0 stars if possible. Scammers and overall bad people. Drunk account manager that doesn’t answer calls. Charged me $900 after leaving my car at a hotel for 6 days. I was never called or informed of this while on vacation. They will charge you more than they said.

My HOA recently contracted Trust Towing & Recovery to remove illegally parked cars. Trust has done an excellent job at clearing cars in our fire lane. This week, my vehicle developed a problem and would randomly stall. The dealership couldn’t get me in until 4/9, so I called Trust this afternoon to see when they’d be able to pick my car up and drop it off there. They were pretty busy today and weren’t going to be able to get to me until the AM the next day, but less than two hours later, I received a call from a gentleman who works there (can’t recall his name) and he was able to pick my car up. He was very professional and understanding, had clear knowledge of his job, and was able to take care of me in under five minutes. On top of that, it was very affordable. Will definitely use these guys again!

These guys are a bunch of crooks!! Overcharging vultures, I recommend never doing business with them. Very rude and unprofessional, company ran by a thug

They called requesting a Saturday service call the day after Christmas to repair their tow truck. After explaining the cost to come out and finishing the repair, I was argued with about the price. Settled for a lower price just to get out of there. The man smelled of alcohol and was extremely rude when he showed up to pay.Beware of this crooked operation.

These folks are a bunch of SCAMMERS... Ticket your car for having a 15 days old out of date Tag sticker and only give you 3 days to fix the problem... At least give the people enough time to get paid geeze!!! Like at least 2 weeks not 3 days... I understand yall business may have been slow during this pandemic and all however that dont mean skim and scam people out of they money...

WOW!!! You know we all have automobile issues at the most unexpected times at some point. Automobile would not start upon leaving CVS Pharmacy on Milton Rd. at about 8:20pm, I inform the CVS staff of this and ask if I could leave it and come get it in the morning, they tell me sure its okay, I return in the morning at 8:09am and they have had my car towed by Trust Towing & Recovery, not even 24 hours did they give me, hell not even 12 hours. So SCREW YOU CVS PHARMACY, and Trust Towing & Recovery are hostage-takers, they took my car for hostage and charged me $350.00 tow charge to get it back, I told him I did not call for a tow CVS did. I got it back around 9am after paying the hostage fee.. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!

Omg worst day ever.......My car broke down on the side of the highway .....90 degree weather. I googled the towing companies and TRUST popped up they gave me and 75 min wait time ......Well SAM got there in 30 min he was so polite and the total cost was a 75 dollar flat rate fee..... I trust TRUST!!

Rita was not at the location when I went to pick up my car. She picked up my car Monday morning. Monday afternoon about 3pm, I was charged $351 to get my car. She is unprofessional and late. We called several times to see where she was. I had just got off a flight and spent too much time there. Again, very unprofessional! Not to mention my car was only 18 mins away from their shop, she said she had to use special equipment when one of the tenants had a video and no one was in front or behind my car. Rita is dishonest. I also just read reviews on the BBB, Rita’s response to customers concerns are Incredibly unprofessional. Make sure you go read the BBB. Even though they aren’t BBB accredited. Another reason why they are like this.

Over charging truck drivers to remove boots and placing signs up after the truck was parked is wrong. We definitely do NOT TRUST TRUST TOWING CROOKS

Super satisfied. I needed a small storage shed moved and I called about twenty tow companies. Most were either too expensive or not interested in moving a shed. Several companies said theyd call me back, but didnt and two companies agreed move it, but didnt show up, one on Friday and one on Saturday morning. I called the owner of Trust and he gave me the best price, plus arrived in about thirty minutes. The operator was polite, professional, and impressively skilled with his rollback. Whenever I need a towing service again, hell be the first I call.

Do not believe none of those five stars as they are FABRICATED! Dude with the dusty dreads is rude, the young lady who is supposedly the receptionist is a JOKE! The owner is all for this mess. Hopefully along with the others they are out of business SOON! Do not believe those other reviews. WORST TOW COMPANY IN CHARLOTTE,NC.

The owner runs a respectful and Reputable business. The gas station approved our car that overheated to sit in their lot until morning when we could come back and pick it up with a trailer. Sometime in the night they called out the tow company to get our car and then the employee denied it which caused a huge misunderstanding. Thankfully the tow driver kept evidence of communication. The owner of Trust Towing handled the situation in a professional and respectful manner even when we were heated and accusatory at times. Thankfully the owner is an honest man who cares about people and we left with a smile and nothing but positive things to say about this company and how they run their business.

V E R Y UNPROFESSIONAL! When my car was towed they did not arrive to the location on time. Also towing my car they damaged it and would not take ownership. When trying to get in contact with them all they would give is the run around. The person who runs the business is rude, inconsiderate, and doesn’t mind inconveniencing others.

After 2 companies came my way through AAA, they claimed they could not move my car, with a third try TRUST &TOWING showed up and had my car on its way in 15 minutes, the worker was honest and efficient, YES GIVE THEM A CALL !!!
