We were walking up to the car before it was hooked up and they still towed it. Said it was a tow away zone, but the ONLY sign was a small thing hidden away. Then had to pay $250. Absolutely a scam, should be ashamed of the low life they have.

ZERO STARS!!! BEWARE!!! PREDATORY TOWING 💯!!! Was visiting a friend at some townhomes in Arsley. No visiting parking available. Find spot not in a towing zone/permitted or blocking anyone and get towed. Management/HOA clueless about who towed it but give me this number. Not only do they have my car. They proceeded to give me the run around about how to get my car back. Ended up costing me $370!!!! Beware of them if you are in Arsley!

Horrible customer service... Spoke with a very disrespectful man earlier today... The lack of professionalism and communication between employees is upsetting... They have quoted my mother 2 different prices between yesterday and today from towing cost to storage cost as well... I feel as tho they are just a predatory tow company looking to make extra money! #Beware if you see their signs on any properties in Charlotte

They towed my truck from my apartment complex with the correct complex sticker on it when I was out of town for business ! When I get back they have already got a title for my truck and selling it! They said it was over 10 days and they had the right. Crazy I was out for 2 weeks for work and return home to this. Complex and then both had different stories. Had to get a layer involved

These people are nothing but thieves.. Went to pick up the car which they had illegally towed. They said bring cash or they charge a 10% fee. When I reached there there was nobody in the office and the gate was closed. After several tries was able to read somebody who said they’ll show up after 30 minutes. The guy wanted exact cash or he would take additional money from me. I would never deal with such a company or hire somebody like this.I would making a better business bureau complaint as well as my car was illegally towed. If I could give a -100 stars I would do that .

Similar to the other guy. It was the first day of class for me and I am only taking classes on 2 days. Wasnt sure MW or TR. I thought it would be okay to park there for a bit, since I am a customer and I just shopped at food lion earlier. They waited for me to walk off and took my car away. Nasty people. Students are broke enough, yet they requested $250 by cash for less than 3hours. I hope all of these guys go to hell soon. Imagine how many students they have gone after. Thats the worst. How can you live like that? I hope yall get shot in the head and die so this world has less disgusting people. I dont know what they used to transport your car but i noticed a deep scratch on my trunk. We need to get together and sue the heck out of them. Im not against towing companies if they do it fairly. This company should go away.

I had the unfortunate experience of running into these car thieves early one morning. They proceeded to hold my car in their unoccupied lot until they took their sweet time getting back from towing another vehicle. They had the luxury of pulling a total bill amount out of thin air and then proceeding to charge a 10% fee on top of it to use a credit card. First, CC processing is typically 3-4%, what other business gouges like this? Being towed is already an unfortunate experience, why ram your fist further up your customers rear end? Also, who has this much cash on them at 2 AM? Its hard to fathom that towing companies arent more heavily regulated.

Illegally towed my car without any legal ground. Seems like some nexus with property management/Security companies or individuals. Reason mentioned was too close to another car which is ridiculous without any proof. Kept the goons on duty and illegally charged money without any proper explanation.

I too had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with these predators!! I am a student who had to park at a Food lion parking lot opposite the university that I attend. It was the 2nd day of classes, so I hadn’t had a chance to get my parking permit for the semester. I thought it would be ok for me to park at the food lion parking lot, till I got my parking pass, later that day. I go in for my class and come back 40 minutes later, only to find that my car was towed!! I got a hold of the number of the towing company from the sign which was apparently placed at the entry and exit ways of the lot. When I got a hold of the tow guys, to my utter dismay, I found that they were clear across town, about 15 miles from where I was. I finally got an Uber and got to the place, where a second surprise awaited me. The price to release the car was a 190 dollars, with a 20% surcharge for paying with a card, the grand total coming to $220!!!, I could have understood everything else, because, part of this was my mistake. But the price to release my car was outrageous! and was predatory in nature! Especially because I’m a college student on a fixed income. (They knew that)I went to the parking lot the next day to see how my car got towed so fast. I noticed that they had a spotter in a white truck that called in the infraction within minutes of a victim parking in the lot, and the tow guy showed up mere seconds later out of nowhere!. These guys are con-artists and scammers without an ounce of conscience. The worst thing about them is that they don’t care where the money comes from as long as they get what they think they’re owed!!
