I was recommended Auto Tech Services by a friend, when I had a service light pop upon my dash. After not being able to replicate the conditions for the intermittent light to come up, I took my vehicle in to Auto Tech. After a thorough check up and check through; they came to a potential solution and spent time to source the part(s) we needed to get the job done. Due to the vehicle model, parts are very limited/nonexistent to be had; which is no one’s fault!Throughout the few weeks the car was in their care, we had the best shop experiences I’ve ever received. Professionalism, communication, integrity and sincerity; these guys have it ALL. From the first meeting to the last with this vehicle, I was stunned by the thought put into each and every part of the process. Got the legendary inspection to get a general idea on any repairs my car needed and got a detailed list and all my concerns addressed, they were very friendly and even with a small scheduling issue thanks to the online booking they got me taken care of.

Leduc had been a part of Lewis County for as long as I can remember. I hadnt visited in a long time when suddenly my truck had zero oil pressure. It was a Saturday late after noon and I parked in their parking lot dripped lot key and left a message on their phone. Not only did they fix my truck but they didnt pad the bill at all. Thank you for the amazing service and for being fare with the bill.

Love this place. I did alot of mechanic work on my vehicle and they double checked everything and did all the circuitry tests. Randy was the awesome guy that helped me get Module Experts, (the company that repaired my computer) to hold up to their warranty.

I had a problem with my battery going dead every day. One place tried to rip me off, and another place told me they couldnt fix it. But LeDucs took the problem seriously and fixed it quickly for a fair price. They were extremely friendly and courteous. Highly recommended!

One time I left my house keys and they stayed an extra ten minutes after close so I had time to come back for them! Going the extra mile is the norm, would highly recommend taking your auto here.

Randy LeDuc (Owner) and Daniel Allen (Service Advisor) are 2 of the greatest men ever. Daniel listens to my auto care needs and advises and schedules visits around my time frames, and Randy will take extra time to find out what my concerns are (drive with me or look under hood, etc). Both men will either tell or show me whats going on and the best way to proceed. Never are they pushy, and they always advise me on whats most important and what can wait. Prices are fair, but service is great.

OVER $100 FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! They changed the oil with full synthetic 5w40 when 5w30 would have been fine and didnt consult to see if $100 oil would be ok. Total bill for oil change and tire rotation: $163. Unbelievable. Will not be coming back due to being overcharged for a high quality oil we did not need or want!

Great people! Professional service! I had a transmission issue, I ended having to be towed to their shop. They fit me in, the mechanic explained everything that needed to be done. By the end of the day, I was on the road again.

Experience and CommitmentMy old Ford Ranger runs on the ancient technology of the carburetor. Who knows how those things work anymore? LeDucs mechanics do. Ill admit it was frustrating - it took several visits before they finally solved the problem. But after the first visit, LeDucs commitment to a successful resolution meant that I didnt have to pay anything for the subsequent work. Even a year later, when, as a result of my own failure to follow LeDucs maintenance recommendations, my carburetor started showing the same old symptoms, I was charged nothing for the repair, nor for the reminder that I should make the same commitment to excellent service.

I’m from Kitsap and got towed to LeDuc’s when my truck died in Chehalis. Had to communicate with them by phone, which I was nervous about. They called me every day, did good work for fair price. I would drive right by the Ford dealer and another 40 minutes to have them work on my car in the future!

I used to work in this shop when it was LeDucs Service Center.Randy was able to find a reliable company to care for his customers cars before he retired.You can still find quality auto repair and maintenance services at this location. 🚘🔧🔩

Went there for a a diagnostic on my engine and turn up well theyre going to charge me $450 just to clean the carbon buildup out of my engine block so they could change my spark plugs and then after they ran take diagnostics pretty much figured out that Id probably have to have my engine replaced and they quoted me $13,000 for an engine replacement granted I looked online I could get a remanufactured engine for like 2500 bucks so they were looking to charge me $10,500 for to install an engine maybe its just me but that kind of seems a little high a lot high actually

Great and honest service, had my truck that wouldnt start towed here and they diagnosed and fixed it. The starter they replaced ended up intermittently failing so they replaced it right away for me in time for me to still go on my weekend trip I had planned.
