My first time going to Mimosas Nail Bar was great! I called on a Saturday morning and got a 10:40 appointment for a pedicure. They make you give a credit card number to secure the appointment btw. They also let me know to bring my own cup if I would like a beverage. (You can go to Rhino Market next door to get a cup if you forget!)They ask everyone to wash their hands as soon as they get checked in—before you choose your polish color. The staff was all wearing masks but customers are not required to wear masks.My appointment actually started on time and I was on my way in less than an hour! Everything seems to be run very efficiently! I’ve been to other nail salons where they put you in the chair but then you sit there waiting for 30 minutes before a nail tech starts your pedicure so I was very impressed that it wasn’t the case at Mimosas.My nail tech did a great job on my toes!Parking can be tight if you come at a busy time. The pedicure chairs are arranged in pairs so if you have a group of more than two, someone might feel left out of the conversation.You can pay for your service with credit card but tips are either cash or Venmo.

I have been coming here since they first opened. Ive always loved it here and I will never go anywhere else. The interior is beautiful, all staff members are super sweet and they do excellent work. Since they are so great, they book up very quickly. I recommend making an appointment if youre thinking about coming in.

The staff was extremely polite and during the pedicure it was wonderful. However upon looking closely at my nails after, the top coat wasn’t applied properly and my nails are already ruined just hours after this. Super disappointed as this was my first time going here, $47 wasted

I decided to pamper myself today and go to a different place I would normally go to. I am so glad that I found this place. My nail tech did such an amazing job on my hands and feet. The experience was so amazing and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Im gonna keep coming here and ask for the same person who help me today.

Really relaxing time, much needed. The space was clean and inviting and they did a great job. Im pretty picky about my nails but Ill definitely be back. My tech Cheo was super sweet and attentive, but was respectful that I was in a quiet-zone out and not talk mood. I work on my feet a lot, so theyre pretty tough, but they were so smooth after my visit. The paraffin wax is everything. Definitely get it. Cody recommended me and Im so glad he did!

I have gone to this salon for a couple of years now, and the quality of customer service has definitely become worse. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance (mani/pedi for me, just a pedi for my friend) for 6:00, and the guy answering the phone was very rude. He told me they would rather do 5:30 to avoid his staff “sitting around waiting” for us to arrive at 6. When I arrived, I told him that instead of the powder manicure, I just wanted a regular manicure. He rolled his eyes. I arrived about 15 minutes early so he wanted to start my manicure before my friend got there, but I asked to do it after the pedicure so I could sit with my friend who was only getting a pedicure. He was not welcoming at all. The pedicure technicians were great, but my manicure took less than 10 minutes and they didn’t buff my nails so they’re ridgy under the polish. Very disappointed with the service so I won’t be returning again.

I have had many different technicians and they have all been great. They make the entire experience worth it every time. I love the different Mani Pedi options they have. Overall very inviting and clean and the chairs are super comfortable 👌

This place is wonderful! I’ve yet to have anything less than a stellar experience. Every employee I’ve had an encounter with has been so genuinely friendly and has gone out of their way to make the experience wonderful (especially Be Nguyen 😊). Will definitely be a long time customer.

Ive been going to Mimosa Nail Bar for over a year; they are always welcoming and the salon is clean.VP [Vinh] is the best! I only schedule my appointments with him for SNS dip on my natural nails. I always receive compliments, they last a long time [Im hard on my nails], and he makes sure theyre even and smooth.

I love coming to Mimosas Nail Bar! It is such a clean, beautiful space and it doesn’t smell like a mail salon at all (which is super amazing because I’ve always gotten a headache at every other salon I’ve gone to). Their drinks are delicious and the massage chairs are so comfortable! They take Covid-19 protocols very seriously and make sure everyone feels safe going there. I cannot recommend this business enough!

