Having a great nail tech is very important. I promise you will not be disappointed when you make an appointment with Shane. He is professional and makes you feel relaxed. Shane takes his time while doing your nails and pays attention to detail. He does an amazing job at recreating nail designs and is willing to take extra time to make sure you are happy with your nails!

It was my first time visit today This was the worst experience I’ve ever had for nail service.i went for acrylic fill in. And I told them I didn’t want to change my nails shape I want to keep my coffin shape as it is I told that lady 8 times to I want confine shape and she change in to square (she said next time she will do Coffin )which I really don’t like it. And nails paint is also came out mass-up.lady was keep complaining about KT previous nails(those where think) it was perfect coffin shape. And + they charge me more than whatever they said.❌❌👎🏻

I had a great experience at Bella nails. It was my first time going but unfortunately will probably be my last. The execution was good but definitely rushed. As you can tell, I’ve already had two nails fall off and it’s only been 2 weeks. My dip manicure looks like it’s been grown out for a month. I’ve had way better manicures elsewhere for the same price or even less. My sister and mother also went. Their nails don’t look as grown out as mine.

Had a great experience with Shawn at Bella! The salon was so clean, well lit, and felt safe the whole time. I called in for an appointment and was able to come in the same day got acrylic manicure and gel pedicure. I’ll definitely be back!

This place was fabulous! I followed my nail tech to Bella and I was very satisfied. They care about quality of service rather than trying to get you in and out. Def will come back again!

SHAWN is the guy to go to!!!! I’ve known this guy for a little over 5 years and he’s fantastic!!!! My nails come out 100% every single time! I trust this guy with shapes, colors … anything. He’s always on time and professional, gives great massages with pedicures too! This salon is gorgeous, spacious, COVID cautious and so clean. You won’t be disappointed!

Yesterday was my second time going to this nail salon and both times the nail tech cut my skin during a pedicure. I also wanted to do nail enhancement on my hands. The nail tech wanted me to try dip powder so I did. The paint did not come out right (cracking and not smooth), I still have paint on my skin, my nails are super thick and it’s just not clean looking. I am very disappointed and unfortunately I won’t be going back.

Vi is amazing.. gives detailed and relaxing pedicure. Shes the best!

Got a Brazilian wax done by two ladies who trimmed the hair which made it difficult and impossible at some parts to lift the hair and the first lady was rude to me. Clearly didn’t know what they were doing and made the whole process more painful than it needed to be. I now am dealing with blisters and my skin peeling off from the job the did on me. Waste of money.

I wont lie i enjoy pampering myself now and again.I went and got the signature pedi and classic mani, very impressed. I fell asleep to the soothing sounds of classic piano and scents of rose and strawberry. It was heavenly. The staff is professional and the area is clean. Im already looking forward to my next visit!

The first time I went this summer the lady cut the outside of my big toe..I had to use a bandaid for over 2 weeks. I decided to give them a 2nd chance..went again...this time the water in the bath was very cold.I do not feel that their staff is professional...nor well trained. Its very nice inside..but clueless on how to give decent service.

Staff was super nice, offered me a soda and started my appointment right on time. My technician was very friendly and patient with me (I don’t get acrylics often and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted) and made sure to do it the way I wanted! I very much recommend it and will return!

I went to this salon for the first time and Shane did my mani/pedi. He made my visit outstanding. He is a very talented, personable and professional nail stylist. He made my nails look absolutely beautiful. Not only did he give me a heck of a mani/pedi, he gave my nails such a cute design. He is a natural artist and I am so happy I have found someone who does such a great job with my nails. First time visit, not a good experience. I had to wait for 45 mins before they started on my nail service. I understand they are super busy, but they can improve on their customers appointments.

My daughters and I scheduled an appointment and when we arrived, not only did they not have us on the schedule, she kept calling me by the wrong name and told me my appointment was the next day and to come back then...like I have nothing else to do. Never got to try the place but after that screw up, not sure everything else would be great. Only one customer in there at the time.

Have been there before but this time after having made a reservation for my daughters and myself - they didn’t have our reservation. Another couple came in right after us who had also made a reservation that Bella did not have - so they took that couple and asked us to come back later. Why have a reservation system if you are not going to write down the reservations. So mad!! So much for a fun afternoon out with my girls. We will be going to another establishment. Very unprofessional!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had for nail service. I walked into a room with a bunch of white female customers. Each customer was greeted by the host and offered a drink. I was never offered anything, not by the hostess or the nail tech. I showed the tech what I wanted done and she did a terrible job. She was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to my concerns. I told her I wanted acrylic and she gave me a lot of pushback about it. And still gave me dip powder. She was annoyed with my pushback on getting dip powder. I was honestly disappointed, embarrassed and felt like less than at this shop. The facility is beautiful. But the mail tech I had - Jade treated me horribly. I will never step foot in this facility for service again.

