I need to start out by saying that during this Pandemic I think its Paramount to be supporting small business so I gave these guys alot of Leeway. That said. I ordered the Windshield to be replaces last week. It was new years day on Friday so thats alright. I ordered the Windshield on Monday though to be installed on Tuesday. I had to call them at 5 o clock because I had received no communication up to that point. They said that they could still come but it was dark out so we rescheduled. Wednesday I got a text from one of them asking for pictures of my windshield. I sent them and they said they got the wrong one. my windshield didnt have a rain sensor so they said it would be cheaper. They initially quoted me on 262.78 for the one with a cut out for the rain sensor. so it got pushed to thursday. No call No show. Saturday Rolls around. Nothing. Monday Finally got here and I actually had to call them. They scheduled it again for Wednesday and they finally showed up. Pretty quick work. too quick. After they Installed it i had a piece of material jutting out the inside of the passenger side and the top. They ended up still charging me for the windshield for the Rain sensor. Its unfortunate but poor communication and a lack of foresight made me wish I had just went with safelite or another corporate Glass Repair. Whatever they got their money I did my part.

For my windshield replacement, W & T Auto Glass was $100 less expensive than a commonly known nationwide chain. There was no extra charge for coming to my place of employment! The two men who did the work were friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

A rock tossed up by a dump truck cracked my windshield, just enough to warrant replacing it. Wilson & Tucker came out to my workplace and did the job in less than 20 minutes. The install was clean and with no leaks, a fact made apparent by all the rain weve had recently. I recommend this company for all of your auto-glass replacement needs.

The guys who work at this shop are phenomenal! I had issues with getting one of my car door windows to go back up, and feared it was a motor issue. They were willing to take my door apart and properly diagnose the issue. In comparison to other companies who try to charge you over the head, these guys took their time to ensure the motor and sensors were in good condition — most importantly, they were honest. I would entrust these guys with any of your maintenance issues.

Never have I received such great service. A piece of ice fell from a bridge and cracked my windshield while driving on the interstate to Raleigh on Friday morning. We called Wilson & Tucker around noon and unfortunately they were fully booked for Saturday morning. Instead of just recommending someone else they came in early on Saturday and did it right at 8 am. They had picked up the glass the prior evening and so were ready to roll, no waiting. They came out to the parking lot to meet me and had the car finished in 40 minutes flat. There was not one other firm that told me they wouldnt take at least 2-3 hours. I am a totally satisfied customer. On top of it all they charged a fair price. Thanks very much to Wilson & Tucker for exceeding my expectations at absolutely every stage. The installation is awesome and I can once again see out the windshield.

I am a car enthusiast and extremely picky about who works on my cars. I recently had a broken windshield replaced by Wilson & Tucker and was extremely pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend them.Below is the bigger story in case you’re interested:Since I have little experience with getting a windshield replaced, I asked those fine folks at State Farms subcontracted group of bumbling windshield repair agents to recommend a good glass company. They gave me the name of two options that I proceeded to Google to try and find reviews, locations, etc.It turns out that the two glass repair companies they suggested to me were not even from the Charlotte area. Best I could tell, they had mobile truck(s) that serviced claims here, but no real address - which did not give me any feeling of confidence. Charlotte is the biggest city in the state of NC and it just seems like there would be some reputable glass companies right here? Additionally, finding reliable reviews on those two companies was tough since they didnt have Charlotte addresses - so my confidence in them was plummeting even further.During that Google search, I ran across Wilson & Tucker Auto Glass. They had a perfect five star rating for 17 reviews - which is something you rarely ever see but something that aligned perfectly with my ultra high expectations.I called Wilson & Tucker to check them out and after a quick chat, I knew that I had found the right shop. It is a family business that has been around since 1934. They provide mobile service and can do repairs on your car wherever but because I am overly particular, and because my car is fairly rare, I chose to come to their shop in case they ran into any anomalies.They replaced the windshield quickly while I waited with virtually no signs that anything had ever been altered from stock. I was thrilled and everything was covered through State Farm with no issues.I will definitely choose them without hesitation next time.

After being brushed off by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle less than a year ago, Wilson and Tucker did a minor repair on my weatherstripping around my windshield while I waited. This is a great family owned business that really cares about the people they serve! I highly recommend them for any glass-related auto repairs.

Call Larry and his team when you need quick, low-cost, no frills service. While other leaders in the area were quoting me $500+ to fix my rear window, these guys fixed it for $360. Dont expect a posh waiting area or free coffee if you take it to them, but they will get you in and out fast. They also offer mobile service which is nice.

Ive had 2 windshields replaced here. They are by far the most professional and the lowest cost. No other place I called could even touch the price they gave me. When (not if because of the dump trucks on the road) you need your windshield replaced, give them a call. Hands down wont go anywhere else.

We have had to replace the windows in our work vans on more than one occasion. They always do a great job. Reasonably priced and they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend.

Set up for an appt no one showed for that time. They could not get a hold of anyone and we were going out of town next day. Finally they showed up hours later and gave us a completely different price than quoted. Refused to honor the original price since they said they couldnt find any paperwork with that price. Guy fixing was nice but the whole experience was very unprofessional and I would never use them again!

I was in Charlotte on business and my vehicle was broken into all while it was raining. Went to Wilson & Tucker Auto Glass and they replaced the window witin and hour and did a great job. They were also the most reasonably priced around town as well!

The folks at Wilson and Tucker are uncommonly professional and truly take pride in their work. Beyond that, they quoted the lowest price on my windshield and side mirror replacement, by far! I would recommend them to anyone.

I tried to contact several automobile glass dealers to get quotations but they all happened to be unaffordable. Well, until I came to Wilson & Tucker Auto Glass Inc. Many auto glass dealers are guilty of ripping off customers for simple repairs and replacements. Not this dealer. When I reported to replace my car’s windshield, they honestly gave me two cheap options, to either repair or replace it. Some other dealer would probably have insisted on a new windshield. You’d be wrong to associate cheap with low quality here. They are quality. Their deals have the best prices. ;)) :)

We were so gratified to stumble across this gem of a family owned business when we sought to replace our trucks windshield, which fell victim to rock damage on the infamous I-77 construction zone. The were not only quick to answer their phone, quick to schedule us in on incredibly short notice, but gave us an astonishingly low repair cost beating *every other glass shop in three counties*!Service was amazing, friendly, responsive. I arrived early, not knowing how the morning traffic would be, and they, too, were there before their posted hours, checking on the windshield deliveries made during the night. W&T quoted $383 with tax and stuck to it.I looked at reviews, they checked out on Angies List. Showed up and they knocked the work out fast and at half the price as everyone else. Must be shotty work or cheap parts, right?Nope! Excellent work and the Windshield was an exact duplicate of the one I had prior, right down to the shaded visor at the top to cover the electronic components in my Rear view Mirror. Wish everyone were this good....A++++++++
