First time visit and all I can say is Amazing. Tina Did A Awesome Job with my Pedicure and Massage. I Recommend this place for anyone looking for a Nice place with Friendly customer service and attention to Detail.

I got acrylics here they ended up being crooked, with paint on my skin. I think my nail tech was new because my friend had gotten the same thing done and started after me and I finished 15 minutes after my friend. These acrylics had my nail beds very sore for a week or two after getting them done. I would not recommend this place

All the staff are super friendly and everytime I go for an acrylic set, my nails look stunning! They also have great colors, gel or regular.

Reasonable prices, super friendly staff. They give incredible pedicures. This location is great and I love how I’m always able to walk in and been seen right away. I do wish they had upgraded chairs though some of the ones have their buttons popped off or warn out. So you have to guess at which one does what.

Why would I go this far out, you ask?? Well, the first time, it was because I was frustrated with my old place and my boss recommended this place. Once, at least, it was worth a try. Now, a brief history, I have VERY sensitive skin, and have resigned myself to days of discomfort, sometimes misery in the interest of having lovely nails. It just so happens that the dipping powder method that Us Nails uses (along with gels, acrylics and regular manicures/pedicures, of course) was SO gentle, I had NO discomfort at all, either during or after the service. Not to mention that they were QUICK!!! I met Linda, Angle, and Vi, all of whom were gracious, friendly and skillful. The shop itself is not super fancy, so if you are looking for marble and crystal, you will be disappointed, but I didnt care for a second. I was delighted with the whole experience. Now, if they would only move closer! No question, I will make the trek without complaint.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! By far the most spectacular nail salon around. Every nail tech is extremely friendly, accommodating & very professional. Their prices are wondeful as well.They have an exceptional range of colors especially for the gels. Ive never had a bad experience here & I have been a loyal customer for years. Their application of polish is to die for. They also offer fun & trendy nail art, not the crazy outdated stuff you see in nail salons in the mall.I highly recommend Us Nails. You can almost always walk in & get an appointment right away with little to no wait. A wonderful group of people with superb training & skill in their field. A definite YES for anyone wanting to get beautiful nails.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Just got a pedicure with Linda at Us Nails. It was the best nail salon experience Ive ever had, and for the same price as other salons.Their customer service is great, everything is brand new, the place has a very calming vibe and I love my pedicure. I cant say enough good about this business.

I have been looking for a new nail salon every since my last one closed. This place is a little small but its an amazing nail salon. What made me really like this place is the quality of the gel because my gel lasted me 3 weeks which is a pretty long time. The staff here is also very nice and I cant wait to come back for another gel manicure!!!

The pedicures are out of this world and the leg massages always put me to sleep!I appreciate how much they pay attention to detail as well. The nail salon is always clean top to bottom. Thats very important to me and Ive never seen it dirty. Theyre always laughing and smiling and remember you each time you come in. Love Cindy. She is so sweet and always asks about the kids and life in general. The best part is that she listens to what I want and adds suggestions to make it better. I came in wanting do some chevron nail art but she convinced me to do bigger polka dots and love it. She also did my brows which looks fantastic. It makes my morning makeup routine easier since I have a guide already. Thanks for making me beautiful. Now I finally feel what I feel on the inside show on the outside.

Highly recommend! I am always looking for a precessional nail studio in Chantilly uptown where I can do beautiful art nail. This is the place I am looking for and the staff was so nice.I just randomly searched a US Nails on Google and I am so glad to find this nails salon ! I showed a picture of art nail to the nail technician and she just did exactly what I want! Im so satisfied with the service. The price was also reasonable.Ill definitely visit US Nails again.

))))((((( I love this place! They always seem to get you in at the time you request or very close to the desired time. The service is excellent! They have affordable pricing and great specials on Monday I believe it is. Manis are only here and they do a great job on getting your cuticles back in check & they have a HUGE rainbow variety of colors to pick from. Ive brought friends in and even my boyfriend for a pedi and they always leave very happy too! Definitely recommend this salon.!!!

