We worked with MS Events through our caterer, TCO.All of the linens from MS Events were beautiful, and they had a great selection. On our wedding day, everything from the special cups we had picked out for our sweetheart table to the napkin at our cake table were perfect.Our only constructive criticism would be to find some new sweetheart tables! Their options were too rustic for us, so we elected to purchase our own.

We were disappointed in M&S for several reasons.1- We were never told a deadline for choosing a final napkin color. We were then lectured about changing the color two weeks out.2- The items were all delivered to the wrong building at the venue and we had to lug many many containers across the property. They never asked me where to deliver it. They went around me and talked to the venue for some reason. I was the customer and I knew the details.3- The company did not pick up the rehearsal dinner rentals in the time window printed on the contract. They said they didn’t know about a wedding the next day when we clearly rented for a rehearsal dinner! They were almost 3 hours late and it caused stress and conflict on the wedding day. They were rude to me on the phone.While the products were nice, I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Find another place!

I have worked alongside MS events as a fellow vendor for years…always professional and excellent work. This last weekend, we rented from them personally for my daughters graduation party. It was beautiful. Everything was on time and perfect. The best part…no dishes to clean…they come and pick everything up. Highly recommend for all your rental needs!!! We got tables, chairs, silverware, plates, drinking glasses and linens. All came beautifully clean and ready to go!

MS Events has always been my go-to for event rentals in Charlottesville when I was working in the area as an event planner. I didnt realize until I hired them personally for my wedding how truly wonderful the company is!Our original plans for an out of state wedding, like a lot right now, had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. We decided to stay local for the event instead and plan the entire event in 3 weeks. I reached out to Linda Winkler from MS Events maybe a week and 1/2 before the wedding and requested tables/chairs/linen. Linda Winkler whipped up a proposal with recommended linens within an hour of my request!The company has an array of rentals to include cool, unique accent pieces to add to your reception.I couldn;t been more pleased with the level of service, quality of rentals and the overal experience working with MS.Thank you so much for contributing to our big day!

I couldnt have had a better experience - I literally was adding and replacing things 2 weeks out. We had the nicest people working with us. Then they were able to bring my rentals out 2 days early which made setup for my wedding so stress free and I felt like we didnt have to rush to get everything the way I wanted it.When it was time to pack everything up, they also gave us two days which was nice to be able to relax most of Sunday before packing every thing up

MS Events was great to work with for my May wedding. As our plans drastically changed due to COVID, they were willing to work with us and downsize ALOT to make sure I still got the chairs/linens/tableware that we had initially picked out for the big day. It was all in wonderful condition and would recommend them to anyone for events, especially weddings!

I used MS Events for my wedding in May and had an excellent experience working with Callie. Every visit to the showroom was fun and exciting and I didnt feel pressured as I took time to make creative decisions. Overall MS Events was a great choice for my wedding needs!

We worked with Callie for linens & pads for a recent birthday party. She is absolutely great - very courteous & exceptionally helpful. MS Events has an incredible array of options so we were able to rent exactly what we wanted to make our garden party look amazing.Top Tip - include table pads in your order: they are inexpensive and give your event a very polished appearance by smoothing out the linens, eliminating any imperfections in the tables surface and by being feeling more tactile to guests.

MS Events was super easy to work with and made me look great to my boss with our corporate incentive event at a local winery. They helped me with things I would not have known we needed and were on top of the details across the board. Everyone was helpful and made it seem as though I was their only client. Their new showroom is great!

Most people overlook companies like this one as if they cater only to large events but Im here to say, they service small ones too! They were a life saver for my small outdoor friendsgiving! The sun kissed the deep violet linens which flowed beautifully over the 6ft wooden tables. The criss cross cherry wood chairs, the elegant dinnerware, crystal glassware and gold silverware completed the prestigious and playful display. The best part was when all of our friends and family were done stuffing their faces, we sat around the fire pit. Imagine having a dinner party for 20 and not having to clean ANYTHING!??? WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! Staff is super helpful in making selections and pick up and drop off was a breeze though they do delivery too! Highly recommend!!!

Very easy to work with and accommodating. I was back and forth on a lot of things and my numbers changed a lot and they were very willing to work with me as things changed and adjusted with no problems. Everything was on time and the rentals were great quality. Highly recommend.

MS Events FORGOT The most important lighting for my wedding day this past Saturday. We called them on Saturday to let them know and I got told they couldnt come back out to bring them. . .then I called monday morning and was told Id get a call back regarding a refund for the lanterns that NEVER showed up and a resolution for the HUGE inconvenience. . I have yet to hear anything back! VERY disappointed!!!! I paid over $3k to them!
