Worst experience in my life. I would give 0 stars if possible. I sent in my camera to get it fixed early December. No updates on the tracking number for over two weeks. I finally call 6 weeks after sending it in and they tell me that they are just waiting for approval for an ridiculous high amount. I canceled and it took another 3 weeks, 4 calls and two trips to get it finally back. Guess what, the body was damaged and all I received was a refund of the shipping cost. I should have gone with canon right away. Never, ever again!!!

Called them 2 times. Never reached an agent that was in the United States. The 1st person I spoke with put me on hold and never came back. The 2nd person was of no help and told me I needed to call the HP computer company.

No customer service. Changed my email so I didn’t get completion notice. Waited over three weeks to find out I get a refund. Then waited so long in the store to get a refund the item I wanted to replace sold out. Will not recommend, poor service, and they don’t care.

I needed to get my iPhone screen fixed so I called last week to see if you guys were doing that kind of the job. The person I talked to said yes but you need an appointment. Great! How do we do that ? I asked. He said the sooner I have available is May 29th 12pm and 2:00pm I said 2:00 he asked me for my number and what kind of phone I have..also asked me if I had insurance I said yes and he said probably $30 . You need to be here on time if not the appointment will be cancel. Great! I called again this morning and the person I talked with didn’t know anything about my appointment and he said you guys weren’t fixing phone screens at the moment. I said but I already have an appointment for today...he asked me to wait and gave me the manager (he had an accent) he said yes I have you here for 2:00pm ..he gave me the address again and I asked him how could I show that I have insurance he said we can look at it here. Alright.I asked permission to my bosses to leave early to be there on time and when I get there the person in the front said that my name wasn’t in the list if I was sure that I had an appointment there..I said yes but I still couldn’t get in. I called you guys again from outside the store and the person who answered the phone asked me if I had a confirmation number” I said no am sorry I made the appointment via phone. He said we don’t make appointment via phone only on the website. I couldn’t believe..he asked me to wait and did for about 10 minutes and he hanged up on me. I called again and he said “look if you want make a complain do it but we do not have you for an appointment at all..he said you don’t have the person’s name You talked to! You don’t have a confirmation number! You have nothing ..made me feel like I was lying and also very sad because I did everything I could be there on time and ended up feeling so confused... I was never told that I needed to make an appointment via your website actually like I said early in this message I was given two availability for today. I left pretty much crying and that is not acceptable. I had an appointment for today May 29th at 2:00pm and it never happened.

My computer was fixed,but they didnt return my cord!! I call wait hold for several hours no help. She said buy a new one for what??? I send everything replace my cord. Never again will I pay for Geek Squad!!!!!!!!

I went there to fix my battery and screen, when they returned it the 3D touch and the Touch Id were damaged, however, I got a new phone. I am giving 5 starts, because, the representative that helped me was the most knowledgeable, kind and polite person I ever had, he was also super patient and very professional. He was with me through the whole process every step, making sure I had what I needed. He was perfect!Thank you so very much!

Normally I have no issues with Geek Squad when it comes to getting devices repaired and replace BUT this is the first time I’m dealing with the West Ashley, SC location. I dropped my Tv off at this store over a week ago to get fixed. I received a tracking number later that day I by email. That tracking number hasn’t been updated in 5 days and I haven’t received and phone calls form them so I decided to call this store’s Geek Squad Center. I was transferred over by employees 4 times before I was sent to customer service. I explained my experience to the guy that answered the phone and he said “sooo... you have a device here or something” with no compassion or consideration about my experience in order to rush me off the phone. I was going to tell him “I wasn’t calling to order a pizza” He then put me on hold and when he finally came back to the call he STILL didn’t help me. Now I have to DRIVE TO THIS STORE! Please don’t deal with this location!

Run, don’t walk, away if you’re coming for an Apple product repair. Terrible communication on product status and no one ever picks up the phone. I ended up going there bc I got an appointment a day earlier than at the Apple store, but joke’s on me. I’m going on three weeks without my watch and kicking myself for not going straight to Apple.

I have an annual service agreement with Geek Squad and tried to schedule an appointment for an agent to visit my home to assist me with my wireless network system at home. Now I am being told that they do not have agent for our area anymore and that I have to try another third party provider. When I asked about the annual service fee that I am paying for a service that is basically non-existent I was told by the customer service agent that there is nothing that she could do about it.

We set up an appointment to get a screen repair for 7:20 pm same day repair. We drive 3 hourse tonget there right after I get off work at 4:30. We get there and they tell us we have to leave the phone over night or set up another appointmnet because they cant guarantee same day repair after 6 local time. With would I have to set up an appointment just to drop my phone off?
