Do not rent with these people. The property manager is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. She won’t tell you when people are coming to the house to work on something and then get mad at you when you don’t prepare for them. Things in our house went unfixed for months even after repeatedly telling them about issues. During the turnover for the next tenants, the property manager took the day off on the day of the new lease starting so no questions could be answered or house made ready. Find another place to live. This company sucks.

This is a thought cultivated by the people that live in the 2 buildings they own. There is no one who lives here that is happy with their service or notifications on when work will be done... zero respect from their side. It took 7 whole months of me being on them that they gave us a washing/drying Machine that is writen in our lease and thats just one of MANY EXMPLES. just dont with them because they just dont have the man power or maintenance communication to care or let you know.

I do not recommend renting from them. This rental was great until they got a new property manger named Amy Long. She has harassed me and my husband since she became the manager and the owner Mr Shah does nothing. We lived here for over two years and had no issues and in the past 6 months its been petty issues from our car that we are waiting to fix or sell apparently taking up space but they say something after its there for over a year just because we moved the tags. Granted we move and drive the vehicle every other day and still pay taxes, then they try to charge us for our yard—when we aren’t even responsible for the yard care, then there was issues with our dogs paper work apparently and mind you again we have lives here 2 years with no issues. This is also why we are the only tenants still in the building. Someone below us lived there for over 10 years and got tired of the harassing. Amy comes up with petty things every other week that we are apparently not following. Speaks very rude on the phone, gets her friends to come to the property taking pictures, as we have seen this happening twice at the place we pay rent. Do not rent here I would look into other places. We are trying to move as soon as we can.
