I wanted to take a minute to brag on the folks at Karsey Glass. They recently completed a glass shower enclosure for a new guest bathroom at my house and it turned out great and the customer service was excellent.Starting with Connie Bouchard, who got me the initial estimate, based upon my rough dimensions, within an hour of my inquiry. After accepting the estimate and paying the deposit that afternoon, Connie scheduled Daniel to come to the house to do actual field measurements at 9:00 the next morning. Daniel nailed the measurements to a tee, while taking a little extra time to pet my golden retriever, who insisted on helping Daniel do his job.When Nick and his crew came out to install the job less than two weeks later, it fit my shower perfectly. Their attention to detail was spot on and before they left, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was completely satisfied.I guess you could say that I am definitely satisfied as I have already contracted them to do my master bathroom shower. I would highly recommend Karsey Glass. Great quality and even nicer people.

I had 6 guys come out because a tile was accidentally cracked the first time. Karsey came back out, took out the glass, we had the tile repaired and they came back to put it in. Each time they showed up on time or called to let me know if there was traffic. They were courteous and kind. I have two babies that napped through the process because they took that into account. I cannot praise Karsey, Dustin, Zante, Earl and Nick enough. I know I left out two names, but hopefully they can be looked up because truly everyone was great.Thank you!!

I absolutely cannot say enough good about my experience with Karsey! I had to have my picture window replaced and the replacement was ordered and arrived with 2 weeks. They sent Earl and Jorry out to replace the window and these guys are absolutely a joy to have around! They were here about an hour and had the work done and it was impeccable!!! This company is very professional, produced and delivered a quality product in a timely manner and had competitive pricing. The installers Zonta and Dusty were meticulous with the installation of my new table top. Both men made sure that the top was not only centered properly on the base but the glass was sparkling clean on both sides. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and Im not easy to please.

Called Karsey Glass on the phone and scheduled an appointment to come see the project and measure. Process was really easy but I was not in a huge hurry. Our project consisted of a glass shower/tub door on hinges. They gave us a competitive price and all was documented over email. We paid half to get the material ordered and the other half after the install (the install guys took the balance payment as soon as they were done). All payments were made with a Visa over the phone with no issues. The (2) Install guys were quite, clean and professional. They got in and out quick and were very respectful to me and the house. I took the initiative to take up the bathroom rugs, put down old blankets and towels to protect our floors from the foot traffic. I also made sure things were out of their way. Great service, I would definitely use Karsey in the future.

Guys did a great job installing the glass for my shower. Earl and Nick came by. They were right on-time. They were polite and courteous. They did a great job (in and out in about 90 to 120 minutes). I had to have them back out for a very minor leak under one of the glass brackets (which they warned me about the potentials and asked I call if I saw a leak). Nick came back out with his supervisor for a 5 minute fix I could have done with some silicone (though didnt because it was under warranty). Used that shower a dozen or more times and love the water guard they added.

Nick and Ivan, were professional, did a great job, and even cleaned up when they were done. Great work!

Had 6 pieces of glass cut to put on top of dressers and nightstands in a furnished rental I own. The glass was cut perfectly and theres absolutely no overhang on any of the furniture. Thank you Jodi for making sure this order was done on time! Ill be calling you on the next one!

We had another company instead a glass shower enclosure that wasnt done correctly and we tried several times to get them back out to no avail. We contacted Karsey and Z and Anthony diagnosed the problem and we decided to get the glass and replaced. I had Karsey Glass replace a patio sliding glass door that had lost its seal and looked like someone had thrown milk all over it. Their price was very reasonable especially considering the fact that it was a custom size. I paid half the amount down in order for them to order the glass and then after the door was installed I paid the remainder. Everyone involved was extremely pleasant to work with from the estimator, the office scheduler and finally the installers. My installers were Z and Jason and they were extremely professional and very quick with their work. They were very considerate of my home and worked quickly and did not leave any kind of a mess. The new door looks so incredible that I had to put a chair in front of it to keep me from walking through it! Im so glad that I had Karsey glass do this and I will definitely use them for any future glass-related projects.

The guys from Karsey did a great job with a difficult situation. Glass greenhouse at UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens had many broken panes after a hail storm. They were very professional and easy to work with, I would definitely call them again!

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Bad quality.My husband requested to have a mirror and a glass door done for my home office nearly two months ago. Every time Karsey glass associates came, they were late. The first time is by 30 minutes. The second time by an hour. And we didnt received any notification that they cant make it on time which messed up my schedule.To add further injury to the insult, they got the wrong size for the door and the door has no locking mechanism. This is after two months of waiting for the service. Every time they came to my house, we treated them with respect. Nevertheless, there was no reciprocity.My husband wrote and called into the office to resolve the matter, they talked and talked as if to shove things down his throat. They didnt listen to the customer at all. The receptionist Connie was rude. And the guy that measure our door, Dan was extremely defensive.After paying a hefty premium for our mirror and glass, we are not left without a functioning door. STAY AWAY FROM KARSEY GLASS IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, AND QUALITY SERVICE.The management is even worse. They got so defensive about their employee. What they should do is issue a complete refund and apologize for the unprofessional/incompetent behavior.

We needed to replace a double-pane window in our upstairs study. We got a very reasonable cost of replacement. Earl and Sean just finished putting this in without any problem. Very efficient and professional. Would highly recommend Karsey Glass!

We have used Karsey Glass for multiple projects in our home through the years. Recently, a glass top, which Karsey installed on our dining table mysteriously showed a small crack but grew overnight to completely split down the middle. It had been 8 months since installation, and I never saw a crack upon installation, but at the same time could not explain its origin, as there were no accidents that caused it. The Karsey team was extremely responsive and helpful, ultimately providing me with a higher grade glass and splitting the cost with me, which I found very fair. I appreciate this level of service and attention, and I will continue to use Karsey for future projects in our home.

I called for a quote and I have yet to receive a quote. I will take my money somewhere else. It does not take over three days to give a customer a quote. Ridiculous!
