I recently visited SafeLight Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. I was met by Brandon, the glass technician. I was informed of the expected repair time and notified (text) throughout every stage of the repair. The entire staff seemed exceptionally courteous and professional. The windshield that needed replacement is one with sensors, which required more installation time. I expected a 2 hour wait but Brandon was done in an hour ! I’m super happy, very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again. Great customer service !! Oh Yea … they even vacuumed my car out 😃

The Tech. Donald did a great job explaining replacing my windshield, back litigate and drivers side windows. I was very apprehensive because I have cameras in my windshield, wasnt sure if it would work properly after the install, and it was all dome in about 1hr and half.

I have a Ford F150 the rear sliding window came loose and needed the silicone adhesive to be scraped off and replaced. I went to Safelite auto glass on W W.T. Harris Blvd. Adrian jumped right in to help me he was outstanding and went out his way to repair this for me.

Says to drop keys at drop off box near front door and there is no box!!!! Waste of time. Number provided to call just rings or comes back busy. Avoid

It was a pleasure to deal with this branch of Safelite! They replaced my windshield and recalibrated the camera in it quickly; I was in at 8:45 am and out at 10 am. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and friendly. They vacuumed my car (yay!) and gave me new velcro for my toll pass and even brought over an extension cord so I could work comfortably on my computer in the waiting room. The waiting room has wifi, coffee, and water, and is very clean and spacious; there was only me and one other person so I felt safe waiting socially distanced. Ample hand sanitizer and masks everywhere. Highly recommend! Thanks to all at this office. --Ann Fox

Great Service! Technician showed up on time (George) and was very professional. He has 30 years experience and has worked for Carolina Windshield for 6 years. He even allowed time for us to repair the dash where separating while the old windshield was removed. Very competitive price and excellent installation. Highly recommend their mobile service!

Wonderful experience. Tech was professional and friendly and fast! He replaced my windshield in my parking lot at work during my 1 hour lunch break. Job was completely finished in less than 45 mins. I paid $200 for what Safelite and Glass doctor wanted to charge me $350+. Highly recommend Carolina Windshield if you want quality work for a reasonable price!

Schedule an appointment online the day before I wanted the work done. When I arrived at the location to drop off the car the door was locked. I could see someone sitting on the other side of the door and since I had arrived after normal posted office hours I knocked. The person sitting at the desk simply looked at me I knocked again after a few moments and someone else came to the door. I explained that I had made an appointment and they claimed I had not. Excuse me told them I scheduled it online. They then informed me they did not schedule my appointment as they had not verified my insurance, I was not trying to claim this on my insurance, and explained I would be paying cash for the replacement. I was then informed in a very rude manner that they did not order my glass but I should come in anyways, as they still had not let me in the office, and theyd see if they could do anything for me. At this point I declined and said I would work with someone who wanted my business.

I had problems w/this facility the entire month of April! 1st off the 1st windshield they ordered came w/ a crack already in it so I had to reschedule an appointment. Went to new appointment & they ordered the WRONG WINSHIELD! The installer did they best he could & installed it but I had to COME BACK a week later for them to install the correct windshield. 2nd appointment I was not greeted by the secretary but when someone else came in she actually got out of her seat to greet them & ask them how she could help. When I asked her why I was not greeted like that she said she thought it was her distributer. A BIG NO NO in my book! No matter who it is you should always greet every customer that comes in. They finally installed the correct windshield. Will never come to them again!
