My kids and I always have a wonderful time here. I sometimes go with just my daughter because the first hour and a half that they are open is for 3 and under so she can play with kids around her age. The staff has always been super friendly and everything is always so clean. The cost is so low for the ability to wear my kids out with no effort. The only problem is my daughter never wants to leave!

Amazing place for kids all ages definitely one on the best places to go to have your child take all their energy out. The staff is always friendly, and on some days will even take kids out on train rides throughout the parking lot at no charge. The pricing is very affordable and they only charge the entree fee for your child.

We just had our daughters birthday at bounce play and create. The pizza tasted like playdoh and the nerf guns didnt shoot at all. When we complained about not expecting to pay over $500 we were told that we could book somewhere else next time. We most definitely will! along with everyone that attended! They had us do our pinata in the parking lot bc they said we ran out of time. For over $500 it wasnt worth it at all. We had our other daughter bday at Jump & that was much much better!

Really well designed bounce house. Couple features I havent seen elsewhere including a big centrally located hand washing station. Also appreciate that the snack bar serves beer:) really well designed toddler area. Bring the kids for a good afternoon of exercise.

My wife just dealt with a disgruntled employee over showing up 10 minutes early to a session. when the owner just let her in the other day saying she doesn’t have to wait outside with four kids. The best part about Bounce play create is how much they take the stress off the parent so when stuff like this happens. It’s kind of counterproductive. On top of that they let other people in.

Would give more stars if someone had been at the front desk. Waited several minutes with my squirmy 1.5 year old while an anxious employee ran past me to get a smoke break outside. I left to find some place else.

I had to figure out something do while it was raining asap because I was babysitting and i am so thankful we picked bounce and play. You cant go wrong when the fun tires your kids out 😉

Went for the first time today, I can’t believe we’ve never been before! All of my kids had a blast. I loved that I could watch my toddler play in the toddler area but still watch my big kids play in the bounce area. Everything was extremely clean! Very impressed, we will definitely be back 😃

They are currently sharing space with a daycare & the babies were crawling around crying wanting me to pick them up. It was very uncomfortable and the staff didn’t seem to care. I had called with my concerns after leaving and they just told me they are allowed to be there like okay sure but it was almost impossible to enjoy our time. Also stated toddlers were 6 dollars and I paid double. I posted in the local mom group and it seemed like others had similar experience and had reached out to the owner and the owner was extremely rude. Won’t be returning.

Great place to take the little kids for some fun. They have some good inflated bounce houses, some with fun slides, others with barriers to run into or climb over. They also have a solid structure with tubes to crawl through and fast slides. And, for the littlest kids, theres a safe place to play, climb and explore. There is also a painting room where they can paint on the walls (glass) and an area with Lego duplos to build with. If you come in the morning, you can leave for lunch and come back the same day to play more, just keep your sticker and receipt.

Awesome place for kids even during covid. They shut down every 90 mins to disinfect and the place is extremely clean

Very fun for my 2 yo. I went during toddler time in the morning so I was able to go in some of the bouncy house obstacle courses and slides to help her get up. Along with the bouncy activities there is also a painting area which my daughter loved. We stayed around 2 1/2 hours and it was worth every bit of the $7 admission that we payed.

My daughter always has a great time here, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean, with staff continuously cleaning even during play times. The place is also deconned between sessions. I really hope they make it through the pandemic, there arent enough of these types of places left for kids anymore, especially in Charlottesville.

We went to a birthday party here. The staff was so friendly. The kids really enjoyed themselves. It was very reasonably priced.

A lot of fun to be had here for the kiddos. It was very clean, and that is even more important these days. A few gripes, like charging $1 to ride a merry go round that should be free considering how much you paid to be there. All of the games like that should be free or maybe 25 cents.

Love this place and the owners are wonderful people. They really do a wonderful job of keeping the place clean and the staff are all so sweet.