Love this place! Everyone is very kind. They have fit me in to their jammed pack schedule multiple times which they most definitely did not have to do as they mostly just take reservations right now from my understanding.I have had SNS acrylics done and a pedicure multiple times. They do a wonderful job and do not rush you. The nails have come out great both times and lasted for at least 3-4 weeks. My nail tech Hannah in particular did a wonderful job my first visit and I have been coming back with friends ever since. Plus, they top off the drinks quite often. (definitely getting that bang for your buck.) Give this place a try!!I am fairly new to this getting my nails done thing, but one thing I have learned is to know what you want BEFORE you go. That will lead to you being a lot more happy with the final end product. :) Have fun!

I have been to Mimosa Nail bar several times now, it is a very convenient location for me. Sadly, today will be the last time I go there. This is the second time I have been cut, to the point of bleeding while getting a manicure. Also I still have SNS residue stuck to my skin which is very annoying and I asked for a manicure but my cuticles were not even touched. The quality of the nail technicians that I have experienced there are just not good. Not to mention the guy doing my nails today kept letting his face mask fall below his nose which made me feel really uncomfortable and concerned about following Covid safe behaviors.

This business is appointment only. They do not accept walk-ins. The only way you can walk-in is if an appointment cancels. When I tried to make an appointment, they said they were booked. Not to mention there were several empty seats. However, another friend of mine walked in who was supposed to get a pedicure with me was offered to get on a wait list. Note: she doesn’t look like me. It is a shame that I wasn’t offered that option and told something completely different once I entered this business not considering the fact I was told I could walk in. Thank you for declining my business, I will take my monies elsewhere.

Staff is wonderful, the uptown packages are ridiculously relaxing. Of course, they also offer mimosas to drink while youre having your nails done, which is fun too. Definitely great for a day out, both girls and guys!

Used to like this salon due to the location but quality is not great, different results each time I got SNS and a pedicure. Their scheduling system is so unbelievably terrible its not worth the hassle. Impossible to make any changes to your appointments without getting charged. They claim to have no openings and will charge you if you cancel appointment (due to their lack of flexibility) but I have consistently seen them turn MANY walk-ins away.Would not recommend. Can find better quality and friendlier staff elsewhere.

Best nail salon, hands down! Pun intended :) Incredibly covid safe and clean. The technicians are great at their designs and are friendly and knowledgeable. They do dip/SNS, gel, regular, tips, and more. Bring your own glass for a wine or mimosa while you get your service!

As much as I used to love this salon, it pains me to say that I will never return. Quality has gone way down and it is no longer welcoming. I have been a member since it’s opening and have found in the last 6months things have been terrible. The membership was the best part and as of lately it seems all they want is for memberships to go away. My cousin was also a member and her card on file had expired - instead of adding a new credit card to her membership and honoring member prices for her appointment, they cancelled it all together. We both got Mani/Pedis and mine was only 3$ cheaper than hers at full price! I most recently made a mani/pedi appt for my birthday - I got there and stated I would like an sns mani (i’ve never been asked on the phone which type of mani outside of a members mani, and have always chosen at time of the appt). Upon checkin I was informed that they did not have time to do a sns mani and would not, due to that not being what I booked. I continued with my member’s pedicure and it was one of the worst i’ve gotten there - the paint was left streaky and messy on my toes and flaked off within two days. At the end of my visit I cancelled my membership…. there were no questions asked on why I was cancelling, if something had happened, etc. Just a “ok it’s cancelled, bye”. This place has become way too busy and shows it by not showing care for their customers and quality work. It was very apparent that they want all of the memberships to go away and that they are so busy getting your business does not matter.

Got my nexgen removed there and it was an awful experience they over filed my nails to the point the wind hurts my nails. My nails are super bumpy from the electric file they did not buff my nail to smooth it out they used a super rough nail file on top on my nail and completely destroyed the integrity of my nailsSuper disappointed since I see so many good reviews it has me wondering how many of these reviews are actually real the place itself was kinda gross boxes of sparkling wine piled up on the floor the towel they used under my hands looked gross and had old acrylic stuck to itI would not recommend this place to anyone please go to an actual professional these people have no clue what they are doing

Would not recommend this nail salon. Highly overpriced. Unprofessional staff. I booked a bridal party of 9 guests, bringing in a lot of business... one of the guests arrived a few minutes late due to school complications and the staff refused to see her. She was the only one in our party who’s nails weren’t done for the wedding. I have never been to a salon that doesn’t take walk-ins or fits in a guest through out their schedule.As for nail quality. I got a gel manicure and real pedicure. My toe polish smeared at the salon and the staff refused to fix it. My gel polish chips on 3 fingers the next day. I always have gel polish on my nails and they never chip. I’m assuming the polish is just not quality.Will not be visiting again. Wish I could get a refund for experience and poor nail polish quality.

