the time they left day 1 they didnt have enough time to install all the windows. So some were left overnight blocked with cardboard.Day 2, Thursday: They came at 9am, 1 guy leaves because he has to get windows for another customer. He returned at noon. Again, I dont care about your other customers, they shouldnt allow you to take your time away from my project. During this day, they tell us numerous times how they shouldt have been here this long. How they ran into so many problems, how they had other appointments scheduled and our project was taking too much time. They were here until 9pm, all the windows installed, not all capped on the exterior, not all calked and if you look at the photos it looked like some were calked by a Golden Retriever. Or a 4 year old. It looked pitiful. I walked around with them pointing out awful flaws. Im no construction worker, thats why I contract this out. So its not an easy conversation walking around with someone telling that their work is complete trash. However, when you do this and the contractor tells you it looks terrible because they had to rush through everything because they couldt devote more time- that absolutely set me off. They never removed the old windows or any trash and debris. There was glass, nails and wood splinters all over my floors, grass and roof. They swore up and down that they would be back the next day to clean up and remove all the trash. I told him that I did not want to pay the balance because of everything. Obviously I paid. Mistake...Day 3, Friday: No show. I call Rob when I get home from work at 5pm. I am livid! I explain everything, in detail. Complete joke. I talked to him about 6 times on the phone to try to satisfy me. He was trying to see what he could do to fix everything. That, I will give him credit for, he at least acted like he wanted to make it right. He came back in the morning with the same 2 guys that I just ratted out to him and that clearly couldnt do it the 1st time. He gave me 5 excuses why he broke his promise and never came the day before. I showed them everything they didnt calk, insulate or cap. They told me the air I could feel coming thru the windows was normal. 12 pm never to be seen or heard again. Sad

I heard about Energy Windows via a review of a different company where the reviewer mentioned getting a much better price from Energy Windows. I got a few quotes and had a similar experience; EWD&M had the best price by far, the windows seemed to be coming from a decent manufacturer, and the contact was very responsive and explained everything clearly. The quality of email communication from Ian sealed the deal for me over other companies I had communicated with.There was a delay in production of the windows which Ill chalk down to COVID-19 and some of the windows being a non-standard color, but they were finally installed last week. The windows are great, the install crew was large and efficient, and theyve been quick to address any post-install issues. Overall would recommend and will likely use them next year for a sliding door replacement once Im ready to take on more projects.

I waited 5 months before posting this review so that it can relate to the entire process and see how their installation holds as they promised.Requirement:I had 17 windows that needed to be replaced as those were the contractors grade quality. I live in the community managed by the HOA and have to follow the provided guidelines for any exterior home improvement projects. 10 of these 17 windows needed to be tempered glass as they are low to the ground which also costs more. Also, the windows had to be energy efficient with a lower U-Factor.Quotes signed in July 2020:I got 8 quotes before sitting with Lonny Fleekop from Energy Windows. I asked him to walk me through the only information I needed to decide whether I should go with him or not. Without wasting mine and his time, he quickly went over the process and provided the quote.Deciding factors:I signed the contract the same day for the following reasons1. No pressure - e.g. “Special Price” if you sign the contract the same day when quotes are provided2. Good quality windows compared to the other higher-end quote with similar quality3. The professionalism of the sales rep “Lonny”4. Provided all the documents required by the HOAInstallation in November 2020:I had some hard time getting the installation date due to COVID-19 and some misunderstanding on both ends but the owner of the business kept it very professional and followed up in a timely manner. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and begun the installation. I witnessed the entire process. All crew members were very experienced and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and hauled away all old windows and debris as promised.Overall:I had a pleasant experience overall and would recommend them for any new/replacement windows project. The owner of the business is very professional and values customers.

Great price and even better service. The salesman was very friendly, informative and not pushy at all. We felt very comfortable making such a large purchase with the guarantee that they offer. We had two very large windows replaced in the front of our home and they did a fantastic job. The men who installed the windows were polite and worked hard removing the old windows/frames and getting the new ones in quickly. It was not an easy job and they worked efficiently and made sure it was done right. I would highly recommend this company, and will use them again the future.

Checked several places to replace windows in our condo building.Several did not even call back or came in much more expensive. We had shopped around for our windows and decided to go with Energy Windows, Doors and More (Cherry Hill). We are glad we did. From initial visit till the last moment of the project we had received professional, courteous service. Loni, the sales manager, was really good with providing us information without pushing us on the company or particular product. He patiently and completely answered our questions and provided suggestions on window designs that would be the best for our house. Robert, the owner, measured our windows himself and again provided us with all the information that we needed and again answered numerous questions. Front office staff was very polite and supportive. The installer, Andy and John, were delayed by a previous project, but they called me numerous times to reassure that they will arrive as soon as they can. The installation was done well. One of the window sites had a few problems due to the imperfections of the structures. Andy and Jhon proposed and implemented solutions that were the best for the situation.My wife and I are very happy with the company and will call them again when the windows need to be replaced.

