I received Excellent service every appointment at BuffSalon. Mimi is my nail technician and she keeps outdoing herself every time. On the day of this review she gave me a pedicure and as usual I was in love with the results. I wish is was warm so I could show off her work. I love how she is meticulous to detail and most importantly she takes her time. I thought the girls were very sweet and professional but my only issue was what I paid for my service was way too much . the money I paid and I never question my bill. My nails could’ve been better and my pedicure is coming off already I left 10 Minutes ago. Wouldn’t recommend !

I had an incredible experience at Buffsalon! I used the app to book and it was a super streamlined process. The salon was extremely clean and there were many processes in place for Covid. RipLash at Buffsalon definitely seprates itself from the average nail salons around Charlotte. The salon is decorated within a more modern chic twist and is well oraginzed.The staff alone is quite friendly and warm welcoming. Lele was the individual who compeleted my color change and soak off. She was a sweetheart, very concerned of my nail sensitivity and was quite quick but yet efficient.If you want southern hospitality, gorgeous mani, pedi, full set, etc., and a great laugh; book an appointment here.Please just keep in mind this is an appointment based salon.

This by far is the best place to get your nails done in Charlotte! I’ve been going to Chris for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. I really enjoyed my time with Chris. She has a great personality. My only complaint are the shape of my nails. After I left, I realized a few of them were uneven. Other than that, I liked how they turned out.

I visited BuffSalon last week and my experience was far from the BEST SERVICE as they state on all of their Instagram posts. I could tell my from the moment that I walked into their salon that I was not going to be pleased. I had a 5:30pm appointment set and was very excited to finally get a fresh manicure. As my friend and I entered we were not greeted by warm welcomes, instead by blank faces and the smell of a poorly ventilated facility. All three of the workers were busy with other clients, but instead of just looking at us we could have been welcomed. Fast forward one hour I am still waiting to be taken care of and not a word from any of the workers. Two people have walked in and were taken (and also greeted) I am not sure if this is how you guys treat your new clientele but it is ridiculous. I work in the customer service industry and I can tell you people would be fired for treating customers this way. The woman who did my nails seemed tired and not interested in how they came out. The fill in & paint job were sloppy and 4 days after my appointment my right ring finger nail started lifting. I can promise I would never return and never recommend this shop to anybody. There was one lady who was doing great though, great designs, fill ins and being very personable, unfortunately she was not the woman who saw me.

Soooooo Sorry..got a new app on my phone made a big mistake hit the wrong button..I have been getting my nails done at the salon for almost 2yrs. The service is great!!! Quick..professional...great environment..Shout out to my wonderful nail tech Kathy!!! And #1 Boss lady Chris. See you next week.

Searched for a really long time for a nail salon that could focus on supporting the health of my nails and I found just that. My nails are thriving and I love the products that are used here and the owner really makes you feel at ease and at home and caters to the needs of her clients.

Ive been trying to get to Chris for 2yrs. Saw her amazing transformations on Instagram and knew I needed change. I got a last minute appt accommodated and i went in. This wasnt my 1st time with a black nail technician, but 1st time in Charlotte finding one. From the time i walked in, she treated my like family. Treated me like Ive been a customer for years. I appreciated that. She educated me on my nails and the cons of what others have done wrong with my nails. I was awakened. After her magic was done, my nails felt lighter, looked fabulous and i finally felt a sigh of relief because I now have a new nail home. She does fantastic work and she cares about us as a person, not just our nails. She is relatable and so very down to earth. I recommend most definitely.

I cant say enough about this nail salon....I am one of its biggest fans. Everyone is extremely talented and knowledgable about their craft. Stay away from this place of . They will overcharge. I received a fill in from buffs salon , one design and mood changing polish that was cheap because it was streaking and coming off. She charged me $88 then refunded my money which came to $74. Then the nail technicians have their own individual prices , if you dont order off their online site of what you want you want, you might be spending more than what you should have been spending , this is because when they make the receipts they dont always show everything of exactly what your getting. Buyers beware.

I had my appt at 1..got there at 1245 and still didnt sit in a chair until 115. So I got the sculpting and pedicure and the one doing my nails didnt know what she was doing and though I was patient with her, the owner never tried to see how everything was going until after the girl had messed up almost all my nails, it had gel all under the nails and everything. Needless to say with all the gel that was built up under my nails within a week 2 of my nails popped off. And Im all about supporting black businesses but not if youre charging more than if I go to a vietnamese nail shop or whatever. Like I was charged an arm and a leg. Plus never knew that they can use tips for the gel but sculpting cost more so they say they can only do sculpting so they can get all the money plus still have to pay for the length. A longer length is more as well but if youre sculpting my nails anyway why would I pay you for making a nail up on a form anyway?? Any how I would not recommend anyone to go here unless youre rich and dont mind being charged a lot of money for things you really dont need

I love Rip Lash at Buff Salon!!!! Their customer service is excellent i have been a customer of Buff Salon since the age of Thirteen and Im now Eighteen years old so its been five years since Ive been rocking with this nail salon. Ms.Chris is very professional and has been in this business for awhile she cares for every customer and makes sure that you feel comfortable. Over the years i have seen her go from various tiny little rooms to having a full nail salon to call her own. Her creativity is definitely on another planet i have had so many different nail themes such as Jolly Ranchers,Nicki Minaj,and Barbie nails. She does just about anything you can come up with.This salon provides other needs such waxing and make-up application. Her price are relatively moderate but thats because she uses nothing but top of line products. She uses Tammy Taylor products and has many different color acrylics such as clear,white,pink,peach and many more. At traditional nail salons which are ran by Chinese/Asians they dont have many colors to select from. When i say this salon has just about any kind of color you can think of it i mean it. There is two nail racks on the wall for you to choose colors from then at each nail techs stations there is a rack full of colors you choose from. Not many salons have a lot of gel polish not this nail salon they have just as much regular nail polish as they do gel polish. She has other nail techs who works with her and they all specialize in different things. So,if you are into gel manicures you would be sent to Ms.Laila she specialize in natural nail care. The salon environment is very fun and calming. The salon is different so girly and is painted light pink and grey. This salon allows No CHILDREN!!! UNLESS THEIR BEING SERVICED!!! So if you planning on visiting the Salon please make sure that you make proper arrangements for your child. If you make an appt. you are required to make a $20 deposit which goes towards your services. This Nail Salon also participated in the 2014 Hoodie Awards with Steve Harvey!!! I could go on and on about this Nail Salon but i wont but i would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone!!! I LOVE RIPLASH AT BUFF SALON!!!