Do NOT give this place your business. I went with a group of bridesmaids before a wedding. We scheduled ahead of time for everyone and said one girl of our group of 9 would be later because she was coming from class and couldn’t get out earlier. They said that’d be fine.We get there and they wouldn’t see her “because she was late.” We asked ahead of time if that was ok and they said yes!!! They totally could’ve taken her but were just being rude to be rude. We asked for them to just do a quick toenail color change on her and they wouldn’t even do that. Incredibly difficult to work with! They also got all mad because of one person in our group who was in the corner away from everyone else breastfeeding her baby and didn’t have a mask, even though she had a medical exemption in line with the governors order! They got all annoyed at that and then we’re just really rude the rest of the time. It’s also incredibly over priced and they didn’t even serve us drinks.Save your money and go elsewhere!

Absolutely loved my first time at Mimosas. Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails, I’ve been searching for a new salon for a while and have not been happy with results at other salons. Tiffany exceeded my expectations and I’ll be back soon!

I just moved to Charlotte and this was the second place that I went to. They that fixed my nails that were messed up from a previous nail salon and now my nails are beautiful. Definitely had a good experience and will come back again.Update: I have been going to mimosa for about 2 months now and I liked my sns nails the first and second timesI have gotten them done, but the tired third time i decided to get my real nails done instead of adding a tip not even a week later my nails began to crack and break. Thats unacceptable. However, they did do the broken nail for free. Another thing I dislike is how expensive it is. How is a gel add on for pedicure $20? I mean I personally think that jump is just ridiculous, but thats just me. I have honestly never seen such expensive add ons before and I have lived in an expensive part of VA where pedicures with gel are $50 and thats it.

I go here to get SNS and pedicures, and have been impressed each time. Their system is extremely efficient and professional. Be sure to make an appointment - they dont take walk ins currently because of COVID. You can go in to make an appointment or call ahead.

I honestly can say, I am probably one of the biggest skeptics when it comes to getting my nails done. Having nail extensions done with dip made me a definite repeat customer at this facility! The best my nails have ever looked in my entire life !!!!!! (44) So glad I went...so happy I have the privilege of calling them my nail salon💯❤️

Incredibly disappointed at how the manager here interacts with customers. I watched him yell at both his employees and guests making people uncomfortable around him. As a paying customer, this was not a positive experience to witness as I felt badly for his employees being berated. One of my friends filed a complaint and wanted a follow up phone call with the manager. He called 2 weeks after the appointment in question and proceeded to say that he wasn’t in the wrong, we were bad people and the rudest girls he had interacted with. Horrible experience, even worse to see how it was handled after the fact too.

Would not recommend. I used this place for my bridal party before my wedding, we set an appt. a month in advance and we had 1 girl (out of 9 so lots is business) that was 30 mins late and they refused to do her nails. They were so unprofessional. Would NOT come here again. There are plenty of other places with better service.