This is review purely based on the “summer camp” program. We love bounce and play. My girls have an amazing time playing and I feel like there is a variety of things to do.My daughter participated in camp this summer.Fortunately, my daughter is pretty independent so she had a great time. As a teacher, I was very disappointed in the lack of organization.Many days, we were not even greeted upon arrival. My husband, had to stay an extra 20Min after drop off because there weren’t any workers present in the bouncy area and he felt like with 5 + kids, an adult should be present. I was never spoken to by any staff. Upon arrival,I often had to seek out my daughter without any staff present in the play area. I think she had a great time overall but as a parent, I don’t think she was monitored. I stayed for at least 30 min and never saw a staff member present in the bounce area. It was clear to me that this was an unorganized effort.

Due to unforseen weather (Harrican Laura) circumstances we needed to cancel our event of having a bounce house. After, calling Bounce Play we could not get a refund but a credit only. The weather conditions are no fault of our own.Response to the owner.We never received an email nor was an email address requested. Today 8/29/2020, is a wet day no one wants to have an event with kids on an extremely wet day. You stated that the credit does not expire but money.who says your business will continue to survive. The right thing for you to do is to offer a refund.

Great experience! Came here on a whim and our four year old had a blast. On a Saturday its of course crowded but still good. Food prices are reasonable and the fact that you can leave and return without purchasing admission again is great. Definitely will return.

We love to come here. We recently visited with their COVID policies in place and were very happy with how it was set up!

This was a lot of fun my daughter loved it. I think it would be cool if parents were allowed on some of the features with their kids. My daughter is young but she loves slides. However she couldnt get to some of the slides by herself and I couldnt help her. Still we had a great time.

Wow. Super good. So many activities. And while adults can climb up, some spaces are very tight. Youll have to eat your brought food outside, though. Decent pricing all around. Great for a long afternoon.

Totally awesome place and a great option on a rainy day with toddlers. They also have a section for babies and crawlers which was nice.

Ehh, wasnt impressed. Ive heard great reviews about this place, but Im honestly not impressed. My 5 year old liked it, but the 3 year old is too old really for the toddler room and the bouncy things are too big and scary for the 3 year old. I would recommend this only for bigger kids and babies under 2.

Under-1s are free, for which Im grateful. My baby loooves it here. They have a special section for toddlers, massage chairs for exhausted parents, and sooo many bouncy houses for older kids. The food area has vegetarian options, but not very healthy ones. There are plenty of restaurants right outside though.

I took my two kids today with my two nephews and sister-in-law. The owner checked us in and went over and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. The facility was extremely clean especially with a bunch of kiddos and every bathroom was clean as well. They offered a very healthy and kid friendly as well as adult friendly cafe with reasonable prices. The staff was eager to help and did an amazing job with the train and helping little ones on and off. We were there for over four hours and I cannot think of one complaint!!! We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family!! Job well done to the owners and staff!!

Great indoor playground! Lots of different kids activities. Have a designated baby area for the wee ones. Otherwise, best suited for kids 2+. The attached could be a bit more attentive to clean up/ tidy up. But they were nice

Shelly was the absolute best party host! I am the type of person that likes to decorate my own parties, so I was very nervous to put this in the hands of someone else! Shelly blew my expectations away. She was wonderful!!!! I would absolutely host his party here again and would want Shelly to run the show! So many kids kept saying this was the best party they ever had been too! Thank you to Shelly for making my sons birthday a very memorable experience for all of us!!

Bouncy area will be suitable for 4 yo or older. My 2.5 yo was scared and stayed all the time at the toddler area.Staff were so-so (not super supportive, but not specially bad).

Its a decent fun indoor play area for the little ones. They have an under 3 area for the littler ones (though make sure you watch the smaller ones as there are stairs to climb). There is a large inflatable climbing area in the rear. The staff was very friendly. Its nice that they only charge the kids, not the adults. Overall, decent for some indoor fun if in the area.

My son had the best time here on his birthday. It was also raining that day so it was the best place to go. The issue i have though that the kiddos wouldn’t worry about it cleanliness. Of course kids places aren’t going to be spotless but the big LEGO’s for toddlers were greasy like they haven’t been ever cleaned. The rugs had dirty spots all over them and the place smelled like rotten eggs. The play equipment also had dirty bandaids on it. The food was decent but the tables and floors were very dirty. They do have a hand washing station though and hand sanitizer which was a huge plus!

