The windows were installed 2 weeks before we took occupancy.Windows were not flush, there is extreme gaps and heavy , messy caulking in rooms that are wall papered and equally heavy caulking on freshly painted walls.I called to speak with Mark or Scott, I got Scott.Scott stated “ the windows could have been damaged during the two weeks the house sat empty and already sold to me.” He refused to honor warranty and was very aware of dates as he sounded as though he knew the previous owner, or was at least familiar with windows. I say this because he knew exactly my house and former owners name.No work ethic or pride in product and installation.I have attached photos

Pleased with the process. We had a couple of material flaws which were pointed out and replacement material ordered same day. Will follow up with replacement process. Would recommend.

We had a great experience with Window Place Plus and the owner, Mark. Matt and the installation team worked hard, replacing 25 windows and cleaned up too. We are very happy with the quality of windows! The few minor issues that came up after installation were fixed right away. I was really nervous picking out a window company to replace our 40+ year old windows and Im so happy we chose The Window Place Plus. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I needed some clarification concerning our 28 year old windows. Our neighbors, who had their windows replaced, recommended that we contact Mark Anderson the owner of this business . Mark came all the way from Haddonfield NJ . After surveying the condition of our vintage windows, Mark came to the conclusion that our windows did not need to be replaced.. Mark accessed that the windows only had to be capped and sealed, also to touch up the wood with a composite wood substitute where needed. Here is a businessman who could of sold me a dozen new windows and I would of been more than happy to follow that suggestion. But Mark’s honest assessment was something that we found rare in this day and age . If some day we find we need to purchase new windows, we will contact Mark because of his integrity.

After sitting through four high-pressure sales meetings with window salesman I was ready to cancel my meeting with Window Place Plus, luckily, I did not. It was the owner of the company that came to our home, Mark Anderson. It was a very productive first meeting without any of the sales tactics. The products and services were presented, Mark left, and we had time to review our options and make an unpressured and well-informed decision. When making our final decisions, Mark offered great suggestions and insight. He worked with us as we sifted through several window styles and options. Once the windows arrived, Mark’s installation crew was great! They were professional and extremely accommodating when I threw in a last minute change request. They took their time, which, was very important to me. So far, the windows and quality of installation, are meeting what was presented when first we met with Mark. For reference – the product we chose was Compositwood by Interstate; casement style. I’ll be reaching back out to Mark in the future.The B rating for quality relates directly to the quality of the screens that came standard with the window. In relation to the quality of the window I would have expected a better screen.

The Window Place Plus exceeded our expectations! When my husband and I purchased an historic home, we knew the windows were going to be difficult to replace. Mark Anderson was fantastic! Mark arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He addressed my concerns and knew immediately what how the window mechanism broke.