After seeing her a few times, my natural nails are now long and beautiful. Every time she does my nails I get compliments. Yen always goes above and beyond to pick the color I want just from showing her a photo and doesn’t mind doing a cute accent nail or design. 💕I appreciate all the service I get! From don always greeting me at the front desk, to each nail artist asking if I’d like a beverage every time I sit. Mimosas Nail Bar doesn’t disappoint. Even moving further down outside of Charlotte, I still take the drive here.One thing I always forget to mention is that you may Venmo a tip to each of the nail artist, I neber carry cash and with COVID, no one even bothers to carry it anyways.Again, as always, thank you everyone. While my first experience was great. The second one not so much. While I understand that employees can get frustrated. I don’t want to have to walk through the middle of an argument between an employee and a customer to get to the front door. Secondly, I definitely don’t want to see/hear the employee come back inside and call the person “retarded” to other coworkers at the front desk, laugh, and have a conversation about it. Definitely not professional and he doesn’t need to be doing front of the house work if he doesn’t understand the basic concepts of customer service. It’s 2021, who is still using the R word to describe someone...

I absolutely love Mimosas! The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, and the whole staff is genuinely concerned with providing the best experience for the customers. The state of the art ventilation system is fantastic, there are never any of the usual smells youd expect at a nail salon, and dust is kept to a minimum. I highly recommend Khimmy, she is the best!!

I was super excited to visit Mimosa Nail Bar because it looked nice from the outside. Inside was nice and spacious, too. I wanted to do a pretty simple gel pedicure with a simple design. The first person that was going to do my nails did not how to do a design. So, another person started doing my pedi and at the end 3rd person came in to do a design. It was not good and looked nothing like the photo I showed. I was very disappointed. Also, employees masks were below their noses. I ended up paying $57 which was TOTALLY not worth it!!!

I used to love this salon but the last two times my nails have been messed up!This time I went in for a gel manicure and I have never had my nails look WORSE afterwards than they were before I went in!She cut them different lengths and completely changed the shape. Actually, they are not even all the same shape or even! My hands never got soaked in anything except the acetone to remove the old gel, my cuticles were cut dry, I didnt get offered lotin, and the polish is bumpy. Now, I have to go spend more money somewhere else in an attempt to make them look at least a little better. I know I shouldve went back to the other salon in Noda.

I’ve had both manicures and pedicures here on multiple occasions, it has always been a great experience! The staff are friendly and warm, the environment feels very inviting and they always do a brilliant job on my nails. Highly recommend! If you’re looking for an extra special treat, the uptown penthouse pedicure is especially great!!

I have been to this nail salon twice. I really liked my nail tech AN she was really nice and informative. I do like that they have options of wine and beer. Even though I wanted wine, I had to bring my own cup. Which I was not aware of when I scheduled my appointment online. But I was still able to have something. What I am really disappointed in is the fact that they charge $20 extra just to do gel polish on your regular nails. When I go to other salons they do not charge that amount. I just got my nails done on Wednesday evening and they are already chipping. I am not happy with that especially for the price you pay. I will say the ambiance is great, but the quality of what you get could be better.

We booked a large party and paid to reserve our spots in advance. Everyone was getting a mani/pedi. Sadly one girl was late and they refused to do her nails or feet. Normally not the end of the world but it was for a wedding the next day. Since many of us were still getting our nails done, they could have at least done her nails instead of mani/pedi because we understand she was a little late. My nails also were chipping by the next day :((

Life saving.. Im having my wedding in the mountains in 3 days (leaving tonight), and got a dip manicure at another salon yesterday (4 days out from wedding). I wouldve loved to have gotten it closer to the day, but I didnt have the ability to wait. Today, my fresh manicure from the other salon was already looking aged and bad- so I called Mimosas in a panic. Not only did they make time for me very quickly, but Vinh gave me the best dip manicure of all time. He had extremely keen attention to detail, understood my stress from my previous manicure, took the time to go through all the steps, helped me pick out a color, and was super nice. I have all confidence my nails will still look great for my wedding and the following days - and this helped my overall wedding experience.Highly recommend.

After two very poor previous visits where my nails have been completely torn up and today’s painting-fuzz-into-my-manicure, I’ve officially spent my last dollar here.

I am no satisfied with my experience at this establishment. I got a mani and pedi for a wedding I was in this last weekend and the quality for the price is absolutely awful! The gel polish on my nail and toes were not done well at all, it’s splotchy and began peeling as I left. I thought this was a nice treat but I will not be back, truthfully I would like at least a partial refund.Update: the customer service regarding my experience was handled incredibly well, sympathetic, and Professionally! I do not think I will go out of my way to this salon again however the situation was handled and very much appreciated!

