Too many negatives. We were meant to wait for the service to be done but they were backed up so could we leave it and come back. No biggy but then it was first thing tomorrow which turned into noon the next day. Then they didnt price match new tires like they said they would and charged for a tire rotation they hadnt done. A few other minor maint. things werent done. Called and they would credit no problem, just send price match from Costco web site. After two weeks still no credit. Called and our maintenance guy had apparently quit. OK they will get right back to us on the credit. After 2 days, no call back. Emailed the manager - oh sorry, no problem we will resolve and get right back to you. After two days, no call back.........Put the credit card payment in dispute and wont go back to these guys. Need a new car also but not here.

While visiting Charlottesville from out of town on a weekend We had a breakdown with our Lexus, which is made by Toyota. Umansky scheduled us right away and fixed everything when they said they would. It would have been easy to lie to us about the problem and charge us for in needed repairs, but they did not. They were prompt efficient and honest.

Beware! It took over 24hrs for a diagnosis, they perform work without your owner pre-approval, and they dont communicate (you have to call them for a status update).

Ive been twice and have had terrible customer service both times. The fist time they wanted to fix things that werent broken on an almost brand new car. They then parked it behind the building without telling me, and had me walking in the dark trying to find it at 8 1/2 months pregnant. The second time I waited without being acknowledged for almost 5 minutes. I then continued to wait after being told, Ill be right with you, for another 10 minutes. They then informed me my appointment was not in the system and it was unclear if they could fit me in. After I finished getting upset they finally got the service done I needed. The only reason I went the second time was for a potential warranty issue. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have never experienced such poor customer service especially at a dealership. Jim Price Hyundai is my go to and will continue to be my preference.

My car a/c had been acting up for some time and I took it to Toyota for repair. It was there three days before I called to find out the status of the vehicle. It was ready for pickup they said but I had not been notified. I was told all that was needed was a freon refill and that the mechanic had taken it for a check drive with everything being okay. I paid $147 and drove off happily. Not five miles from Umanskys, the a/c broke down as it usually did. I called the service manager right then but got a recorded message. I informed him that the a/c had broken again. I have called and texted four or five times and as of this writing (five days), no one has bothered to call me back.Unhappily, I will never again take another car to this facility as customer care is totally lacking.

Had a horrible experience. I spent a couple hours emailing Annie, a sales person. She assured me that her and her manager would beat my other offer from another dealer. I also wanted to pay cash and she said that I would not have to finance to get the deal. I also said that I would have to drive 90 minutes to Umansky. I was there for two minutes and I realized they were all lies. I should probably make another comment and post the email thread. Very unprofessional and I can’t wait to share my experience with others
