These guys are amazing! I was on a working vacation and my 6 yr old laptop wouldn’t turn on. I searched for computer repair and found these guys. They had excellent reviews They were reasonably priced on running a diagnostic test so I took a chance. I am so thankful I did. My mother board had gone out. They were able to retrieve my data and after I purchased another computer they transferred all my old data over and I was able to make my deadlines. They were friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough for coming to the rescue while I was in vacation!! They also were very reasonable on their prices so I had some money left to still enjoy my vacation

Ctrl Alt Del was a lifesaver for me when I shattered my iphone screen. The screen was so damaged that I couldnt open my phone without the screen totally glitching out and moving around uncontrollably without me touching it. I thought I was either going to replace my phone completely or pay a fortune for a new screen at the Apple Store. I found these guys on Google and walked right in with no appointment and they helped me immediately. The service was done perfectly, fast and affordable! They also provide warranty for some time after their service which is awesome and they send you a follow up email a few weeks after your service to make sure everything is working okay. Overall, great service and even better customer service!!

I tried to fix my computer track pad on my own. It didnt go well. It actually went worse. My screen went black. Blank. Nothing. Nada. So, I called Ctrl Alt Del & they diagnosed and fixed my issues very quickly, even faster than they quoted. Fair pricing too. My advice, unless you know how to fix computers, is just bring it here first. Save yourself some time, heartache, and money.

I called during business hours (10a-6p on Saturday) before coming by to pickup my macbook. There was no answer. Assuming they were busy I drove 45 min to downtown Charleston, finally found a parking spot and their door is locked! I went to the same front King St entrance as before. There is no sign indicating why the door is locked or why they would be closed. I called again outside the door and waited for a call back. Its been over an hour and I still havent heard anything. Terrible service.

This computer shop exceeded expectations by a lot. I got hit by an unresolvable BSOD issue which they were able to diagnose and order the part for the fix on the same day. Anytime I called their shop they answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring and were able to reference my issue and answer my questions quickly. No lines. Customer service made a big difference here. Saved me a bunch of money and time replacing my MacBook screen when it malfunctioned. They also warranted the work when I had an issue with the replacement screen.

I was super excited about getting my phone screen fixed here. I didn’t want to wait for Apple or pay the high price tag. DO NOT GO HERE. they replaced my screen and it looked great but didn’t work and caused lots of issues with my phone. I called them and they said they would replace it with a new one when they got a shipment. I waited weeks. They never called. Had to get the screen replaced elsewhere so I could use my phone. When they took it apart, it was also missing a water seal around the screen. They refused to refund me and gave me a run around. Couldn’t talk to the manager either. Again don’t go here. Just spend the money and get it professionally fixed.

I pretty much walked in off the street and received immediate service. They replaced the battery in my iPhone 6S for 20 bucks less than the Apple store would have, in 30 minutes. They also cleaned out my charging port for no additional charge, which fixed the charging problem I was having too. Would definitely recommend, and will be back if I have any other issues I need help with.

Phillip was amazing!! He was able to get my home button and battery replaced so fast. I was able to walk down King Street and shop for a bit and come right back!! It works perfectly! When I dropped my laptop off at this place I was told it would be ready for pick up at the end of the week. By the end of the week when I came back to get my laptop I was told there was a new owner who wouldn’t allow the employees to order parts and my laptop wouldn’t be ready till the following Monday. Called again Monday and was told my laptop still wasn’t done but would be done the next day. I went today and the store was closed and three other people had been waiting for 3 hours for any employee to open up. The new owner is ridiculous and very unprofessional. The store is open at 11am I waited till 1pm for anyone to open up so I could retrieve my laptop and nothing. I would recommend going elsewhere because the new owner will not take your repairs seriously.

This company “switched owners” without any heads up, and they broke my computer 90% worse than it was, and the new owner would not fix it. Wouldn’t even be nice about it. Johnathan was fantastic. I thought my phone and all 38,000 precious photos were gone. Verizon nor Apple could help me, but Johnathan saved the day! When he repaired my phone screen and I could access all of those memories I nearly cried and gave him a big hug. It was done very quickly and was very affordable. $129 is a small price to pay for what I would’ve lost otherwise. Can’t recommend them enough. I hope never have to go back to them but I know if I do have a problem I will go to them first!

She also helped us find some documents that we thought were gone for good! After dropping my phone dozens of times, the screen finally cracked. That crack splintered into several others across the screen. Philip was very helpful. My daughters IPhone screen was cracked and he replaced the screen. Unfortunately we realized her phone was disabled because she had tried to login too many times when the screen had been broken. So we could longer access her pictures and contacts that were on the phone. It would have made more sense to use our phone insurance and get a replacement at that point. Philip refunded my money and put the broken screen back on so I could send it in for a replacement and didn’t charge me anything. He could have easily have said that was all my problem and not his since he had done the work I had asked him to do. But he took care of my needs as a customer. It is hard to find a company for computer repair because they could tell me most anything and I would have no idea. When you have a company that actually loses the job by being honest, that makes me a loyal customer and allows me to trust them any of my computer or phone repairs in the future.

Philip was a wonderful tech and accommodated me even when I arrived just before closing time. My screen is perfect and he cleaned my charging port which was awesome. THE COMPUTER REPAIR DOCTOR WILL FIX THE TROUBLESOME CHARGE PORT ON YOUR IPHONE/SMARTPHONE! Phillip was referred to me by my girlfriend. She went there to have the screen and charge port replaced on her iPhone 7. When she came back she was ecstatic with what a wonderful job he had done! When she told me he was able to fix her charge port without replacing it, I got excited. I went in a week later and Phillip examined my charge port- it had been acting finicky for months. He was able to quickly clean it out and now it works great! My iPhone SE is as good as new! I highly recommend “the doctor” and I would trust him with any of computers or smart devices. These guys did an excellent and speedy job repairing my sons cracked iPhone screen. They also noticed that my sons old lithium battery was reaching the end of its life and needed to be replaced. Its a good thing they did. The battery literally exploded as they were removing it (old lithium batteries can do that if they have undetectable leaks or fissures). The repairman greeted me with a bandaged hand and a smile (I felt so bad that happened to him!). My son is thrilled with his new phone. Well be back. I highly endorse this company. Brought in a Samsung Galaxy S8 on a Tuesday that I had completely shattered from leaving it on top of my car and driving off.