They were very respectful about accommodating for COVID by taking our temperature before getting our services and we had to wash our hands and wear face mask.The mimosas were great and of course the pedicure was relaxing and a good price! Had an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. They’re checking temperatures and having customers perform self-checks for COVID symptoms and having customers wash hands upon entry which makes me feel more safe. Manicure was 10/10. Salon tech was friendly but not too chatty. Tried SNS for the first time and am very impressed with the french tip type style she did. Will be back for sure.

This is the first poor review I’ve ever given. My artist was fantastic!! My daughter’s was not. Just beware and ask for cost up front and why one thing cost so much more than the exact thing done by another artist. Ask ahead, NOT while sitting in the chair, already started. Especially of your kids are young and won’t ask themselves. Some of the artists are the best communicators, abrupt and rushed. The website lists many services, but ask for clarification on all the add-ons. Everything is extra, unlike other saloons. “Polish of your choice” is really not your choice. Add-ons. Just check first. The atmosphere is loud, open and chilly. It does have two very fun photo-op walls that are brilliant.

First time here. Boyfriend & I popped in without an appt for pedicures. Got chairs w/in a few minutes, in the meantime selected our complimentary drink. (Choices were beer, wine, prosecco, coffee & other non-alcoholic options.) We both got the Midtown pedi which was perfect. (We get pedis only a few times a year.) Kind, attentive service, great calf massage, love the paraffin wax. Will definitely be back.

Ive been to MNB twice. The first time, the front desk gentleman wasnt friendly at all. He did not speak to me nicely when I asked to have SNS instead of gel for my appointment. I understand my technician would have changed if that was the case (and timing I suppose) but he didnt try to be accommodating or apologetic. It was just like whatever. I was on the phone with a friend and she even asked my why he spoke to me like that. I dont think that was good customer service at all. The woman who did my nails and pedicure was wonderful and did a great job. For that reason, I decided to come back a second time.However, this second time the entire experience was not good. I booked online with a specific person. The name changed once they sent the confirmation text and when I got to the shop, I was put with different person then the confirmation text. It was not explained to me why that changed. The technician that I had was nice but to me wasnt that skilled in doing nails yet. He didnt ask me about the shape that I wanted and my nails didnt look uniform at all. I ask many times could things be changed, altered, and done a certain way. It was exhausting to me. He called someone over to help clarify things and She just said its because my nails are short. But I dont think my nails should look any kind of way because they are short. And after all of that, Today I realize my nails look like I got them done a week ago. I went to the nail shop yesterday! There’s no uniformity, all my nails look different. I hate leaving bad reviews but Im so dissatisfied and disappointed in this shop it doesnt make any sense. Ive never had such a terrible nail experience. Im new to CLT and was excited about this nail place because its so close, clean, and COVID precautionary. But if I get less than satisfactory service, its not worth it.

I was really excited to go and was Considering a monthly membership. First impression it’s a beautiful place!! I was ready to be pampered. Then I was assigned the nail tech. I said Hi! And I was completely ignored with no type of eye contact. The tech was not personable at all, like the nail tech was doing me a favor. Then it was awkward when the tech had to speak. Everyone else around me was laughing and smiling. I was ready to leave (should have) . So my nails came out great on Wednesday by Sunday they we’re chipping.

Probably the best manicure I’ve ever gotten! Amy took her time and it shows. The edges are so clean and even. The staff were friendly and the space was very clean. 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to go back.

I just came here for the first time for a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. Mai did a great job on both and was fun to talk to, as well. The salon is beautiful on the inside, and very clean! I will definitely come back when I need a relaxing hour to myself.

Mimosas Nail Bar is by far the best nail spa experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and really care about the health of your nails. The atmosphere is pure luxury, the massage chairs are spacious and heavenly and their mimosas are absolutely delicious!

