Had the Ultra Power performance tuning package installed on my 2003 Chinook Cascade. It has the Chevy Express 3500 chassis with the 8.1L Vortec gas engine. Its only a 23 ft Class B+ RV, so its not like the usual gas class A which they usually do this tune for. But it is the same engine as the class A Workhorse chassis. The install went fine, they have a RV park there, which they let us stay at for free. The only very minor issue was that they were not used to installing it on this engine when it was in a doghouse in the cab. I passed them the YouTube video which shows how to get the doghouse off, and they were fine with it. Not many people think that this big V-8 needs more power when in a class B. But why not? Its now the fastest RV on the road, and pulls about like a stock 1960s Malibu SS 396. But it weighs 6 tons and is a comfy RV. Truck drivers see us take off onto the highway, gain speed, and wonder what the hell? With 100K miles its now better than new. The shifts are perfect for its GM transmission. Gas mileage was of course never good, but it improved about 1 mile/gallon after this tune. Having this RV has been fantastic during the current pandemic. The wife wants a new RV, but there is just no way to get this kind of torque and power in an RV anymore.

Update 8/21... I called to get my coach in for some maintenance and was told that they dont work on rvs anymore they just sell parts. Hopefully someday they will again. Hard to find a shop as great as this one was.helpful staff. Got me in and out with no problems. Lots of parking for larger coaches. Need to have a appointment before you go. I have been there several times and service has been outstanding. Thanks Barbara and Wyatt. Also I was told they will not work on anything older than a 1998.

Barbara was very helpful, I really appreciated the Technicians taking the time to talk to me about my concerns. My RV was swaying back and forth at 60 mph, impossible to drive, unsafe. After the Technicians at Brazels replaced the worn parts and Aligned the front end my RV drove straight as an arrow, 70+ mph, It is 100% better!I am thrilled and I would highly recommend Brazels RV Performance Center. You have completely met my expectations.Thank you.

Ordered the Ultra Power performance tuning computer for my 2005 GMC 2500HD (125,000 miles) with the 8.1L Vortec and added the Allison transmission tuning at the same time. Delivery was very fast and the installation was very easy.Did a couple 0-60mph runs in stock form for a baseline on performance. Installed the tuned ecm’s and went out to measure the gains. With an auxiliary tank full of diesel and everything else in the truck we use for work, the truck improved 0-60 time by a FULL second. Had to roll into the throttle to keep the tires from spinning, should have tried in it 4wd to see what it would do with a full throttle launch.Transmission shifted firmer with less lag between gears as well. Shifts were quick and the truck lurches forward with each gear change.I’m happy with the results.

So far we have received great service. $20 a night while we get our RV repaired. We had to wait a few days to get our RV repaired due to the time of year. The service here was excellent The maintenance technician Ben was very helpful. In fact the hole crew did a very good job. They had to take off the underbelly to do repairs and it looks better know then it did coming out of the factory. The repair bill was very reasonable. We are very happy campers thanks again. I had an intermittent problem with fuel delivery system on Workhorse UFO R26 chassis. No codes were thrown and it was a difficult problem to troubleshoot. Jon and his staff were very helpful in providing parts necessary to get us up and running and home again in an expedited manner. His knowledge of the Workhorse chassis and components is excellent and he is where I will go to get all of my Workhorse parts in the future. Would recommend him and his staff highly.

Hardworking. Honest. Fair. We keep returning for repairs and maintenance, because there isnt a comparable RV shop anywhere Ive traveled. And to the 2 persons who gave poor reviews... I hope we never have the poor luck to camp near you. Im certain it would be a completely miserable experience. Which we would quickly drive far away from. To the crew at Brazels...Thank you for being a great team.

We went in and we were inquiring about service on our motorhome. Hot water heater and generator . We were trying to decide whether we wanted diagnostic or service. Wanted to figure out which would be best for us. Receptionist was pushy, treated us like we were stupid. Man spoke to us politely . Receptionist let us know that they didnt do much regular service, they preferred performance service

Awesome customer service from Marisa and Josh. There had been some confusion about whether I had requested an oil change along with thousands of dollars of other repairs; and likely it was my fault - but without hesitation they removed the oil change charge. So while they lost the $169, they got a customer for life!I had been to other RV places around Olympia, and this was first time they said hey; you got 3 factory recalls that are safety related; we will do it all for free - so while yes it was free, the other shops I had been to hadnt even bother to look and I was driving a 40 foot motorhome around with brake and gas line issues.