I had 10 windows and front door put in. The guys showed up early and work 9 hours straight with no stops. I offered them lunch and politely declined. Real hard workers and very efficient. They cleaned up and left. Great work and very happy with the platinum 3000 windows. Solid windows and cut road noise down to nothing. Should help this winter. Had another window company take a look at this issue, turns out this was done such a terrible job that the water was leaking in the wooden frame because of such a poor job of capping and sealing that they had to remove the frame because its now rotten. These guys were trying to hide the leakage by just sealing around the window and couldnt cap it correct. I wouldnt have never found this out if I didnt call another window company to change my half circle window that is above the window that Energy windows did for me. I regret using this company for my windows. Stay away.....you are spending a lot of money on windows and dont make the same mistake I did.

Finding a reliable, competent, trustworthy contractor can be a bit of a nightmare in South Jersey. Energy Windows, Doors and More are a complete rarity as they did an exceptional job from start to finish, from scheduling arrangements with the receptionist to communicating with the installers. Rob was very thorough and completely knowledgeable with presentation of his product during his visit. He helped me choose the best windows for my home being in a shore community. Within weeks, Andy and Drew came out to install roughly 18 windows- a mixture of double-hung and picture windows- on the first floor of my duplex. The installation took two days and they did a fantastic job keeping the work-space neat and tidy throughout the entire project. You could not even tell anyone was at the house doing construction work! I would highly recommend Energy Windows and plan on using them again in the future.

Ill admit I was a bit skeptical at first - (no TV or fancy internet advertising). Did my research and knew what kind of windows I wanted. Did as much as I could to check out the company and the window manufacturer. Extremely pleased with my experience. Sales process was easy (didnt force me to have my wife present or spend 3 hours giving a presentation Im wasnt interested in). Pricing on what I wanted was very reasonable compared to other companies I shopped. When the installers were here, I asked one how long hes been with the company. When he told me 7 years, I knew that my fears of giving the job to a less than well known company were unnecessary. Ask my wife - she will tell you that if Im satisfied with any particular vendor doing work in my home, that company was worth doing business with. Although the windows were just installed, I dont expect to have any long term issues that wouldnt be resolved by Energy Windows. Chances are that the warranty on the windows will outlive me.

The owner of the company, Robert, came out to show me window samples and try to sell me 12 windows for my apartment. So let me first tell you, i had another company come out and they wouldnt leave. I almost had to throw them out after 3 hours plus their prices were outrageous. Rob came in and was honest and didnt act like the typical sales person. He was very, very patient. I signed and before i knew it the scheduler called to give me my install date. The installers came on time and were extremely professional. Great job!

The folks at Energy, Windows, Doors and More were fabulous to deal with. I heard an offer on the radio and called for more information. Not only were they able to fit my budget, but my timeline as well. I needed to install my windows ON TIME before the winter season hit. Highly recommend them - its nice to deal with a local business that cares about their image. They run offers regularly, if you call, ask them about what discounts are available.

Please learn from my mistake and dont give these people your business. The salesmen tell you one thing and the installers do another. Trying to get the windows serviced after the install as per the warranty has also proven to be much more complicated and time consuming than we were told initially.

We had 4 windows installed after Memorial Day weekend. It’s been a few months now. I had called after the install because the outside trim was done very sloppy. Uneven in places. The guys who installed came back to try to fix the mess and was kind of rude to me also. Well he really didn’t fix it well. I just left it at that because I was aggravated by his attitude. My husband and I just noticed this past weekend that they never leveled the windows some are uneven and crooked. We took a level to them and there definitely not leveled. Don’t get me wrong I love the windows so far they are great. But they were to quickly installed and not done right, done very sloppy. I was going to have them install four or more to finish our house now I’m giving it second thought. Maybe because I only had a four installed they rushed the job. Who knows but we are not happy. Buyer beware of how they are installing. I don’t ever like to complain but when you make an investment in upgrading your home you would hope it’s done right. Definitely looking into a new window company for the rest of our windows. 😕

We had Energy Windows, Doors & more out last spring to repalce 5 double hungs, a sliding glass door and a picture window. The salesmanship of Rob and workmanship of the install crew and office couldnt have been any better or more professional. We were so happy with the pricing, workmanship and no hassle salesmanship, we called them again this spring for another double hung and 2 bay window replacements. We had shopped around last year and would highly recommend Energy Windows, Doors and More, you wont be sorry you did!