Thank you, Linda for the great gel mani! Her salon is so cutely decorated and new, but most importantly very clean! I love that she used clean new supplies out of a package. That is something that all nail places do not always do. I was lucky enough to have Linda squeeze me in for a same day appointment for a gel manicure, and I was very happy with how Linda did such a thorough and excellent job in a short amount of time! I hate spending hours at the nail salon so I appreciated her fast, but still great, work. She shaped my nails just the way I like them! Thanks again!

After reading so many good reviews, I decided to drive 35mins to get my nails done at the Us Nails. I originally wanted to get my nails done either by Linda or Angle based on reviews, but since they were with other clients, Vi did my nails, and Im so happy that she did my nails. She is friendly, talented, and such a perfectionist. My nails never looked better, and I will be definitely going back to see Vi. Vi, thank you so much for being so detailed!

By far my favorite nail salon ever! I would never even think to try somewhere else after finding Us Nails. Linda and Angle are my girls, but Ive had great experiences with all the staff. They go out of their way to accommodate you and your needs. Everytime I go there I feel welcome. The staff always seem happy and friendly. Plus my nails have never looked better! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

I read the reviews before I went here because I can never find the right nail place. I finally found where I will always go. I went and got SNS on my nails and Linda did amazing!!! She was so careful, didnt file my nails (like I asked), and actually took her time on my nails. She talked to me the whole time and was so sweet. Will always go back there. If you want someone good to do SNS go here and ask for Linda!

Never going back!! The lady that did my nails kept saying that they didnt have the colors that I was requesting, even though I had seen them there. When I decided that I wanted to do french she said she couldnt do it because my nail had a dark polish previously and it was slightly stained... and even after I said that I didnt mind she kept insisting that she couldnt do it. I ended up leaving with only clear polish and got it done else where.

Us Nails is the best - I wont go anywhere else. So many colors and great service. Everything is very clean and sanitary as well. I always ask for Linda as she does the absolute best job with my manicure! Im always happy with my services here.

Great experience! While on vacation at orther salon I broke two nails. I made a same day appointment via chat on their site for the time of my choice. The spa/salon was spotless and offered loads of services. I was taken care of immediately. The woman who did my nails did a great job. I had two nails repaired, my other nails filled, shortened and new gel polish applied. I will be back every time I am in Chantilly. Thank you!!

I was in need of a good sns dip job. She did great detailed work-Would highly recommended.The shape of the nail is great, polish on pointe- they had SO many colors - I will definitely be returning. This little gem is right down the street from me. I had been referred there by friends & am glad I finally gave it a whirl. 5 stars

The staff was so nice. A friend and I wanted to get our nails done together and made appts together but they had us seated on opposite sides of a wall. When we told them we wanted to sit together they made accommodations so that could happen. The salon was clean and I felt well taken care of. We both got dip mania and regular pedis. My manicure has held up very well and its been 2 weeks. Ill definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Good Place! My sister and I went there yesterday to get an SNS manicure(45$) because I was trying to find a place near me that was a little less expensive then where i usually went. I thought my tech did amazing work and so did my sister’s. I loved the turn of my nails and the prices they have are great. I was a little disappointed though with their selection of SNS powders because it was very limited compared to where i usually went(Vivian’s Nail Spa). Also, I was a little unimpressed with the tech next to mine because she kept watching videos on her phone with the volume on while doing her clients nails, a little unprofessional. Last thing, when my tech gave me a hand massage she barely used enough lotion and was rubbing my hand very hard and it was very unpleasant. Overall their work is great and their salon is very nice, I would just like to see better costumer service.

Linda did an amazing job on my shellac manicure. She was friendly, fast and the paint is even and smooth. Will definitely go back again!