My son loves bounce and play. The staff are friendly and its a great place to get some toddler energy out. Sometimes kids play too rough or the other parents are less than attentive to their kids, but thats to be expected at a place like this. It doesnt stop my son from having fun so it doesnt bother me enough to take any points away.

Grandson enjoys playing here with the other children. Will take him there again when in the area

This is the BEST place in Cville for kids to have fun. Because they have so many Moon Bounces my THREE children 3, 4, and 6 can ALL have a great time. They have played for almost three hours in one visit. This is the Disneyland for children under twelve. We go often and always have fun...Best of all when you are done your kids will sleep for hours.

I am a kid and i went here all my life. If you are over 10 their will be no one to play with that is your age and you will be bored. For the first 10 minutes the kids will play and explore but after that its boring same old same old.

Plenty of inflatables and other things to do. Seemed clean and well-organized. Staff reminded me of the “meh” emoji. Having rides that cost money inside of a place you paid to play in earned them one less star.

This place was awesome! Im currently in town visiting my in laws and brought my 16 month old here to play. Couple of things... first, it amazed me how clean this place was. I felt like all the toys, areas, and floors were very sanitary and that always makes me feel more comfortable letting my son just roam around and play wherever he wants and with whatever he wants. Second, I loved all the different sectioned off areas. The little toddler playground area was large, had seating for the parents, and a surprising amount of good, large, obstacles and toys for the kids to play with/in and experiment with. I also liked how during toddler time, the parents can go in the bounce castles and play structures with their toddler. Some places dont allow that and it can be frustrating because its hard to teach a toddler how to climb through and over obstacles and how to conquer those types of play structures when you cant get in there with them and show them how to do it. Third, I loved how unique some of the play areas were. My son LOVES rocks and there was a huge boxed area with a ton of cool rocks in it and trucks that the kids could load into the dump trucks and play with. Never seen that before. Some other things that they have that were really cool included a glassed in room that you could just flat out paint on the glass!!! My son is still a little too young for that, so we didnt actually get to enjoy that, but for older kids, it looked awesome. There were also various tables with awesome sensory activities and things to play with and learn for toddlers. My son LOVED the huge magnetic wall with all the magnets he could play with and such. And this might make me sound weird, but one of the coolest things I thought they had was this huge hand washing fountain for the adults and kids! It was so easy to go wash all of our hands before we went and ate some of their delicious food, which was great varieties to choose from. And to top it all off, they have a sticker number system and locked gates to enter and exit so your kid cant just walk out or some stranger cant just leave with your kid. Ive never seen that system in place before and I think it is wonderful. The only negative thing in my opinion, was that it was awesome to go down the fun slides with my son, but really hard to get up there to do so. Not the end of the world though. The owner checked us in and was a very nice guy, so I cant attest to the negative reviews about teenagers checking us in/helping us. But I did buy some things from their store for my son to play with on the plane ride home and the guy who helped me pay for it was young, but very nice and courteous. I give this place a big two thumbs up! I will definitely be coming back to play next time we come to visit!!!

Cute place to take your children. I especially liked the painting room. A little crowded when we were there and unfortunately no one was keeping the older kids off the toddler bounce toys.

This was a cool little place for my kids to have fun and run off all their extra little energy at a reasonable price.

Theres a cool, fenced in play place inside for your lil ones. My 17 mon old had a blast and made new friends. The snack bar only serves healthy snacks. I wish the staff and other parents did a better job at keeping the big kids off the baby bounce houses... it was too risky to put my child in one.

Great concept, too many roudy older kids to be safe for younger ones, even in toddler area. No supervision.

Awesome place for all ages

Been here for a few years and its the best locale for kids 6 and under thats simultaneously clean, engaging, inclusive, and reasonably priced. The fact that the staff actually holds the posted rules to the kids is what makes me drive the 45 minutes for the kids to play.