In September of 2016, I used Energy Windows, Doors and More to replace all of the windows on the first floor of our house in Ventnor, NJ. They did a fabulous job and gave us an extremely low price as promised. Mitch was very professional, thorough and fast! The actual installation was done on time and to perfection. We love our new windows. I would highly recommend Energy Windows, Doors and More. I am so glad I went with them.

I am very disappointed with this company. I thought Robert who owns the company was a decent and honest man and he said any problems you have we guarantee everything for life! His workers who installed my windows should have wrapped the windows with a half inch that looks like a L instead of a straight edge where the caulk is on the outside of the windows. The windows are 10 months old, the caulking is all cracked and water is getting in and not to mention the drafts and my air conditioning escaping out and driving the cost of my gas and electric up. I paid almost $4,000 for these new energy efficient windows with installation. The installation was sub-par and now this company is not guaranteeing their work. The workmanship is unacceptable, the lack of guarantee is unacceptable and I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as it is going to cost me now over $1,000 to re-wrap each window, replace the rolls of coil and labor. BUYER BEWARE! P.,S. I didnt even want to give them one star but had to in order to post!

I had an excellent experience with Energy Windows Doors & More from the first experience with Robert, the owner, to the installers. I loved the demonstration of the heat lamp showing me how the windows could withstand the heat. As a teacher myself, demonstrations really help! Robert answered any and all questions to my satisfaction.I received a call several weeks ahead giving me the date and time of installation. I was instructed on the mode of payment. No problems at all there. Everyone was courtesous and pleasant. On the big day, I was expecting the workers to arrive at 8:30 AM. When 9:00 AM rolled around and there was no knock on my door, I called and they were on it right away. Unfortunately, the installers ran into an accident on the highway (that never happens, right :0)!) and they were very apologetic once they arrived at 9:30 or so. They got right to work.Now, I must say, Ive had windows installed by one of the big guys. They damaged my hardwood floors to the point where I had to get an area rug to cover the damage. The two men from Energy windows were meticulous in keeping my hardwood floors in my new home clean and safe. They were respectful of my home and furnishings and I truly appreciate that.All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Yesterday was a very cold day and I felt bad they had to work in such weather but they did not complain. I would definitely recomment Energy Windows Doors and More for the cost, quality of windows, workmanship and improvement to the value of your home.

The woman on the phone bullied me, made me feel extremely stupid and bad mouthed the company I chose. I told her this really speaks volumes about their company and I will never do business with them. I had to hang up on her because she was like a bull. Now, I have the company harassing me with phone calls and texts. I blocked their number.

I’m an old customer and I wouldn’t have come here to write this feeeback if I didn’t just have a flashback as to how rude the (woman) that takes their calls was to me. I was cursed out and called names that I could not believe. Made me feel like the $7000 I spent with them was $7 because of a small complaint about the job the installer done. Also got an independent eye to come look at the windows not too long ago and they told me the windows are cheap. I suggest you do your reasearch before hiring a window company. Granted the owner is very nice,

Excellent job, installation was seamless and on time . Marcy and Mitchell, owners, went above and beyond with my many requests and questions . Highly recommended, cant compare to the last window company I used , difference was Night and day. I Will use Energy Windows on my 2nd home next spring

I had a terrible experience with this company I called to let them know I had an emergency with my type 1 diabetic daughter and I would need to change my appointment. After my husband tells me they left a message stating that they would be at my house on monday to install the sliding door I order. Not evening checking if the time and date would be ok for me. The person who came out to my house talked to me not my husband i paid the 1400 down payment. I just dont understand why do they think they can just tell you when something is good for you. Must company ask if that day is ok or give you a few days to choose from. He was very rude to me and not understanding. I never ever had this kind of experience before. I dont even what them to come out to my house because of how disrespectful he was to me on the phone that I called my husband and he called to only get the same attitude but worst then me. Telling my husband emergency dont happen the man had a nerve to say that to him. I wish I read some of these reviews before I decided to go with them. And I will be contacting Home Advisory because they referral them to me.

Awful experience. Do your research before you install new Windows. The person setting the appointment to do the installation was very rude. The installers showed up one and a half hour before the scheduled time. The owner left me several rude messages threaten me that he was going to charge me 75.00 for stocking fee. The windows are very cheap material, the glass is very thin, the same as my old ones. I regret hiring this company.The installers were very unprofessionals, one of them was cursing and the Main guy destroyed all my wood frame and wall, ripped windows with so much force that he cracked the new and intact window wood frames on a 30 years old house. The work at removing the old windows was terrible. I would never hired this company again. They do not know what they are doing. They came to destroy my property. Rude, sloppy and unprofessional.