Ive been here a couple of times but I think this is my last time coming here. I have gotten a full set acrylics with a coffin shape, it was shaped weirdly. I have asked to get my cuticles cut and they said it was an extra $10, which took me by surprise because other nail shops Ive been to, never charged me for that. The color wasnt applied correctly and 2 hours later, I was doing the dishes and one of the nails BROKE. I checked the rest of the nails, they were unstable, starting to bend and brittle. Over the next couple of days, they started to break off. Simple things by typing on my laptop, etc. It was a waste of $50.

Theyre under new management now, they remodeled the place and have new chairs, If looks much nicer and brighter. Cleanness isnt my concert at this place as Ive seen my nails tech pull her tools out from the sanitizers when she did my nails. She did a fantastic on my nails, very clean job and my gel last longer than 2 weeks. Its definitely worth the money and I will be back to make appointment with Ruby.

The ladies are great! I had an awesome pedi, girl built my bitten nails with forms to create a natural look, my daughter enjoyed her first mini-pedi, and everyone was so interesting & friendly. (smiley)@@@

Linda has been taking care of my nails for 8 years. She does my eyebrows and shape my nails to perfection. The only dislike is waiting with no apology. The new owner is very generous. I have witnessed this shop expand and grow professionally.

OMG. Need your eyebrows done? Ask for Jenny. At $8 for eyebrows, you cant find a fabulous deal like that anywhere else. She spends time on your eyebrows and makes you feel comfortable. She does a phenomenal job. She never fails to ask me about my family and how I am doing too. She is excellent. I love her. I live far away, but I will sometimes make the trip out there just to get my eyebrows done by her. She is GREAT!!!

Ugh. Yikes. I went here as a last resort because my usual place was closed for the day. Not only did the girl not shape my nails symmetrically, but she didnt even use new instruments. The skin clipper still had skin on it from the previous person. I mentioned it and she said it was ok. Every other place Ive been gets all new instruments from a sterilizer. I will never go back and heres to hoping I dont get an infection.

I had gel manicure done here and it was absolutely the most horrendous service I’ve ever gotten. The nails looked so sloppy and when she was taking the gel manicure off she was scraping really hard and damaged my nails. I wish I can upload a picture of my manicure, they’re not even called manicure. Anyone with hands would have done better. This is the last time I will be their customer. I’ve never really had an experience bad enough to write a review but this is definitely worth my time to let everyone know the quality of their service. They do not even deserve a star.

Nice ladies, nice facility, lots of colors to choose from and multiple polish brands. Everything is sterilized and clean. Especially love Tina, always ask for her. The other girls are good too but tina is just right for me. Walkins mostly. Can do appointments and can request specific people if u have a favorite. ♡

Finally came back to see Linda after a year and Ive missed her service and quality of work. My nails are ready for fall!

Im grateful that they specialize manicure (plus discounted pricing) for men and they do not give you the eyes nor the snickering.

There are so many nail places to choose from, I wish I would have picked another! I chose the spa pedicure and a french manicure. Pedicure was first. The tub was broken so she placed a plastic bag in the tub and put my feet in there.. the foot massage was barely a rub that lasted all of 10 seconds! She pulls out these fingertip clips and saturates them and my top/short with some liquid and slaps a dirty towel on my lap to rest my hands... I could go on and on... oh, one last tidbit... i live barefoot, therefore I am the callous queen and look forward to getting those babies shaved, grated or sloughed off each week... after the lame non massage she places my flipflops on as if she is going to begin polishing...!! I said, pointing to my feet, what about my calouses??? Well, that ticked her off!!! She brought out the industrial sized cheese grater and took all those frustration of hers out on my feet! what irritated me more than anything was the constant chatter and giggles in Vietnamese... I sat there just imagining the awful things she was saying and names she was calling me for merely asking for what I want... NEVER going there again! Ever!

I got gel manicure done and it did not even last a week . The person was so rude and also she cut my cuticle for two fingers. She painted so floppy that the polish is peeling . Worst one would never go again.could not give a rating less than 1 so gave that

Not friendly, and did a poor job on my nails. I got acrylic and she didnt shape them at all, then left to attend to another customer before my nails were even dry. Plus they didnt last and are loose. Im not going back there again.
