I bought one $20 ballon that lasted less than 18 hours, store didn’t want to replace. They promised this balloon would last 3-5 days.I explained to the manager, didn’t care, but he would only refund the helium. Charged me $5 more dollars to replace. Shop somewhere else!

First time there to get some star balloons for our gender reveal party and we walked around to check everything out. I love all the themed party supplies and how well everything was organized and easy to find. Its been like 2 weeks and the star balloons are still in the air! We had 2 pink star balloons but my son popped those ones.

They have every color of party decorations, though its more of a last minute shopping stop since their prices are probably double that of online shopping. For Halloween, its awesome to be able to try on costumes. Id say their peak sales time is definitely Halloween.

Who owns this place? Owners tend to be more eager to please than employees. Not so here. Everyones been eager to help and friendly every time Ive been there. Theyve got all kinds of stuff and its a fun place to browse even if youre not looking for anything in particular.

Over priced,on what little was in stock,as far as ballons go. Staff made excuses for manager not keeping up with stock and other internal store problems. Just wanted a couple ballons for wifes b-day.....not a stockholders report.

Went here to get some balloons and to fix up some pre-purchased balloons and the staff were great. They filled up the balloons while my wife and I went grocery shopping and then we came back and got them when we were done.
