He spent time investigating our system, recommending ways to extend its life and decrease energy costs. He caught potential problems and documented everything, photographically and in writing. Masters Appliance was booked via my home warranty company. I had been using another company for my AC maintenance. My AC wasn’t working and it was over 80 in my house. Daniel came out late in the evening and diagnosed the issued. He repaired it and went above and beyond even doing some maintenance to the system. I highly recommend using Masters. Theyve always been able to come out quickly if I need them for emergencies and they did a great job installing my new AC unit. They installed a smart thermostat cheaper than other companies I had quoted and everyone has been very nice and easy to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Masters. We just used them for a new unit in our primary home back in the summer. The work was reliable and reasonably priced, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they filled out and turned in all of our warranty papers for us!This week, the furnace went out in our rental house. The part needed was almost $500 plus installation. Instead of charging me that, they took their time to call around and see if the part was under warranty. Surprised again, it was! At the end of the day the tenant was pleased their furnace was fixed, and I was only out $185. Masters work fast, shows up on time, and always goes the extra mile for their customers. Do not think twice about hiring this company! They are amazing.

So I knew I needed a new blower motor after replacing the capacitor and it only running for one day then the motor is too hot to start.I checked every place in town to see if anyone had it ($ 148 at Amazon, but 4 days shipping)One place had it, but they only sell to contractors.Masters sent their repairman out who confirmed that the capacitor was good, and that the motor was drawing too many amps and needed replacement. He had a motor that was for a different unit but admitted was too weak to withstand the amps for my application, but would cost me $350 installed. The correct replacement could be next day shipped in from his supplier for$425.I told him that there was a place in town that had it in stock. After he called him he said $475 and he would come back later, he had other calls to make. Being as it was already middle of the afternoon and it only would take 15-20 minutes to put it together I told him he needed to finish me before going to the next job. His dispatcher agreed and 45-50minutes later it was running like a charm.I felt that his price was at least $100 too much for a part that Amazon now wants to sell to me for $119, and took less than an hour total for all the labor and diagnostics.I shouldnt have had to fuss at him to finish this job, knowing that most likely he wouldnt get back till the next day ( see, you should have done it my way) even though the temperature had been dipping into the 20s at night.To his credit he was knowledgeable and proficient, and patient with my dilemma.Perhaps the fact that I had to pay 475 for a part that I can now buy for 119 and install myself. In an hour was so frustrating.

As he worked, he took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions in an informative but understandable way!Unfortunately, my system is dead to me- but I have Masters and Daniel on my side. It’s the second time I have used them. I have two different homes and they’re always amazing.

Our heat went out and we had to go through our warranty company to get it fixed. Masters sent someone out the same day as the claim (after hours) to look at our heater. After spending about 30 out there he notified us that he was going to have to either order a part or pick it up from the manufacturer. (this didnt sound good to us). The next day we were notified that the technician had driven to Georgia to get the part for us and it was installed the next day by a different technician (again after hours). Everyone that come to our home was very nice even though they had to work evening shift. They were professional and very helpful! We would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed!

Motor went out on thursday, quick fix failed, parts were ordered, luckily were able to overnight it, and installed with 24 hours.

Masters did a great job on our air conditioning system. We have an older unit, but they did their best to find a motor, had it shipped overnight and installed it the next day. They were very professional, happy to explain what they were doing, and billed exactly what they estimated. I will happily deal with them again.

A previous company came out about 3 weeks ago and told me I needed to add another condensation pump to my air handler located in the garage. I have two split units, and both air handlers are located in garage . They both share one condensation pump, and has been working great for a couple years since our ownership of this house. The previous company wanted $300+ to add another pump because the one that was there wasn’t “Keeping Up”. What he was telling us just didn’t make sense! So we got a second option from Masters and Daniel came out around 10pm. He check it out and told me the drainage and condensation pump was clogged up. He went ahead and cleaned out the drainage and pump and it works perfectly now! Daniel also showed me that the clogged drainage caused water to overflow into my return, and watched him vacuum out about 15-20 gallons of water! Thankful for Masters coming out late at night, and treating us right! Will be using them from now on!

Daniel did a great job replacing a broken heat exchanger. He worked in the cold and darkness and did not rest until we had our heat back running again. Daniel explained everything he did and why it had to be done.

I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but it’s been longer than 2 months. The rental property I’m staying at kept giving chances for them to change or fix things and we are still at the main issue. We are using rental property and so we did not have a choice to who we could call. The owners have warranty with masters and so they continue to use them. The owners have left numerous messages with no answer back. Finally they say they will come yesterday and still NOTHING. I understand it’s a busy season but all it takes is a conversation to say that I won’t be able to make it. I am so glad that I don’t have any ties with them. After what I’ve seen all they have that works is the voicemail that keeps taking messages.

I contacted Masters on Monday and was given a 3-5 PM appointment time for Tuesday. The technician (Greg) showed up around 12 noon. He quickly found the issue with my HVAC and had the needed part on hand and made the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company.

Greg and Daniel came out Saturday and installed our HVAC unit. They went above and beyond with the install and exceed my expectations! They had to do some wiring, gas line, and air duct modifications. They also went ahead and checked my crawl space, and made sure my air duct work system was in tip top shape. I could not edit my last review so I am going to post another one. A few days ago I had called and gotten zero response from Masters about servicing my a/c unit. That being said, I was reached out to the following day by them they did not make excuses and they took the blame and said they had corrected their phone problem. They asked if I would still consider letting them service my unit and I said yes. Greg came out and was at the house at the exact time he said he would be. Was beyond nice and extremely helpful about things to help keep the house cool and things we can do to help our unit. He cleaned and serviced our unit and did a fantastic job. Even though it was a rocky start, he has definitely earned our business and I now see why he was so highly recommended. His service call/tune up at my former home cost less than the fee for other companies to just come to my house (they wanted 3-4x as much!). I had him install a 4 ton heat pump last year, works great. Will have him install another this year on the second level of our home. A+ service.

The only minor issue I had with this company is that they had to reschedule with me last moment. The technician, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