For two years I have had a problem with vibration , when braking, on our 2004 Dutch Star, Spartan chassis. I had taken it to one local Seattle area shop and two in Oregon. They replaced brake drums and shoes and made some adjustments. Any improvement didnt last long and it turns out that they were merely addressing the symptom, not the root cause.I recently took it to Brazels with a detailed history. After test driving it with air pressure and brake temperature instrumentation they determined what caused the problem and corrected it.We found Alan and Terry and Barb and all the crew at Brazels very friendly and professional to deal with and worthy of our full recommendation.

I booked Brazels to have a wheel alignment and chassis service done on our trip from California to British Columbia. We drive a 45 Diesel Pusher and stayed in their RV Park (right beside the shop) the night before my 8:30 am booking. It was pleasing to find easy pull ins plus 50 amp power. Next morning my coach was moved into the shop first thing and all the work was done before lunch. (Thanks again Ted.) The invoice had no surprises; the detailed weight and balance was helpful for calculating proper tire pressures; and the wheel alignment before/after information was very informative. All in all I would certainly recommend Brazels for any RV/coach/motorhome/5th Wheel work.

Stayed at the RV campground.Ok. Really its just a small parking lot with electric and water, but I think its a wonderful place to overnight. Not ideal for a weeks stay. Many RVs were parked but most were being worked on at the shop. So really just a couple RVers, staying overnight. It was quiet with the occasional street noise. The staff was great! The guy we checked in with made an awesome breakfast recommendation. Judys country kitchen, 2 miles down the road. And at $25 for water/electric. Dump on site but not at each individual camp spot. It was exactly what we needed as we were passing through. They even let us wash our RV! 😆There are trains that came through at about 8a, so hopefully youre an early riser.

We stayed here during a baseball tournament. This place is fantastic! The RV park is reasonable, clean and fast free WIFI. Only draw back is no sewer hookups, but that didnt matter to us, they have a dump on site. During our stay we had some work done on our trailer, the staff is friendly and customer service orientated. They went above and beyond fixing a few nagging issues and all for a very reason price! Stay here, get your truck or RV serviced here and you wont be sorry!!

I recommend if you need repairs see them. I was recommended by a friend and Im very satisfied with Brazels Rv Performance Center.

Great customer service, honest work and fair prices. It is not always about how things are when they go right...but how a business treats you when they dont go right.I scheduled a maintenance and upgrade of a few parts, including engine tuner on my 2011 Entegra 37 deisel pusher. Upon arrival the afternoon before, they had a campsite waiting in their adjacent RV park for their customers...with full hook-ups. The next morning first thing (8:30) they took my coach in for the maintenance and repairs.Due to some unforseen circumstances, they could not finish my coach in one day. The entire staff bent over backwards to make sure my coach got done the second day and all the issues were resolved. I was on my way...and had an issue pop up along the way. It was a long drive back home over the weekend. I called Brazels first thing on Monday and spoke with the owner who made arrangements to have the issue fixed at the local Cummins dealer and they picked up the tab to make sure the engine was running properly. This is a class act business who stands behind thier work and has great integrity. I wish I were closer, I would have them do all my maintenance work as well. Their staff is professional, friendly and helpful and their facility is very nice. I gladly recommend Brazels RV Performance Center.

This place is awesome to have motorhome work done. I had koni shocks, computer tune up and safety plus steering installed along with a new back stabilizer bar. Every thing was done exellent in one day. These people know motorhomes. The tune got me 40+ hp really notice the extra power especially in the mountains. The steering stabilizer took all the work out of driving the coach goes straight even with a side wind no draft at all when semi trucks are around in unbelievable how the coach handles now. Koni shocks made a huge ride difference. The whole staff is very professional and knowledgeable about performance and suspension. Cannot say enough good about Brazels.

I called and asked about fixing the floor on my RV. He said Id have to bring it in, so I asked what the hourly would be. He said $125/hour. He then said that that is something that is usually bidded on. I agreed. I then asked about how much for a new water pump. He said, well it depends. There is 5GPM, there is 3GPM..., and before I could ask just how much for the cheapest one he said $200-$300. It seemed this guy took me for someone who has money falling out of my butt and is ignorant.
