My experience with Chantilly nail spa was not good, since I’m new to this area I choose this according to the reviews but this was not the case with me. I went to nail spa for meni and pedi. The team was not at all good. I didn’t like the work they did. They didn’t clean my nails( upon asking to clean she said go home and dip your nail in lemon water), kept uneven length nails( had to ask for even nails) . Kept me waiting for drying the nail polish. They also didn’t give any massage. For the mani they also did nail polish removing, filing and applying new nail paint.Not recommended place.

Had made an appt w the owner at a certain time. later thst day, Was called to change the appt to 2 hrs later as the owner would be busy with another client. Agreed to go 2 hrs later. Was still not taken back at my appointment time …. And not with the owner who I made an appointment with!!!! The owner was not going to be free for yet another 2.5 hrs!!!! No apology. No remorse. How unprofessional!!!!!

I use to love this nail salon because of Andy he used to do such an excellent job.But this time looks like he put finished color add the thing they add to make it last longer or what ever I didn’t like it.the minute I seat the owner start saying something to him I can feel in my skin.She had the worst customer service at all she treat people differently and her work different too based on who you are cause I saw her doing lotion and massage on other costumers and for me didn’t even Color my nails till ages properly so I was going because of Andy not sure if I will go back again.

My favorite place to get my nails done. Been going for years now and its never crowded always quiet Nd great service. Though I dont know the managers name shes always kind and great at eyebrows

I went in for a Express Pedicure ($25) and a Dip Powder Manicure ($50). They did a good job on the pedicure but the manicure was terrible. She didn’t push back and clip my cuticles so the polish wasn’t close to my nail bed making it look like my nails were already starting to grow out. Also the application was super thick and lumpy. I went back to request a refund and they said they wouldn’t give me a refund unless they removed the polish from my nails. I asked how long it would take and they said 30 mins. I sat there for 30 mins. After 30 mins they came and told me they didn’t know how long it would take to remove the polish. I had to leave so they just roughed up my nails so that they looked horrible enough to finally agree to giving me a refund. Then the lady who did my nails said she only charged me $40. She hadn’t given me a receipt the night before so I had no way to prove that she had charged me $50. Their website states that a dip powder manicure costs $50. I got a $40 refund and will never be going back.

My sister and I surprised our mom with a birthday pedicure and could not be more pleased with our experience here. We were able to make the appointment less than an hour before arriving and appreciated their level of flexibility with us. The ladies were kind and professional and the prices were reasonable. Overall a great experience and I’m sure we will return in the future.

Ive been going to Chantilly Nail Spa for years for my mani pedis and am very pleased with their work. I have always loved that it is a large open room with space in between Patons which is even more important now. A lovely environment to relax while they pamper you.

First time here, came with my sister she is a regular customer, very clean, very nice and very nice nail techs. I will come back the next time I visit Chantilly, Va

Really nice, affordable place with friendly staff. I got a beautiful gel manicure here a few weeks ago. However there doesnt seem to be a working website, and their social media accounts arent very active. So its difficult to see prices and services unless you actually go to the salon. Hopefully theyll change this in the future so its easier for customers to see what is offered :)

My nails always look great. The salon is clean and does smell like nail chemicals. The environment is peaceful and all of the techs seem to do a great job! Their no-chip is the way to go!

Service was great. Staff was friendly and nice. The woman that did my nails was super gentle. I love the outcome of my nails ! So festive. The only reason for four stars is because they are a bit pricey

Really wanted to try this nail spa because it was so close to my house. Everyone is really polite and nice. I came in for a fill and for them to cut my already existing acrylic nails down. I got all white gel. My total ended up being $45 for a fill. Ive never in all four states Ive lived in heard of a fill being so expensive. It was a basic gel fill. Besides the pricing be a little much everything else was fine.

Me and my daughter went to this spa.It was very clean and they were very professional. My feet feel brand new and my daughters nails look amazing. We will definitely be returning.

I went here yesterday after my usual place OMG was bursting at the seams and had to turn me away. Well there’s a reason they were so busy and this place was empty. Pedicurist was not friendly at all and she yanked and pulled on one of my toes. Nail polish was done only halfway on some of the toes as well. Much better options in the area.

Nice facility and okay customer service. Had a wonderful spa pedicure with a great 10 minute calf and foot massage. But, my manicure was very rushed and did not turn out well because my entire nail was not covered with polish.

Love this place! Priced very well and every person Ive had always does such a great job. And the messages are amazing!!! Ask for Lin for dip nails.

My favorite salon of all time, and Im extremely picky! It is so relaxing and beautiful inside, theres always a TV in view (my favorite feature), and there are so many colors to choose from. The people there are very nice and friendly. Couldnt be happier with my experience and Ill definitely be going back ASAP.

Today (8.8.18) was my first time at this nail salon, I decided to go because of everyones reviews on Google. Ann was my technician, she is a very nice lady. The salon itself is quiet and spacious. From what I gather they offer water or soda, however I was not offered either.I asked Ann for dipping powder on my nails, she did just that except her craftsmanship was not to par. Im posting pictures so you can be the judge of it. For those ladies who are frugal with their nails, theyll understand why Im dissatisfied. I feel I shouldnt have to tell you how to do your job, youre in the business and should know when the nails dont look even or are shaped differently.Im going to give this place another try using a different technician next time and hopefully all those great reviews Ive read on here arent all b.s. I wish more people would add pictures of their nail work, this would be of great help!

My wife goes there, it’s ok. Price is good. She an experience once when she told them she was in a hurry, and during checkout they completely ignored her. She had to wave someone over. Not too professional.

Awful, awful, awful experience. Wasted $60 only to leave the salon with worse nails than I walked in with. I was a walk in looking to get a new set of gel ombré oval nails only to leave with grayish white nails that look very circular in its form and gel gunk under my nail. I even spoke to the lady beforehand and was very clear with what I wanted with pictures as a reference. Please save your time and money and don’t come here. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Asked for a manicure nd this lady didnt even do my cuticuls or put my fingers in the little water bowl when my nails were done they looked weird because there was a big gap between my cuticuls and where the nail started they didnt look natural at all i kno who i wont ask for anymore it sucks that Vietnamese run these places bt never do a good job i wish i had a translator so i could sue the shyt outta these ppl for being so unprofessional didnt anyones mother teach them its rude to speak in foriegn languages knowing someone in theres someone in the room who doesnt understand iys rude always has been always will be

Everyone was very pleasant and the gentleman that did my pedi was awesome I was just visiting the area from Virginia Beach, VA, but if I lived here this would be the place I would go regularly honestly would travel to come here again

I called to ask for price and the host was very rude with me, telling me that she is busy and is better that I pass there on person cuz she dont have time to explain me the prices...
