BEWARE!!! WORST PLACE EVER⚠️HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON!!! They even have a sign that said $30 on the door and tried to tell me $50 for a regular pedicure after I sat down!!! The two ladies did not want to be at work today :(Please don’t waste your hard earned money here!!!

Ugh! So bad. My first time there. I got a get refill and the woman, I believe her name was Joy, did them in under 15 minutes... no frills, which is fine but, I am still paying for a service. Would not recommend based off of this experience.

The nails were blotchy and there was nail polish on my skin and after I asked the lady 3 times about the polish being messy she ignored it she also ignored the fact that the shape was different and I asked for 1 color and she used two different colors and when I said something she said “they’re same color”. I came back in the salon and she fixed my nails but as she was doing them she laughed and talked about me and my friend with her sister and this is the lady who owns the place. Very unprofessional I advise not to go here.

Line, and julie was absolutely wonderful!! The environment was very peaceful and relaxed. The shop is gorgeous! Very clean and sanitized work stations. Will definitely be coming back!!

Ok I like this place but everytime I go the price keeps changing but theres no sign saying it changed. She said 25 then she saw how much money I had then changed to 28 like really They are so money hungry smh

This is one of the worst shops I have ever been too! They could not clearly articulate their prices and services. The nail techs not once listened to anything I asked... my coffin nails are round! I’m 27 and I left out looking like my 3 year old cane and got her names done! Then the nerve to say 65$...... it took two hrs for This one service

It was very nice, clean and diverse and the customer service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this nail shop to family and friends.

This is literally THE worst nail salon in Charlotte. The customer service is a mess. Ling-Ling was very rude and nasty. Left my nails very messy. She did not want to fix them after I paid. She has tattoos on her face. The Black lady actually was sweet and fixed my nails. The manager tried to defend her by saying you only got a fill in as if that would make it better. I would recommend NO ONE to come here.

Always love my experience did a great job on my nails once again her name is hey. She took due diligence and patience when creating her artwork I would definitely be going back and asking for her or setting up appointment

Terrible waited hours! My nails were fat and not filed how I requested, and I was over charged.WhenI asked for a breakdown on the prices... she couldn’t. NEVER AGAIN. And on top of that they rude and had no social distancing, and didn’t clean or sanitize their stations after clients left.

I went for a fill in, for a set they previously filled in 8 days prior. the first time i was charged $58 dollars, when i went back 8 days later they charged me $70 dollars and the owner Joy reasoning was because my nails grew not to mention i waited over an hour when i was told the wait would be 5mins. Mediocre nails, they make up prices instead of going by their price board. THEY ARE RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND lack ethically!

One of the ladies did my nails and she did a horrible job if I could rate 0 stars I would I had to demand to get my nail polish taken off and after that they wanted me to pay anyway after they did a horrible job and the polish I left on my toes only lasted 3 days before it got chipped DO NOT GO HERE you would be wasting you money

After reading the reviews I was hesitant about coming here. However i needed a fill in and a polish near the airport. I swear my nails looked better before I got them doneLook at this! The lady said make sure your thumb is in ( gel polish) She knew this nail had ridges in it and it didnt hold the top coat well. Half of the nail is matte in color. Horrible. Never going back again!!

They didnt shape my nails right they didnt paint my nails right and the one the other day did replace is put on crooked

I went in to get my lashes and eyesbrows done the person whom I thought knew wgat they were doinghad my lashes glued to my eyelids not the way its supposed to be done and one of my eyesbrows were bigger than the othe when asked to fix it the lady just colored in my eyebrows and ignored my complaints about my eye lashes I got so frustrated that I just paid and left I ended up removing the lashes that night I will never go back to that place again

This the worst experience. the lady who I assumed was manager or owner did my nails and feet. She drew blood on my feet by just cutting nails. She was rough and didnt take her time. I wonder if techs at this shop are licensed. stay away.

I came in this morning and the owner was very friendly and was quick to help. She took her time on my nails and they came great. Despite some of the negative reviews, I had a positive experience and will be returning in two weeks.

Great pedicurer.The pedicurist name Wendy was very attentive. She massaged my legs and feet feeling very good. Also, Wendy massaged my hands and did a very good job. Upon finishing I paid her the gave her a tip. Big mistake. I had trouble gathering my things. In my right hand I was holding my cane and Cather. In my left hand I was trying to hold my pocketbook. She did not offer to put my scandals back on my feet and remove the pape(plastic) shoes. I was a little upset with myself. Dont tip until you are completely finished.Blessing & Peacr

Only place I trust to do my nails, lashes, eyebrows.... They are eager to help you and will fix if they mess up!!!!!!! I recommend the Black Chick with Tatts and colorful dreads, she is #1 😄

Had to go back within one week for two broken nails thats ridiculous that speaks to the quality of the work being done there and pay attention to your ticket and which Services you ask for because they will charge you for everything they offer you whether you say yes you wanted it or not theyre very sneaky there

Would give a 0 if I could. Avoid if you can I cant speak for all the technicians however Ms. Joy is not professional. She did not listen to what I suggested as far as my interest. Instead she came back stating she has been doing nails for 20 years but her work does not reflect that. I had to tell her more than once my nails were not straight and my coffin nail looking like little witch nails. On top of that she likes to rush and way off from what you ask for.