Our kids love going there. Clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

My 2 year old loved playing in the toddler area and eventually went in the bounce houses. I appreciate that they have many different activities and everything is kept clean.

This place has some potential for rainy days, but my kids got bored after about 2 hours. One awesome thing they offer though is that you pay for the day, so you can leave, for lunch say, and then come back and play more.

I love Bounce-n-Play so much! I currently have an almost 2 y/o boy and a 6 m/o baby girl and there are no better (and more reasonably priced) indoor places in Charlottesville for me to take my kids! The gated toddler area (3 y/o and under) is wonderful, with tons of toys to choose from and even a few baby swings/jumperoos for me to put the baby in so I can give her brother some attention! I only have to pay for my toddler currently--not for the baby or myself! And if you go on Monday or Thursday mornings, the toddler rate is not only reduced, but adults are allowed to go on the big equipment with their toddlers! Until today, my son was a little fearful of the big bouncy equipment, but today I was able to get on there with him and show him how much fun it can be! He had a blast and didnt want to leave. What a wonderful, reasonable, friendly to all ages place!

Nice clean place with a variety of options for fun. I took my 4 year old son here while visiting family in the area and he loved it.

My niece and nephew love this place. Clean, exercise without the heat, and wont break the bank.

After hours in the car, with two kids, our activities we planned fell through, this is the place we decided to stop and let children burn off energy. I thought it to be bigger but it was actually a perfect size for my 2 & 6 year olds. They had a blast. My daughter asked to go back the next morning. They do very well with security. And staff was friendly and super nice. If we were ever back in area, we would stop again!

This is a fun place for kids, but they advertised toddler time from 930am-11am. We arrived well before 11 and the Bounce houses were FULL of big kids. My 16 month old couldnt really play safely on any of the bounce houses. :(**Update - after talking to the staff I discovered that the toddler time isnt restricted only to toddlers during that time and I happened to visit on a day when the big kids were out of school. So that was my misunderstanding.**

My kids really like this place. There is a seating area for adults and WiFi. This place is really not for younger kids who arent good at climbing however; it does have a small play area for little kids. I will say that its not worth going if you only have a younger child.

This is a super fun place for kids of all ages. For the little ones there is a great toddler area. Bounces are all ranges of ages. They even have Wi-Fi so you can get work done as a parent I know this is sometimes difficult to do!! Is also a coloring area a painting area that my son really loved. Painting on the glass and seeing his workon the wall. theres also a Lego area a train area and a truck area where kids can play with rocks and tractors. the moon bounces are wonderful. lives in all sorts of obstacle courses for children even basketball hoops. there is a giant slide where children have to climb all the way up and theres a car there and a airplane the kids just loved it. also a snack area although the prices are not reasonable I would recommend getting a kids meal it is the best value rather than buying things individually. so do parties. There is also a gift shop. If possible I would remember to bring quarters because there are games and rides in a carousel but you need quarters for it. call great experience I would highly recommend this for children and parents and families. I would avoid going on a Saturday because it is crowded. there were three birthday parties there when we were there but we still had a great time.

Its great for the kids but I think theyre considering adult beverages also

This is a review of the Bounce-n-Play Laser Tag in the old office depot location. The service is not great, and there was only one guy, and employee didnt really help any laser tag players.I waited 20 minutes to play, 2, ten minute games. The guns ARE BOXES WITH TRIGGERS! And reloading, and regenerating is stupid, you have to go to the middle of the room to re spawn. the room is very bright, the outside light comes in. The bathrooms are terrible no toilets were flushed, no lighting, and no toilet paper. The course was made out of old wood crates and old fabric, I was having some reaction to the structures, I believe that there were little spots of mold in the wood. The walls had holes, and the floors, you can see where the aisles, and cash registers had been. A family of 4 payed $45 dollars, your money would be better used, by putting it into a retirement, or college fund, then go to this sad excuse of a laser tag place. Dont go, it is a waste of time and money, there was no effort put into this laser tag.
