I highly recommend Independence towing. The gentleman that came out to help me was absolutely amazing. He was there in 20 minutes and he did everything that he could to include refer me to a mechanic. The mechanic is now fixing my car and I am able to pick it up today. I actually had to have my vehicle towed to 3 different places and Ben was responsive, punctual and very easy to deal with. Ive dealt with several tow companies throughtout my driving experience both in Charlotte as well as other areas of the state. Hands down Independence Towing blows the competition out of the water. DONT CALL ANYONE ELSE. I had an electrical failure on a HOT Sunday afternoon and was left broke down on the side of the road. Called Independence and I believe his name was Eric answered the call. He told me it would be 30mins before someone would arrive to help me out. Very nice guy. Tow truck showed up in less than 30mins and the gentleman driving it was a rockstar!!! Thanks Ben!! I could go on forever praising this fella, but take my word when I say you WONT find someone else like Ben. All around professional, kind hearted, goes above and beyond guy. Great costumer service. Didnt wait long.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Took 4.5 hours to get to our car. Once the technician got there, we told him exactly where to go with precise directions because the service shop had been expecting the car. IT WAS WITHIN 2 MILES. The next day we called the shop and were told that our car was not there. Turns out, the technician took our car to another location of the same repair shop that was farther away, not where we had told him. I do not recommend using their services.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!! We were told that the car would be delivered within an hour. TWO hours later the driver shows up with the car. I was minutes from reporting the car as stolen. He told us that he went home to get something and fell asleep We repeatedly called to find out status of the delivery with no response. THE DRIVER ACTUALLY TOOK OUR VEHICLE TO HIS HOUSE. This is completely unacceptable and beyond poor business!!! If I could put ZERO stars, I would!!