I wanted a mani pedi. They said that they had availability. First, they did my manicure to keep me in their salon. Took me over 30 minutes waiting for a pedicure. Not professionals. Better mani pedis in other places.

Hannah patiently removed my month old powder dipped nails and gave me an awesome manicure, painted my naturals and gave me a cute little design on my ring fingers. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the spaciousness. Overall I am pleased and will definitely be going back. Hannah is a true artist, she took her time and the outcome was better than I hoped for.

Kaylee is awesome and the only tech I will see at Bella. She’s sweet, detail oriented, and takes her time! Thankful I met her because my previous experiences with some of the other techs weren’t as pleasant :/

I was able to see Amy yesterday for a French manicure and she did an amazing job! She is very kind and sweet personality wise and her attention to detail was spot on. Also the hand massage 💆‍♀️ she gave me as part of the manicure was ahhhhhmazing. I was surprised and thankful to find her here at Bella! She used to work for many years at Worldgate Nails and was always booked with appointments (for good reason!). So thrilled to have found her now working at Bella! Can’t wait to go back for a relaxing pedicure. Did I mentioned the place was beautiful and super clean? 😊

I had 1 nail crack and one nail break a few days after getting them done. I went in expecting to pay to get it fixed, but the nice staff there helped me, revamped my manicure, and didn’t charge me. The customer service is fantastic. The spa is clean, and welcoming. I definitely recommend.

The salon is inviting and beautifully decorated. Large, so great for a group. The employees are attentive and professional. I received a lovely mani pedi in giid time while also feeling generally pampered (even though I only got the basic pedi).

I’m a hairdresser so very picky about having procedures done. Kimmy gave me a wonderful relaxing Spa Pedicure. Definitely be back inn3-4 weeks. It was so nice to get pampered for almost one hour. Two thumbs up. The place is very elegant and visually so appealing.

I love Bella! I go see Hannah at least once a month for an SNS manicure. She and the rest of the stuff are always kind and super professional. The spa itself is beautiful and feels incredibly high end. I’m also really picky about cleanliness so this factor also hits a high mark for me at Bella. I have recommended it to a number of friends and they have also had good experiences.Also I should note that they are taking a lot more precautions during COVID than I would have expected. Temperature taking, plexiglass screens, masks, etc. This is also a very important element for me right now.

I got a facial from Kristie and it was so lovely, exactly what I needed to start the new year off right! She is so nice, gives great advice and answers all my questions about what is best for my skin.I started seeing her a few years ago at a different spa, she recently joined Bella and I really like it here. This spa is beautiful and very clean, loved the atmosphere.

Told them I didn’t like my nails, they did give me a full refund but then proceeds to laugh and tells me they can fix it next time. Mind you it was Valentine’s Day. They really let me walk out with messed up nailsTerrible service

Its all a big production, & they didnt care to practice social distancing. The woman actually cut my skin, & took over a week to heal, & also Forgot to do my paraffin treatment. First & last visit. 👎

Kathy did an amazing job with my dip powder manicure. She was very precise and make sure she did a perfect job. Reasonably priced. Very clean and nice place. They have other services there as well.

My wife and I went here together to get pedicures. Even though there was a full room of pedicure chairs, they sat us down with a broken chair between us with no apology. The woman brusquely gestured at the chair for me to sit, and then left me alone for about 10 minutes. At some point while she was gone, I decided that it was probably okay for me to put my feet in the water, but it was way too hot, and she wasnt around to do anything about it, so I just endured. Eventually she came back, and before she began and asked me if I wanted some water or wine. I asked if she had diet coke, and she scoffed. So that was pretty fun.The pedicure itself was fine, although she later left me alone for another 10 minutes too long when she was letting my legs sit in wrapped towels (another employee had to get the manager to go get her). But I didnt come here to not have an experience with my wife, and to be left alone. Poor experience, I wont be going back.

My nails came out great! I recommend Kristie or Kim to do your nails they are both really good!

A gorgeous modern feeling space. Very convenient to pop in before or after Wegman’s. Sadly my pedicure chipped the next day on two nails. I brought flip flops with me so I could wear them for a couple hours afterwards to allow it to fully dry. I can only assume the varnish was old/expired. It looks terrible so I have to get it redone so there’s $42+tip down the drain. 3 stars for ambiance and their ability to take me as a walk in.

Amazing service with Kristie and Henry! Beautiful salon and very very clean :) loved all the color options and even tried out dipped nails ! Cannot wait to come back ! Found my new nail salon!