Gel nails done VERY POORLY! Tech didnt finish filing, buffing or polishing $40. NEVER will I go back!! They provided me a receipt with NO LETTER HEAD (TORE IT OFF). REAL SHADY BUSINESS!!

They are TERRIBLE... they should be closed down by the health department.. I went there after telling myself I would never go again after my last encounter. Joy the owner is very unorganized very unprofessional and always rushing to get people in and out the chair doing a horrible half done job because she’s greedy for money. I do believe that just about all the employees that work for her is unlicensed. I let joy wax my eyebrows like I do each time I go. She not only burnt me with the hot wax she even cut me numerous time with the blade she was using to clean them up with. When I was soaking my foot for my pedicure I notice that they were using a cooking pot to pour in extremely hot water in the foot bath. When I tell everyone to beware of this place and don’t waste your time nor money in this so called salon. And oh yeah she changes the price each and every time you go. They have no professionalism nor cleanliness to there establishment so beware you might up getting toe fungus due to the fact that they barely wash out the foot tub after it’s been used. This place should be condemned

The woman that runs the shop changes the prices and over charges something different every time I come here the get polish is old and the led light burns your skin and they charge 10 dollars just to wax eyebrows just ridiculous

Ive been going to this nail spot for over 6+ years, things changed & the old workers left -however my nail tech I always specifically go to never disappoints me! Billy is amazing & takes his time, I love his work & Im always getting my services by booking appointments instead of waiting. So, no complaints here. 👍

I went there 1 time in a long long time I wanted to try the dip on my nails for the first time it was a lady in training joy was helping her by guiding her but my nails came out lumpy not fully covered and some snag at my hair my clothes. I called in when I had a chance to and went in and I was charged the same amount to get what was messed up fixed again. Now I gotta figure out how to get this mess off... I will never go back! Not only charge me another 40 to fix it an I did decline she said it would be 10 to take off

The chairs look a bit raggedy, its crowded as heck, and its hot. They had the door open but its hard to enjoy the treatment when you are about to break out in a sweat. The workers are kind.

Do not go to this place! Was very dissatisfied with my services. The tech was doing everything except focusing on me. She rushed my entire pedicure and was very ruff. My toes looked like a child polished them. I could have polished them myself and did a better job than the lady did. Never again will I go back here nor recommend anyone!

Poor service. After paying for gel polish for feet & toes I was told there was an extra $15.00 charge because I had changed my mind. I stated that I did not and told the lady from the start I wanted gel on my hands & toes. I was then told the nail tech didnt speak English. After a week my nails starting chipping and one nail the gel polish peeled completely off like a sticker. I will never go to this shop again.

The staff is HORRIBLE!.. Been going here since 2010 and it has definitely changed.. I will be switching to the nail shop right across the street from this place. I would suggest others follow suit!

ROACHES!!!!!!!!! I went to this nail shop to get a filling.The lady proceeded to complete this service and a HUGGGGEEE ROACH CRAWLED on the table I was grossed out and was disgusted she had already started the filling she killed it with her hands and pit her gloves back on, It gave me the chills had she not been halfway through I i would have left it was a saturday morning and all the shops were packed. (Thinking back now I should have left) She told me they sprayed last night(whatever) I have never experienced anything like that. I made her disinfect the table and she continued.She left me under the uv light told me to put oil on my nails never wiped them off and in about 3 hours 2 nails were broken .I now have to take the whole set off TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Worst experience EVER !I got my nails done on a Friday morning fill in and I get GEL polish by Saturday my gel was coming off and chipping plus I showed the lady that was doing my nails a picture of exactly how I wanted to get my nails and it was 3 different colors but she took upon herself to do what she wanted to do. The same situation with my bestfriend she came along to get a full set and she showed the person on her nails what she wanted and yet got something completely different, I called them to inform them of what happened and Joy told me to come in so she can fix it free of charge.... Once I got there I waited for an whole hour while people were taken in front of me to get services and finally I was served instead of filing the polish off and fixing it they put a whole other color on top of the color I already had and I have diamonds on my nails she polished around those leaving my nails looking RIDICULOUS, like 7 other people came in today with the same problem as me and their customer services is so bad I really wish I could put no stars plus it stinks so bad in there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. 🙄😔 Absolutely disguisted and disappointed

I fell on some water on the floor in this salon in Feb 2016 during ciaa week. I broke a bone in my knee as a result to that. Long story short had surgery and currently still out of work. The owners erased the tape so it wasnt any proof of me falling in this damn salon so only thing they doing are paying for my medical bills! I will never step feet in this damn salon every again!

Phill is my nail tech, he takes his time, and does a great job, I would refer this place to anybody looking for a great shop, with many options, and great service for good pricing..

They have nice and good people and they have time for everyone

I requested a pedicure and after being seated in the pedicure seat and my feet was placed in the pedicure bowl, the jets were turned on mildew and ROACHES came out in the water.. I was totally disgusted and embarrassed.After not receiving any apologizes or compensation for their nastiness my guest and received attitude because we didnt want to receive their services.

Roaches crawling everywhere....they need to get an exterminator out and bomb the hell out of this place. Especially when they act like they dont even see them. 🤔...word of advice; keep your coats in the car and bags zipped all the way up.
