Ladies. Let me tell you something! I work as a sales person and my schedule is from 10-7pm normally nails salons are close by that time. Lucy close at 8 and besides that I called her one time 7:20 and she wait for me and took care of me, we end it up leaving at 9:30 and it was her husband’s birthday 😅. Since that day, this place is my to go to treat myself. Look at my amazing nails that I got from Lucy yesterday

The best nail salon in the area!!! I have been going to Lucy for over 10 years and she is the best. Ive recently started allowing her other nail technicians to do my nails as well. All of these ladies have done exceptional work. If Lucy is not available I am comfortable with Mai, Jen, or Julie completing services. These women are AMAZING! Yesterday Lucy allowed 4 of us to come into the salon after she closed to make sure we got our nails done right and the girls were pampered. GREAT WORK AND SERVICE LADIES! We will see you in a couple of weeks.

I took my granddaughter to get her nails done for her birthday and she wanted French tips acrylics and it looked nothing as advertised. I observed my granddaughter being treated inappropriately by Lucy with a negative attitude, because of a false accusation. Lucy asked my granddaughter not to touch her “arm” with her nails while in the process of doing her nails when her nail barley even touched her wrist and it was unintentional, because she had long acrylics on. Secondly, my granddaughter politely asked Lucy to fix her French tips politely , because it looked horrible. Lucy then lashed out in my granddaughter telling her, “ No I’m finished ! It’s too late” when there was only 3 nails painted! And my granddaughter politely told Lucy, “ please fix them correctly, because I’m paying for this.” Then Lucy gets up and tells my sweet granddaughter, “ I’m not fixing it, someone else can help you.” And the Lucy gets up and walk towards her chair and slaps it with a towel and tells her, “ go over there” and then makes my granddaughter cry on her BIRTHDAY!! Another lady helped fix Lucy’s mistake. LUCY IS A BULLY.I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. This kind of behavior is unacceptable to children and adults. Based on my experience I will never visit this business again.

I was happy with my nails and service. I told them I had limited time because of my lunchtime they accomplished my ped and nails within a hour.

I had a great first visit! They were able to fit me in for a manicure and pedicure, and made sure to stagger the number of customers in at a given time during the pandemic. Everything was clean, and there were Plexiglas dividers for the stations. My nails look wonderful, and it was a great experience!

I have gone to many nail salons in the area over the years and this is by far the best nail salon in northern Virginia. You’re treated amazingly by the entire staff and your nails will look absolutely perfect every single time!

The experience was amazing, they treat you like family. I loved how friendly the employees where and what I loved the most was the quality and the results in the end. Definitely coming back to this nail salon foe soe !!

I called and got an appointment for two. We went there on time, but we waited 40 minutes to get our manicures. My teenage daughter got tired of sitting there. So we left. It was very disappointing. Don’t trust to the good reviews. What was the point of getting an appointment???

I love coming to Lucy! She is amazing! Some of the best work I have received. She takes meAnd give me star treatment. My nails and feet always comes out looking amazing. I love the fact she does direct contact. When I need her she is only a text away. I love the fact she knows I work hard and does what’s best to keep my nails healthy and strong. Definitely highly recommend!

Lucy gave me the CosmoSpa pedicure with jasmine lavender scent. It was a wonderfully relaxing service and my winter dried skin felt moist afterwards. Even after four days, my feet showed no signs of dryness. The CosmoSpa products continue to work with my own moisturizer after a week! I want that treatment again! Thank you!

I’ve tried every nail salon in my area and surrounding cities it’s extremely difficult to find someone who knows what they’re doing and actually takes the time to do a clean manicure without ripping you off. I’m extremely picky about it and I’m so glad I gave Lucy a chance! She was very professional, honest, quick and DETAIL oriented.

The staff here are always very friendly. My go-to place when I need beautiful nails done at a very friendly price.

I have been coming to this salon since I was 16. At first, Jen would do my nails, and still is my go to lady. But Lucy, when she is free she will do my nails and I fall in love with them every time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a small place that isn’t crowded this is for you. Lucy really cares about how well her and her techs are doing and is always asking if your satisfied. Absolutely best salon.

I’ve been going to Lucy for a year now and she always does a great job with my nails. My pedicures are amazing all the time too. Today, Jen did my nails and she also did a beautiful job. Lucy and her staff go above and beyond to make sure my nails look good all the time. First time going to this establishment last night and I am so happy I did. Lucy took her time, made sure I was happy, and did an excellent job. They are perfect. I usually go to another salon in Manassas but I think I found my new spot.

Gross! I was there for a pedicure and after recently seeing reports of nail salons not using sanitary techniques and reusing tools with out sanitizing I was very aware of the process that was happening. None of the tools were sanitized they were taking out tools from a drawer and putting them back with out cleaning, the pumice stone and brush was also taken out of this drawer used in my feet and washed on the water that my feet had been soaking in and put back in the drawer! Disgusting : ( I knew it was my error next time I go to a nail salon I will ask if they use sanitized individually wrapped tools First!

I usually drive all the way to MD to get my nails done because I haven’t found a nail place in my area in VA that not only did a great job doing nails but also clean and a warm friendly atmosphere. I decided to give this place a try and let my kid get their nails done and I finally found a place. You feel like more than just a customer here. They’re very kind and great to talk too. Very hygienic and clean here and they do a phenomenal job doing nails. I’ll no longer be traveling to MD for my nails but will be going here. I’m telling everyone about this place. Give this place a try if you haven’t. You won’t regret it.

I have visited Lucy for years and her shop since it opened. I’m always happy with the work done on my nails. I’ve had several co workers ask me where I go and I always recommend Lucy.

Once you work with Lucy you’ll never want to go anywhere else. I get my refills and full sets here I don’t get my pedicures because I prefer other places but Lucy does a really good job and she takes her times I’m not easiest but she makes sure it’s perfect. They use to have an old management very very happy that Lucy took over! She did a great job at turning that place around.

Very friendly, and my nails look great! I got an acrylic set put on, and they are not too thick like many places have done in the past. Several ladies seemed to be regulars, and I will be going back when its time for my fill too

Been coming here for years and have been very happy, Lucy has stepped up the game. Nice atmosphere with many upgrades. Gets busy on weekends so recommend calling for appointment during peak time.

I consider myself picky and I like to try different shapes and colors or versions of the French manicure. Sometimes, a shade of purple color, but not too much attention to these digits!Sometimes short, bare nails because I havent been to see Lucy in months! Ive been busy building stuff and being rough with my hands and no time to sit! When Im ready to beautify these numbs, I go to Lucy.When Im feeling less tomboyish and taking a break from house projects, I see Lucy regularly and she perfects the longer look.Whatever shape, length or color Im feeling, Lucy comes through for me. Shes the best nail tech Ive ever had!

Honestly, this place is amazing when it comes to the actual service of doing the nails but the process of waiting and the unorganized amount of employees assisting customers in the morning is ridiculous. They only have 2 workers here and the wait could range anywhere from 1-3 hours.