I recently moved to Charlotte and needed a new Nail place. I tried out Mimosas Nail Bar and LOVED it!!! My technician, Dren, worked so diligently and gently to remove a previous poorly done nail job. She took her time and made my nails look absolutely lovely! So happy to have found this place, will be returning and spreading the word :)

I am one picky one, and my SNS manicure looks FANTASTIC! Tim was probably even more of a perfectionist than I am. They check your temperature when you walk in and make you wash your hands before any service. Great find!

I had a really good experience here. I made a 6pm appointment and was seen exactly at that time. Be was my manicurist and she was extremely friendly and did a really good job. I often skip getting my nails done because I dont really find most salons relaxing environments. MNB was relaxing, beautiful, clean and everyone was incredibly nice. I cannot wait to go back. Great Spot. Friendly and attentive staff! I had my first pedicure here. As a guy, it was never high on my list but oh was I missing out! Between the massage chair, feet massage, and mimosas, I relaxed away a month’s worth of stress.

Had the best experience here! I had Tiffany and she did such an amazing job with the dip powder manicure. Highly recommend it here. Really clean and beautiful space!

Always had great service not sure if i had a new tech but today was not good. Typically before payment i wash my hands didnt wash my hands until after payment and didnt even get lotion or anything. Very disapointing. Still have left over dip on my nails. Usually my nails lool amazing today not so good

I’m so happy to have found his nail salon. I was able to make an appt for the same day. I drove 35 mins to get here. Their customer service is second to none. My daughters nails are absolutely gorgeous. Trying to figure out how to add a picture so you can see the workmanship ... give them a try you won’t be disappointed... Baby Kim and Cheo are amazing !!

I have no complaints! It is honestly one of the best nail salons that I have been to. Every single staff member is so helpful and encouraging and NICE. The woman who did my nails is Kim. I HIGHLY recommend her, not only does she do an amazing job but she is personable and super sweet 🤗 thank you so much Mimosa! I will be back next time I’m visiting Charlotte!

What an experience!! This is the place for me. Im loyal to who takes care of my hair, nails, feet. Service is so important but the experience that I get when I walk away is even more important. My SIL and I walked in, we had two fabulous technicians and a wonderful experience. We both got the uptown all around pedicures and it was so relaxing. The massage chairs are great and the delicious mimosas were icing on the cake. Ill definitely be back!

I love Mimosas Nail Bar. It is so clean, bright and the staff are very friendly! Jeremy did an excellent job repairing my nails and even gave me some tips on how to preserve my manicure. I will definitely be back soon!

It was a good environment nice place, just not what Im use to an. Ughg I went 20 mins out the way wont happen again an the quality of my nails was not worth 🤮55 or 60 dollars thats for sure. I was over it when he said they didnt do gel or acrilic. For what I paid I should have had a Mimosa an wasnt even offered one 😔

My experience included: The wrong pedicure than what I requested, smudged toe nail polish, and a manicure (without polish) that barely lasted a week. The tech could’ve done a much better job with my cuticles for sure. My feet and toes do not look like those of someone who had a manicure and pedicure done just a week ago.The staff is nice but I am not satisfied at all, with the quality, and will continue the search for my go to nail place.

Great experience! Came across this place on accident and it was great! I would definitely take a wedding party here if it were closer to home

Worst Wax EverThe only reason I am giving them 2 stars is for how beautiful the establishment is. Very well put, clean and just really nice. On to the wax...I’ve been getting a Brazilian wax for the past 2 years. My normal Estetician was booked so I had to result elsewhere. First off, the waxer was the roughest I’ve ever experienced. No sympathy for the fact that she ripped my skin along with my hair. Very sweet lady just a terrible waxer. I requested a Brazilian and didn’t get a typical Brazilian, I barely got a bikini. Still have hair in places I was needing removed the most. Then the price jumped an additional $10 than what I requested. Will not recommend a wax there, maybe manis and pedis.

Gayatri did such a beautiful job!! I was greeted warmly, immediately served a beverage, & everything was clean. And the chairs are so comfortable! I got the uptown all around pedicure- highly recommend!
