Kevin arrived promptly as scheduled. Rate was very reasonable. He did quality work and fixed our unit.I noticed a weird noise during the night after the repair and I called. He drove from north Hamilton County to Chickamauga and found that nature (ants) had crawled onto the contacts and caused the problem. He did NOT charge for the trip that had absolutely nothing to do with his previous work.
