I had my eyebrows threaded by Devki and I’ve been going to her for a few years. This woman is the sweetest! I have a broken ankle, and today she helped me coming out of the shop! She is a blessing and very talented in her job! Thank you Devki 🥰 you almost made me tear up in the car!

UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment at 3:10, got there at 3:05 to see the pictured sign on the door and a lady sitting at the front desk. Another woman and I stood at the door (door said no threading and I was there for a wax and tint). The lady inside looked at us twice, then walked to a chair, grabbed her bag and walked out the back door. I understand being short-staffed and having to close, especially at this time, but let your appointments know with a phone call, or at the VERY least, open the door and tell us/ apologize. I wasted my time and gas driving from Rock Hill to be ignored when I had an appointment. I will never give Idolize my business, if they cant respect my time, I cant imagine how my eyebrows would look. I am absolutely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. If youre considering going here, make sure you call them and confirm that theyre open. Dont rely on your appointment time because it means nothing and Idolize has no respect for your time as a customer.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded, just a clean up and Kipa did a horrible job. She made my eyebrows too thin. She took too much hair off. I asked who was the manager and for a telephone number for them. She said she did not know who it was and didnt really understand what I was saying. Will not go back again

The website says this location is open until 8pm I get the at 6:12 and told that they are closed. This is very unprofessional to have a time listed on your website and not service the customer due to your business error.

I went in today to get my brows threaded and I had such an amazing experience. There wasn’t truly a wait at all, and both ladies in the store were graceful, and so incredibly kind. My Brows look great and I will be going back!

I wanted services for my eyebrows. I entered the studio & was quickly assisted & threading was recommended & quickly provided to me. I received a friendly follow up call & future waxing was also mentioned as another option for my next visit. All clinicians were friendly.

As for the service, everything is excellent, the only thing I have to say is that you should ask customers to speak in a low voice, especially when using the telephone. While I was receiving my service, there was a client speaking hands-free, and with an impolite tone of voice. This is a place to relax therefore there should be a minimum of noise.

I’ve been going to idolize for years now, always clean locations with very professional staff. Sweta is my favorite! She is very friendly, amazing at what she does, and is always smiling and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location and Sweta if you want those “on fleek” brows!

I get my eyebrows threaded here every 2-3 weeks. I always come in with an idea of how I want my brows shaped because I try to let they fill in while I’m in between threads. However, they always seem to amaze me with how clean and brand new they make my brows look. No matter how scruffy and not defined they look when I come in, each technician always leaves my brows looking flawless. I’ve never had a bad experience here🧡

Visited Idolize this past Saturday and I’m so disappointed. I got them threaded for the first time. I showed the girl a picture and said this is the shape I’m going for. Not too thin please. She did the complete opposite. My brows have never been thinner and I’m so unhappy. It will take forever to grow them back out. I will not be back.

Sweta is so friendly! I only come to her at this location and she does such a great job on my eyebrows. They grow very unusual but she manages to get them exactly how I want them every time. She only works saturday’s but I don’t mind waiting to see her!

I have gotten my eyelashes tinted many times before, and never have I experienced anything like this before, and not in a good way. First of all, when she asked me what shade I wanted my eyelashes I asked her what shades they offered. She told me light brown or dark brown, which surprised me because most places have black as an option too. So I picked dark brown, I have to note my eye lashes are brown. So once I sat down to get the tinting started, she proceeded to put clear medical tape under my eyes, which is absurd! I have never ever seen or heard of anywhere where they would put strong tape on the most delicate part of your face! Just ridiculous. Once the tinting was over, she ripped the tape off from under my eyes, which not only hurt a lot but it also made my face red for the following hour! When we were done I honestly could not see ANY difference in my lashes (and like I said Ive had this done many times so I know what the end results should look like). I told her that, and thats when she asked me if I wanted her to redo them with black instead of dark brown. I was shocked to hear that they had black, because if she would have told me at the very beginning that black was an option I would have picked that! That made me upset, but I politely told her I didnt not want to put tape under my eyes again so no thank you. I ended up paying $20 for nothing! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The salon was very clean and nice, but this experience alone just completely put me off. Im very disappointed. I thought about going back and telling them to put a cotton pad under my eyes instead of tape, like they do at other places, and redoing my eyelashes with black this time. But I really do not want to pay another $20! Very disappointed!

I am so embarrassed. I have had only good experiences here until the last time. There was only one brow tech there and it was busy, but my brows look like pencil lines right now. I have been growing them out but now they are SO uneven and thin, I don’t know what to do. The tech obviously didn’t do what I asked for. Sadly inconsistent work. I will need to grow mine out again and go somewhere else. :(

She communicates with you as to the process of shaping your brows into what you want them to be. She is polite and the process is quick which is wonderful as I do this on my lunch break from work. I love this place. I have received threading and spa services here. They are very friendly and fast. Arpita or Pita,knows exactly how I like my brows shaped. She is willing to fix and pick down to the hair so that you are happy with the result, Ive never left disappointed. The decor at this location is very cute and relaxing. I used to love this place, came here all the time and one of the girls was helping me out with growing out my eyebrows and i finally got them to a place i wanted them, went in earlier this week for a simple clean up and one of the ladys bescially left me with nothing. KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB!! gave me a discount but that wont make my eyebrows grow back!

Devki was Great! I told her I just want my brows cleaned up and dont want them thinned out. She did just that! Thus was my first time. She was extremely professional as well.

I love the work ila does. Unfortunately every time she is not there it seems like the technician who is there messes up my eyebrows big time. Today will make it the second time I was there and specifically told the technician to just clean up my eyebrows as someone made them thin in the past. I came home to look at the starting place of my right eyebrow pushed all the way back. With this said, it will take me years to grow it back. Im usually happy with the work done here, but I am very unhappy today since I was specific with what I wanted.

Really great threading. My brows always look better upon leaving. Occasionally they take off a bit too much, so specify that you want them thick.

There was a lady there that threaded my eyebrows. I completely forgot her name, I’m pretty sure it starts with an M. I had her write her name down for me but I lost the paper. Anyways! She was amazing. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Thick arched brows. It couldn’t have been done any better. Idolize never seems to dissapoint. If you know who I’m talking about, will you give me her name so I can ask for her next time. I completely love the service, especially when she brought out the witch Hazel lol. 👌💕
